After my first attempt at filing for SSD and being denied, I
contacted Mr. Keith Wells and his assistant Crystin. They both were awesome in guiding me through the initial appeals process as well as through the request for hearing process. Any questions I had were answered in terms I could understand. After almost two years, Mr. Wells won my disability claim!

David Ackerman is by far THE most fair judge I ever had the unfortunate pleasure of being in front of. When I was a younger man the man really helped me in so many ways as a judge that I was in front of more than once. He also has an uncanny way of seeing the truth in people as he did in me and the testimony me and my family gave. I was incarcerated and had been on probation prior to this incarceration when Mr. Ackerman was still a judge and had placed me on misdemeanor probation. This time I was facing federal charges and I asked my father to speak with Mr. Ackerman regarding my case. Being from New York we had some common ground and he was so kind and helpful to my dad regardingy case even though it wasn't necessary to hire him based on his advice. This is one of the most if no the most honest and helpful attorney I have ever spoken with. He is not concerned with draining your bank account and does not keep information from you that would allow you to help yourself. He has one the best legal assistant I have ever spoken with and she is happy to answer questions on the phone before you are even a paying customer. She gives you real information that can help you and doesn't beat around the bush. He is a good man with a good heart as well and he puts his heart into your case. He involves himself fully and will take all the burden and pressure of you. He will show up for you anytime you need him and will give you insider information about what to expect and he is the only attorney who has ever given me judges schedules and told me their personalities. He is very respected and was an honest and fair judge for many years. I consider him my attorney and have gone to him on 3 occasions for advice though I did not need to hire an attorney thanks to him. I actually feel bad and I hope in a way I wish I had a reason to use him now because I want to actually be a paying customer. He will work with you on the price and it's obvious that his focus is never on the money. I would not use anyone else in town except Barry Baroset but his price tag is about 3-4 times David's. He is a rare and dying breed of attorney and I hope he takes a protégé under his wing so his knowledge and approach at the law is passed down. I would love to sit and just talk with him about his time serving in Pensacola because he has been around so long and has been involved in many issues that matter greatly. He knew my grandfather and actually represented my grandmother in their divorce. My grandfather was a criminal defense attorney as well and they both highly respected each other. He has such a knowledge of the legal system as well as a vast understanding of the politics that surround it.

I was with a previous firm before going to Michels and Booth! Adrian is an honest attorney! If I had any questions, and he did not have an answer, he would let me know find out the answer and contact me back! My case was a difficult case due to the previous attorney office's negligence! That attorney would stall, and drug my case out and extra6 months to a year in which it did not need to be! Adrian was very professional and reliable! My fiancé does not like attorneys and says they are all out for money! I would like to say that my case was kind of unique in regards to being incarcerated last year in March for 10 months and being released on January 8th of 2016 Mr. Taylor still supported me and still finalized my case and got me through that rough time in my life. Mr. Taylor was very supportive and understanding and respectful and he was non-judgemental and I appreciated his loyalty with me. Mr. Taylor kept everything personal and didn't tell anybody about my problems. I had wrote mr. I hired Mrs. Waddell to represent me in my divorce action. My wife was asking for an unreasonable amount of alimony and wanted custody of our kids. Mrs. Waddell always took the time to explain everything, how to keep good records in case we had to go to court. The thing I like most about her was that she would always give me a good estimate of what it would cost for my case and was open to helping me make decisions on what to do in my case to find ways to reduce the fees.
