I have used Mike for almost 10 years now. He knows the courtroom staffs and has good presence in the courtroom. Do your homework first and give him a lot of ammo to work with and he can get you good outcomes. his prices are reasonable but he is one man so make sure you give help remembering dates a little in advance.

My brother is an incarcerated individual whom is a client of this firm under employed attorney, Richard Coble. My brother was sentenced on March 27, 2024.
Since this time, Mr. Coble has not once communicated with my brother in any form, even despite my own personal attempts to facilitate Mr. Coble’s ability to schedule a call with my brother given the circumstances. I’ve emailed Mr. Coble various times with no reply over the last months.
Recently, the post-judgment motion regarding my brother’s case was denied, filed interoffice with the court on 08/02/2024, and served to Mr. Coble on 08/05/2024. No notice of this decision/denial was communicated to my brother nor any family members. The right to appeal has a deadline of 30 days from the time of the filing of denial by the court. With that said, the negligence of Mr. Coble has effectively infringed upon the rights of my brother, and our family, to take action in a timely manner. Respectfully, there is no adequate justification for this egregious act of legal malpractice.
Please note, the only way I was ever made aware of the facts regarding this matter is via the court docket system, in which I sought this information myself. Bait and switch. We spoke to Brennan one time in the beginning. He talked a good game like he was going to fight for us. Once he received our money , we never heard from him again. We were pushed onto another attorney who had a nonchalant attitude. We pleaded and expressed our concerns about our case and still there was no compassion. Not once did I feel like our attorney was for us or cared. Needless to say we are completely dissatisfied with how our case was handled. $7500 in the trash. I would not recommend this firm or van der veen, hartshorn and levin law firm to anyone.

Bait and switch. We spoke to Brennan one time in the beginning. He talked a good game like he was going to fight for us. Once he received our money , we never heard from him again. We were pushed onto another attorney who had a nonchalant attitude. We pleaded and expressed our concerns about our case and still there was no compassion. Not once did I feel like our attorney was for us or cared. Needless to say we are completely dissatisfied with how our case was handled. $7500 in the trash. I would not recommend this firm or van der veen, hartshorn and levin law firm to anyone.

Bruce reassured me and was patient in answering all my questions. Amy was the best contact person on my case. Ginsburg & Associates are a very professional and caring firm. Aimee, Bruce and Josh were always there to answer my calls and any concerns I might have had.They sent me a birthday card and many correspondence in the mail, and always keep me up to date about my case and got me a great settlement.
