I've always feared estate planning, but I also knew it could make life easier for my loved ones. I was referred to Kristen by someone who had first asked me if I could help them with their estate as I too am an attorney, but not in this area of practice! I am so glad I followed up with that person for the recommendation. I made the best decision setting an appointment with Kristen. She is sharp, experienced, organized, empathetic, creative and timely. For me, thinking through all of the what ifs was tough, but Kristen guided us through every step and was always ready with an informed response and answered with professionalism and patience. She hears your story, responds timely with drafting, and does exactly what she says she will do in preparation for each and every interaction she has with you. I can't say enough about our experience with her. I would encourage anyone thinking of moving forward with estate planning, setting up trusts or wills to go and meet with Kristen. I was truly impressed with her and the way in which she conducts her business.

Mrs. Woodward went above and beyond my expectations. She is 'laser focused." Extremely knowledgeable in the law and her explanation of it to me. It was apparent that she thoroughly went through all the documentation I provided her and was able to speak to each subject. My case wasn’t huge, or important, but it was to me. Tyler and his staff treated me like I was the only case they had, which was a breath of fresh air from my previous attorneys on the same case. Tyler let me call the shots, he only guided me and said what was in my best interest, not the firms. Bottom line, he got me a very fair settlement and was very reasonable with his fees!! What firm even does this anymore?? Gross and Schuster, that’s who. I can recommend Tyler and his firm with the outmost of respect and enthusiasm for anyone needing representation. If I am ever in need, or my gaming need, Tyler is my future go to guy!

I hired this attorney to resolve a somewhat complicated property title issue in which I was the co-owner of a condominium unit with a person who had been deceased for some time. All the parties, including this person's multiple heirs, were out of state from different states and the probate from his estate had been done in yet another state. She was well aware of the steps that needed to be taken and walked me through the process so that it was all clear to me. And she and her staff (both of those who worked with me were excellent too, completely professional, yet friendly) were persistent, but not pushy, in getting the heirs to complete the paperwork. I am very happy with the choice that I made.

Wow. Carolyn has knocked my socks off since hiring her. She is very involved with learning every aspect of my case. Her communication is incredibly timely, specific, and often. After our insurance company denied our claim for Hurricane Michael damage we learned about Phillip Warren and his staff. After hearing about our problem and how the insurance company had denied our claim he took the case and began on a course that ended in a very nice settlement close to the amount we had made a claim for. During the whole process Phillip and his staff stayed in contact with us and kept us abreast of what was going on. If I ever need another attorney for this type of situation I will hire Phillip Warren again because he is a Winner!!

I believe that I went through the worst divorce on earth, and I thank god that I met Ms McDaniel. She is tough; she fights for what's right and fair. Sadly, I was married to a narcissist and a monster, who manipulated me throughout our marriage, while I struggled with Stage 4 cancer. Before finding Lisa, I probably called 3 or 4 different lawyers. At the end of each 60 minute consultation I would find most of my questions unanswered and feeling just as confused and frustrated as before I called. I finally called Lisa and she answered all my questions and presented me with a plan to get my divorce started. I was finally getting somewhere! Attorney Timothy Nusser took my case after i tried to get divorced for 2 years ,After retaining Mr Nusser he was Very diligent and responsive to my divorce case even though her attorney kept trying to stall ...Mr. Nusser even won a contempt hearing in my favor prior to the final court hearing. I’m a physician with a high level government security clearance. My spouse filed for divorce and initiated a DVI as a means of gaining an advantage in the divorce proceedings. This removed me from the marital home, removed access to my son, and jeopardized my career, security clearance, and reputation. After two months of having a lawyer who was inactive, I hired Nicole and her team. They quickly reestablished my access to the home and won my DVI case easily. I was able to walk away from the DVI case with access to my son and maintain my security clearance and career without issue. Later Nicole and her team obtained an expeditious and favorable outcome for me in mediation. Additionally, Nicole and her team established good rapport with me during the tense moments during the DVI and divorce process making the hard times of divorce as comfortable as possible. During the process, I have also recommended friends and colleagues who have also seemed to have favorable outcomes so far. I highly recommend the Ferry team for any family legal matters.

Nicole and her paralegal team have been a huge support to me over the two-year period from the time my ex and I decided to file to mailing my final alimony check. Filing for divorce while being stationed overseas (military service) is never easy, but Nicole and her team made it about as easy as one could possibly make it. Despite never meeting her or her team face to face due to my physical distance, I always felt like I had a team in my corner. Either Nicole or her team was quick to respond (usually within the day, or close to one day was the average), and they were able to work with me to set up times to have phone conversations. On the day of my deposition/mediation, Nicole was on time, ready to have me dial-in. She made great recommendations on when to stand firm and when I need to make some concessions. Even after the divorce was finalized, Nicole continued to work with me to ensure all elements of the divorce decree were adhered to by both parties.
While I hope that the issues with the divorce are finally over with and I can move on, I know that if something ever comes back up, I will have a strong team and lawyer who I can rely on.

Autumn handled my divorce. She was fast and was able to solve some hard problems that I thought would make our divorce expensive. But she knew how our judge liked things and worked a lot with the attorney on the other side so there were no delays.
