Atty Goldman is the most accessible, upfront, honest,kind and efficient attorney to easily work
with. He is an exceptionally timely reply lawyer
who respects and is sensitive to his clients
needs. He accepts and works with cases of various values. I felt very comfortable
working with Atty Goldman, knowing I had exceptional and rare representation for my homeowners insurance claim case. He was kind enough to offer me reduced fees, emailed and also called me same day after case concluded to ensure I receive payment in very timely manner.

Regret the day I used this law firm. Because I was not a “high paying client” I was treated with total disrespect on multiple occasions and belittled by the attorney. They filed my case and I won. Our agreement stated they would be collecting the debt and keeping a percentage of whatever they collect. Never heard back from after the attorney told me he was on vacation in a very rude way. They totally ghosted and never even called or emailed me back ever again. Would not recommend.

PA Dept of Revenue disagreed with Nawn’s calculations on my return, costing me a significant amount of money. I sent him a complete description of the problem and requested assistance. I received no reply, and no support in my discussions with the state to try and resolve the issue. I will not use him again and do not recommend him to other taxpayers.

Where to even begin......heres the short version, at first conversation, in a time of need, he spoke with such conviction, hope, and promise which made me trust him to handle my father's case. We told him we did not funds and he said this is what he does, help the community with representation and he would speak to my dad and his wife and see how they can work something out. My father did not want to use him at first and he spoke with him and his wife and they took a chance and allowed him to represent him. Weeks, months go by and his only update was he's waiting for the day of court to see how he would like to try the case. To mean that meant preparation was being done his end. Still had hope and said he's a lawyer, he knows what he's doing. Nope. When he met with my father he was dressed unprofessional and convinced him to take a plea instead of fighting for is innocence. Then turned around and said he was on the case to provide consultation and not representation. Smh. This is not what he told us and basically persuaded us to use him after they initially said no and then you turn around andbsay that. My heart broke in a million pieces knowing we wasted over 6mths putting hope into someone who was only going to convince my dad to take a plea. We have never been in this situation before and was looking for guidance and instead got a grim reaper. He also disclosed to my dad he was let go from the firm he was working for and I wish he would of dropped my dad's case because wow to the poor performance he displayed. We were better off with a public defender. The only positive was the terms of the plea he negotiated. If you are looking for a professional person for negotiation purposes, then yes hire him. Also during the process this man asked me to come from NJ to do his podcast in PA! Like what, no! Do not recommend Jonathan Luff to anyone.

This was the worst law firm ever and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. My lawyer David was rude,abrasive, and down right unconcerned. If not for my diligence with acquiring new legal representation my life could have been extremely impacted. Do your self a favor and don't waste time with this firm.

Christa defended us in a criminal case. My son was accused of rape. My son was innocent. Chris thoroughly prepared for the case, interviewed witnesses, and did an outstanding job in cross-examination. Chris knew that my son was innocent and he was able to prove that on all 9 counts. 3 the judge dropped and on the remaining 6 the jury came back not guilty. Jesus delivered my son and he used Chris in that process. Our family is forever thankful.

I hired Mr Hoey to represent my son whi was accused of Rape. Our initial meeting left me with a thorough understanding of what lied ahead. We prepared for trial for several months and when the day finally came to go to court, we could not have been more prepared. I warched Mr Hoey cross-examine 11 witnesses, taking the story apart piece by piece. Besides being a great speaker, he has an instinct in the courtroom that is unmatched. My son was acquitted and moved on with his life. I ran into Mr Hoey several years after the verdict and he was quick to ask about my son and genuinely interested in his well being. Hire him if uou need a fine attorney

I was referred to Chris by our estate attorney following the death of our son at a local hospital in Coatesville, Chester County. My husband and I struggled to find answers from his treating physicians, but got none. Our son was severely mistreated by his physicians and died 2 days after walking into their emergency department. The case went to trial after Chris deposed nearly 20 doctors and nurses involved in our son's care. He was relentless and never gave up on the case, despite the opposition the other attorneys posed, they agreed to settle the case at the conclusion of the trial. The jury loved Chris. When they emereged from deliberations they hugged us in the courtroom in a very emotional tear -filled embrace. Their was not a moment where I doubted Chris's abilities and conviction. I am quite comfortable recommending Chris to pursue your personal injury claim, no matter how big or small. He was simply incredible.

I hired Paul for a DUI case. My many attempts to contact him via phone, appointment and emails went unheeded for weeks on end. Completely exasperated, I decided to send an ultimatum that said how disrespectful I found his lack of communication, and if it persisted, I would terminate the relationship. All I received in response was a VM that basically dared me to fire him. Ultimately, I decided to sever the relationship because I did not trust that he had my best interests at heart. From what I've heard about him, I do believe he is knowledgable with the cases that he cares about. If you're not one of those, then you'll be lucky to receive a response in a month's time. Apparently he spends a large portion of his day in court, so I understand that can cause a delay in response time, but court ends at 4 pm, so no excuse to not be in touch after that. Or at the very least an acknowledgement that you received my messages and would get back to me in an appropriate time. I'm a working professional, and we're all busy. That excuse holds no water for me. Ultimately, I did not find my experience with him to be worth my time or money.

Blair is always available. If he can not speak at that moment he calls back by the end of business. Once you hire him as your layer he will not only bring your issue to a timely and satisfying outcome he will answer other questions. When he can not he will recommend another excellent attorney.

Mr. Granger was not helpful in our case. He did not show that he would know the Law well enough to recover a property for which the Seller failed to deliver on the day of settlement. He even provided impractical and ill advice for which we are glad not to take it... I would NOT recommend him for any Legal work on real estate. It would just waste your money!

I hired John, approx. 2005, to represent me to protect my property from damage that could occur from a developer. I have a 1710 bank home and barn. He came to my property, took pictures, went to the township building and took pictures of the developer's plans and attended township meetings. He instructed me to take pictures and document as much as I can. I hired him because of my lack of knowledge and my busy lifestyle. During the 2 yrs. there was nothing but meetings which John attended. 2007 he took a job with HUD which lasted 2 yrs. When he returned building started aand I needed John again to protect me. Make a long story short, our last meeting he asked me for $24,000.00 on top of what I had already given him. I suggested we try and deal with E. Goshen supervisors one way before we proceed with his suggestion. I found out after that visit that he never contacted the supervisors and never did anything he said he did. When I finally talked with him he told me the Post Office lost all the letters to the supervisors and my copy of the letters .He did not return my phone calls for 2 mos. but sent back a very small amount of a file consisting of yrs. of work he was to do for me, and because he did nothing for me, re. the development, I have irreparable damage done to my property plus the money he took from me, and not one copy of any letters or copies of all the minutes from the E.Goshen meetings. I worked with countless lawyers because of my business being international. I believed that John would take care of things without my having to call him constantly.

I found Arthur D. Goldman to be of poor moral character (seemed to be lying multiple times and exaggerating the truth) and generally not a competent person to take on my case. I paid him a retainer and regretted it.

Hired Mr Goldman on March 2022 to defend me in a civil dispute. After one status zoom meeting, Mr Goldman quit the case and returned a partial deposit. Mr Goldman has a very unique way of representing a person but I chose to hire a more hands on, aggressive approach.
