Jim is a brilliant attorney, who listens to his clients and gets results. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable.
I have consulted with him on several occasions. His preparation, attention to (medical) detail and presentation is simply outstanding. It is just second to none.
I also know Jim and his family personally. He is a devoted father and sports coach to his children.
I do not know any other attorney other than Jim, who personally travels across the country to get the correct information and depositions for his clients.

I took on Ms. Barros to help me in my Disolution of Marriage (Divorce). She worked very hard for me. She was always in contact with me via phone or email. She was very patient, explained the processes and was very thorough during negotiations and while going over the various documents required for divorce proceedings. I felt comfortable with her and she was always pleasant and kind. She will stand up for you and get the best results possible. I have hired Mr. Sundarsingh over the years to represent me, as well as my company for several cases ranging from collections & contractual agreements to real estate disputes. When you go through a catastrophic event such as what had happened to my son, finding the right lawyer to represent us was critical. We had contacted several lawyers and law firms, but felt strongly that we had found the right person in Mr. Sean Domnick. Sean had the right mix of compassion and conviction. This combination was what we needed and we knew he would advocate on our child's behalf. Our case was very complex and many firms were reluctant to take it on, but Mr. Domnick was able to simplify the process and focused on the specific events which lead up to the injury of our child. For example, when we were at the hospital, there were many events which occurred, but Mr. Domnick focused on specifics. "How did they miss that?" he asked.
Sean also helped give us the strength to follow through and seek justice for our child. Our child went through numerous surgeries and rehab and will forever be physically disabled as a result of the event. As a family, we were emotionally drained. It would be much easier to move on with our lives and accepted the injustice because to seek justice means to relive and recount the horrible events again. However, Sean helped us see that while reliving the events was difficult, living with the injustice would be far worse. Sean made numerous trips to our home in Canada to personally meet our child and our family. This personal connection gave us assurance of his commitment to the case. i received Robert's contact information from a family friend who raved about him. I had some questions about drafting an estate plan. I called Robert and made an appointment. When I met with him, he answered all my questions and was so pleasant. His rates were very reasonable. I ended up putting my estate plan on hold because I found out that my job could be relocated to another state. When I called Robert to tell him that, he could not have been nicer. I offered to pay him for all the time he took with me (about 90 minutes) but he refused to charge me. I couldn't believe it. Robert is a wonderful and caring attorney! If my relocation plans change, I'll definitely go back to him.

Mr. St. Jacques represented me as a defendant in a construction lien case against my home in Monroe County Florida. His knowledge of the complex Florida construction lien laws was instrumental in a decidedly successful outcome.
Mr. St. Jacques proved to be a very trustworthy and dedicated professional who paid close attention to every aspect of the case with care and consideration. He traveled hours south for each deposition and court appearance personally, while kindly guiding me in understanding the arduous intricacies of the proceedings.
The Florida Statutes regarding construction liens are complex, meticulous and confusing. Without Mr. St. Jacques impressive comprehension of these laws, I’m not sure the results would have been so favorable. Bottom line is when or if you find yourself involved in a similar mess, make sure you find representation that equally mirrors Mr. St. Jacques experience and knowledge – this guy REALLY knows what he’s doing.

Having previously received bad advice from a different attorney, I was in a nightmare situation trying to sort out a legal situation. I was spending a lot of time and effort sorting out a legal situation in which I was ultimately faced with a crappy settlement offer on top of which I would need to tie up some loose ends myself that I wouldn't have known how to do. I reached out to Greg and after meeting with him only one time, he promptly secured an even better settlement and took care of those loose ends for me. I wish I had gone to Greg sooner - I'm sure my settlement would have been even better if I had been with him from the beginning than securing him last minute. If I ever need another attorney in the field of employment law, he will be my first choice.

Rosemarie is calm and collected, and does not get caught up in the emotions of the opposing party. She is pragmatic and sensible. Me wife's lawyer was out of touch with reality and too caught up in an unrealistic settlement. Better than 5 stars. Mr. Buck's honesty easily puts him at the top of the lawyers I consulted with who either wanted their retainer without explaining what course of action they recommended and/or did not get a firm handle on my nuanced situation which a one size fits all action would not resolve. Mr. Buck asked a good number of questions that no other lawyer had before, recommending the best course of action....to do nothing at this time. If and when the time is right however, I will seek Mr. Buck's counsel again and most definitely hire him. It's about honesty and trust.
