From the moment he answered the phone, Mr. Paletta put me at ease, he is extremely knowledgeable, especially when it pertains to medical and nursing licenses and the boards, he's compassionate, kind-hearted, and a truly good, and noble person. He worked with me on a payment plan I was able to do, he went to work immediately on my case, and frankly, my license was returned to me far quicker than I thought would be possible. He's very responsive, he explains things thoroughly but doesn't talk down to his clients. He made me feel "heard" at a time when I had just about given up hope. Josh was professional , took care of my personal injury as soon as he was hired. He showed up to my door step after attacked by a dog , made it effortless on my part, and always responded promptly. There were times , I was stressed out and probably came off upset because of the whole incident , but he never once took it personal and reminded me when things got tough that I would get justice. My family hired John Lippl to review our case and represent my 88-year old mother after negotiations broke down between her and the unscrupulous builder (who was in cahoots with a private adjuster). Horrible lawyer that would defend animal cruelty. Lawyers should defend those that cannot not speak for themselves. It takes a cold, heartless person to defend someone who was caught abusing a dog. The man that worked for animal control is. Coward that thinks he should get away with his crime. Doesn’t listen and doesn’t show up. He told me I wasn’t important even though I paid him $1500. He never told me what I had to do and didn’t even show for my court date. Talks about his clothes the entire time and how important he was. And doesn’t listen. His ego surpasses his credentials. Beyond disappointed. Disappointment is all I can say.
