I am the president of the Home Owners Association at Ridge Manor Co-Op and I had to contact Mr. Perry to help us with the rent increase that the Co-Op gave us for 2014. He came to our meeting two different time and helped us a lot. The first notice was for $ 33.00 rent increase, we just had the negotiation committee meeting on December 2, 2013 and was able to get it lowered to $ 10.00 for 2014, No increase for 2015 and a $ 5.00 increase for 2016. I do nor believe this could have been done without his help. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney.

Vanessa is intelligent, hardworking, and knows the law very well. She was able to help me identify several corner cases in my communications and negotiate a civil contract matter with a lot of specific and unusual circumstances, and she was able to do it incredibly fast (because it was time sensitive). On several occasions she was only minutes away. Because of her help, I was able to be confident negotiating my dispute and it worked out.

Ana De Villiers represented us during most of our bankruptcy case, which was complicated by foreclosure, out of state employment and travel difficulties, and a period of unemployment which resulted in our case being dismissed, with prejudice.
After we both became gainfully employed again, she was able to get our case reinstated in emergency and just in time to avert foreclosure auction of our home.
She also prepared us well for a mortgage modification mediation, which will result in more reasonable payments for us, allowing us to continue our case until completion, while still fully repaying the lender in the long term.

Lisa Patten and her staff are friendly, organized, detailed, thorough. Divorce is a difficult time in ones life, a time when you need someone to lean and rely on. I contacted Mr. Cersine regarding my divorce. He gave great advice, listened to what I wanted (while giving me reality checks when needed), and was incredibly prompt with returning my calls and setting up meetings. His advice was always right on point. He told me what my options were, when I was giving more than I had to, and just really provided a sense of calmness in a trying situation. Mr. Moreno is a very knowledgable attorny in the field of inmigration. My mom and I have refered friends to him and the experience has been amazing. In one case, Mr Moreno was able to tell one of these families the time that it would take to resolve the problem to the date! I have gone to him twice once to his office in semoran and the other to his office in Kissimmee, the consultation has been very productive, firendly and he took the time to explain all possible avenues in a clear, concise way. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing of an attorney he is. He is been professional ethical honest and has shown great deal of integrity and motivation to help me through one of the toughest times in my life. The injustice that I endured has been an absolute blind and cruel joke from the justice system. However when everyone else deserted me, Matthew stuck by my side , he is also a very reasonable and compassionate as well as can be aggressive when need be as an attorney. Yet I feel like I could consider him a friend. He is in a long line of attorneys and legal situations I would say without question the most dedicated loyal and dependable attorney I have had.
