Melanie is very professional and capable. She fits the role of attorney perfectly. She is fair and friendly, a fast thinker with an excellent brain, she knows her business inside and out, she can be aggressive when necessary and she is available and responsive to questions concerns and emails. My previous attorney treated me like a second rate client, like she was squeezing me in to an already heavy case load, treated me like an afterthought. But not Melanie, she made me feel like my case and my concerns were her priority and they were. She is the attorney you want on your side to fight for what's fair and right for you. Also, my previous attorney did not have the experience and knowledge necessary for my complicated case. Melanie jumped right in and was able to lead and direct my case properly. I can't say enough good about her she's did everything exactly right. I couldn't imagine being in my very terrible situation without someone capable and strong like Melanie to stand in front of me and fight for me.

Contacted Gigstad Law Office to handle a traffic ticket. The attorney rescheduled the case without telling me. There was never proactive communication, I had to contact them every step of the way. I gave two stars because they eventually accomplished what they were hired to do.

Travelling from a recreational state to Kansas and was stopped by the police(racial profiling) and had a good amount of edibles and marijuana for personal use. Was detained and received a number from an attorney from one of the staff who worked at the compound where my vehicle was towed who was charging 3X the amount of what I paid for so my wife decided to get online and find an attorney and she found Attorney Leininger and his resume is impeccable. I was stressing so much as I do not live in that state and was facing jail time and was in jeopardy of losing employment. After speaking with him, I was able to set up a payment plan and his assistant Katie is amazing. I was late one time and was able to continue to receive services. I didn't feel the need to worry or really call as my much because my wife wanted me to check in almost every week and there was no need to because that's how much I had faith in him due to the emails and conversations I would have with him and sure enough, when it was time to go to court, all I had to do was zoom in and the outcome was to pay a probation cost and complete a substance abuse evaluation and THAT'S IT.....NOTHING ELSE. He's the truth and this is not my first rodeo unfortunately dealing with this system. Kudos to my wife for finding him and kudos to the whole staff and if he ever reads this, THANK YOU AGAIN.

I would go to townsend law again 100% and recommend everyone who needs a lawyer to call Mike Townsend. He did a great job representing my case and fought for my settlement. I do have to say that although situations needing a lawyer are never good, I had the greatest experience. What made this experience so awsome was the constant support I recieved fron from Theresa and Colleen. I survived a fatality accident that left me handicap for the rest of my life. I lost my career my house, everything. So many days I wanted to give up, throw away my lawsuit, crawl into a hole and die. Theresa and Colleen never gave up on me and helped me to stay strong and stick it out. You can't imagine the stress, fear, doubt and self loathing a person goes thru until you are living it yourself. Theresa and Colleen would call just to check in with me to see how the kids and I were doing. On really bad days when I felt like I had no one and I wanted to give up I could always call Theresa and Colleen. Their caring, compassion, empathy and understanding is priceless. I reached out to Ms. Kingston on two different occasions regarding situations with two different employers.
On both occasions, Ms. Kingston analyzed all of the facts involved and put together brilliant strategies and responses. Subsequently, both situations were resolved by Ms. Kingston without need for further litigation. However, if the situations had moved forward, I have no doubts that I was very well positioned for very favorable outcomes in court.
Ms. Kingston is extremely knowledgeable and knows the law backwards and forwards. Also, you will find that Ms. Kingston actually cares and will take time to explain your situation with all possible ramifications.

Mr. Henry was so kind and patient when I had a consultation with him. I am going through an ugly divorce and I went to him for guidance. Since I live in a rural county an hour outside the metro area he was not able to represent me but he took the time to contact an attorney in my area that he knew and trusted to help me find someone.
If I lived closer I would definitely hire Mr. Henry to represent me.

I was pulled over for speeding (most likely legit), and ultimately arrested for DUI as well. After meeting with the prosecutor a couple times through the court process and reviewing Paul's motions, evidence, etc. the prosecutor dismissed the DUI charge. Paul was also able to get the speeding ticket dismissed via a paid dismissal, and both charges expunged as well (since the case linked both charges, the DUI could only be expunged immediately if both were, so the prosecutor agreed to expunge the whole case). Paul was very knowledgeable, aggressive, and the final outcome was the best possible outcome. Highly recommend.

I would like to state that if you need a lawyer Rick Morefield is the way to go. He worked with my family in the loss of my daughter. He was so compassionate and understanding and such a very hard worker.
Our case lasted over 7 years due to covid and he did not once give up on us even though he was not getting paid for all of the work that he was putting in for us. He came up with all kinds of strategies to win our case.
Rick took time to explain legal terms with us and made us aware of what he was doing and how he planned to win our case. I was very impressed on how knowledgeable he was about the law.

There is so much that I can say about Rick and his team but nothing would express my gratitude level towards them. Rick is so caring and intelligent. He puts everything he has towards helping get the best outcome for his clients. He doesnt look at what is best for him at all, he purely cares for his clients. He was with me from day one in the hospital, he kept in touch with me throughout the entire case and it was not a 30 day situation. It took me 2 years due to the level of my injuries and having to end my medical care so we could see just how much I could gain back after my car accident. He was there for me when I needed to cry, when I needed to yell and everything in between. He was my voice of reason and knowing that my cases are over now I am more heartbroken just knowing that I will not have that constant contact as I have grown so fond of him. I know we will keep in touch because he is such a caring person. Watching him work during mediation, come up with scenarios and charts to help explain things so that you get the best outcome was amazing to see, he is the smartest person I have ever met. I was facing some very rough and tough circumstances. My parents left an inheritance and my siblings didn’t want me to have my fair share, in fact they didn’t want me to have a dime. Keenan let them know he was representing me and I would not be taken advantage of. Within a month of closing an irrevocable trust, I had money in the bank and am debt free. Had Keenan not been my lawyer I’d still be waiting for what is rightfully mine. He turned an awful time for me that could have ended up with many sleepless nights into a walk in a flower garden on a summers night. He did so gracefully and honorably. Ron provides honest feed back & isn't afraid of challenging you on points that you state that may not be legitimate in court. Ron believes in what is best for the minor children and gets results based on this alone. He was able to get the parenting plan I proposed which my ex was against and not in the best interest of the children. I would hire Ron again if I needed him and I have referred him and he got excellent results for my friend, again with the children's best interests in mind. Horrible experience. Do not hire this firm. I was embarrassed to have this law firm represent me for a PFA order. The attorney was filling in for my attorney and he knew absolutely nothing about my case. He actually made things worse for me. I would have done a better job representing myself. I wound up rescinding the PFA on my own because I couldn't trust my legal counsel to protect me.
I thought I was paying $400/hour to be protected by an established firm. Instead, I felt like my kids and I didn't matter to them. Only my money.

I have never particularly been in any substantial trouble with the law, but last year my life nearly turned upside down when I was faced with a false sexual battery accusation that would have left me, an innocent law abiding man, with over a decade on the sex offender registry had it not been for the exemplary support of Jerry Merril. Jerry is a diligent, compassionate, and committed lawyer. I got into some trouble for the first time in my life (I am in my 5th decade) and he understood that the only fair outcome for my case was complete and utter eradication of the charges. He didn't promise that but said in certain cases that could be achieved. I had interviewed another attorney prior to meeting Jerry who I am sure would have been competent, but I don't believe would have gone the extra mile that Jerry went to acheive my goal of expungement.
