This attorney took a fee from my workers compensation checks when he told me he waved the fee and on top of that when i questioned why my checks were lower, he told me it was the overpayment coming out of my checks. I want every penny he took from my checks back. He has poor communication, have to make an appointment to speak to him and never gave one indication of how my case was going. Thank goodness i found a new attorney before he screwed my case up even more.

Mitch is a great attorney. He handled my very complicated workers comp case. When my employer was being unfair and causing me a lot of stress, Mitch and his staff took care of everything. This lawyer screwed up my divorce and child custody! Making my life and my children’s life, after the fact horrible. I got stuck in a lot of debt which I did not have to and did not find out until it was all over. She did not fight for my kids either, rather followEd courts agenda to do 50/50, when it has and continues to be horrible. She will not stand up for your rights and will continue to charge you to go back and forth as much as possible and convince you to accept things you don’t have to. I trusted her in helping me do what I needed to get the best outcome through the courts. Do not make the same mistake I did in trusting her. I went to other lawyers whom stated everything from start to finish was poorly done and screwed me over in the end because I thought I was doing what I had to do.

Mr. Mitchell represented me in my disability case. The case seemed difficult to me, and he did not mince words regarding the complexity of what I was trying to legally prove. Despite that, his expertise and ability to empathize with me as a person, rather than an impersonal client was fantastic.
Mr. Mitchell was able to help me prove that I was disabled. He took a great amount of his own time to explain the details of the legal system to me. It can often look like a minefield to someone not familiar with it. Mr. Mitchell was honest and reassuring (even to my mother, who was a nervous wreck).
While my case was proceeding, even if I was in a hospital, Mr. Mitchell did not send an assistant to talk to me, he made the trip and talked to me in person. If I called him, I did not have to leave messages or talk to people I had not dealt with. He was the one who returned my calls and gave me concise, timely, and accurate answers. He knows his profession.
Years after my case was decided, I was in need of some of the records relevant to my case. He was not only able to tell me where and if I would be able to access this information, but if not, what I could do to remedy the situation. He was still as reassuring and honest as he ever has been.
I have nothing but the highest praise for Mr. Mitchell as an attorney, I have never encountered another who would both fight for my legal status as a disabled person so aggressively and comfort my mother in the same hour.

Attorney Zenford A. Mitchell handled my Social Security Disability Case and won my case for me. He aggressively represented me, helped me and was compassionate to my circumstances. He was fair, honest and straight forward with me. He told me the truth about my case and represented me with integrity. I was not charged a fee until it was approved by the Social Security Administration. He was worth it. I am thankful for what he did for me. I highly recommend him.

I am beyond happy that I retained Mrs Bickerton to work my case for me. I interviewed several different lawyers before settling on this firm, and I firmly believe that if I had hired someone else the results wouldn’t have been as favorable. Not only did Mrs Bickerton manage to successfully argue my case, she made me feel like I’m an actual person and not just a number throughout the whole process. My many questions were all answered in a timely manner, her case law knowledge was superb, and on the one occasion she didn’t have an answer immediately available for me she made sure to research and get back to me right away. I found her pricing to be fair with regards to the service that I received. If I ever needed help again I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her, or refer anyone I knew needed assistance to her.

Once I hired her it took over a year for my case to go to court waiting for a decision that could have been expedited. Only time she would respond if it pertained to money. Didn't use any witnesses that were in place had an affidavit signed by strong witness and didn't use it. All she did was refute and did a case brief not even tried to prove the intent in court. Had solid information on the staff members involved deeming them not credible did not use it. Cross examination skills were very limited. Throughout and before we even went to court kept saying she could win on appeal. Had information and key witnesses to win at that stage. The prosecution had no evidence at all to present just testimony from people that weren't credible and the investigator admitted he didn't do an investigation only testimony. Lost a case to where there was no evidence only testimony. How good are her legal skills? Never could get in contact with her never returned phone calls would go straight to fax. She would answer emails every once in a while. Made herself available a day before court. Didn't have game plan in court all she did was refute and do a case brief. Seems as if she already knew she threw my case once I emailed her letting her know I lost she called me letting me know her prices for the next proceedings. After that pitiful display in the courtroom she should have gave me my money back or offered to do everything else for free. Why take on a case that your not planning on winning. Took my money and gave me very poor representation. Stay away from this attorney she's very ineffective.

I hired Brad for a family matter. He misinformed me of the support guidelines, by informing me the more my ex made the more I had to pay. Which is completely wrong! I have this in writing from him, of that statement. Which costed me more money. He was totally unprofessional In how he talked to me regarding a settlement he wanted me to take, and I did not want to. Also, he was retained for another issue and showed up over 20 minutes late, and I settled the case MYSELF. He still wanted paid! He’s a very cheap attorney, but, remember you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend him for anyone!

My Business hired Stoner law services for some construction issues that we had , Dan Stoner misled me from day One. he told me he would be defending my case himself. He sent a first year attorney to defend my case who knew nothing about the construction business then misled me on how much it would cost, and when everything was sed done, he doubled the amount that I owed, and then turned me into the credit bureau on top of this they lost my case because his first year attorney knew nothing about the construction business presented himself like a child. I wouldn’t hire Dan Stoner law service for anything ever again.

I sued a contractor who scammed me. Daniel Stoner assigned a young and clueless man to represent me. I ended ip learning he misrepresented me by suing the wrong entity and they are still billing me after getting two lump sum payments. Now I may never collect anything and I waisted more time with Stoner Law. And to add insult to injury, the fool did not have the copies of the checks I wrote to the contractor and I could only win a certain amount when I could have won more. My name and address and bank account were on those copies of the checks!!!

When I approached James for representation, I already had confidence in his abilities through word of mouth. He immediately laid out all possible consequences. He understood the problem, and in being honest with him about the charges Brought against me, he laid out all possible angles and paths we could follow to minimize the sentencing while, understanding I needed to be prepared for the worst. He was easy to contact with questions and would give clear answers at each step in the process.
At every appearance required by the state, he came prepared, based on his knowledge of the of the process, in conjunction with the charges. This made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. He made it so that the legal jargon, was easily understood for me, the average citizen.
In my situation, he was able to obtain the best possible outcome, through vast knowledge preparedness, and open lines of communication.

We got an appointment with Mr. Glasser one week after I called. He was very thorough and told us what to expect as well as how we were going proceed. He took down all the information about the case and told us the cost of his retainer. Once he received the retainer, he got right on the case and everything was filed at courts within a week. He take such good care of their clients.

Dan Glasser is a ruthless and atrocious lawyer who seemingly (to me) does not consider the effects on a child in custody litigation. Some people like ruthless and atrocious - if so he is your man. I admire his intellect (his accounting background is valuable), and ability to act (thus 2 stars and not 1 star). But in the end, the ones that suffer are kids...and he (and probably his firm) do not consider the pain caused to kids in my personal opinion. If you care about your kids steer clear. He will pit parties against each other to make money despite the impact on your kids. Email me if you want.
