I had to terminate representation due to the extreme lack of response from Greyson, which his secretary even admitted that she did not know why he was like that.
when I finally did talk to him he said to send him the parole paperwork back and he would send us back the retainer. Almost a month has passed since I sent the packet in perfect condition, verified with his secretary that he said he had received the packet but is “working” on the refund.
Now my calls go unanswered(unless i call from a different number) and I get no response from any of them. This is highly unprofessional. Will be reporting him to the state bar because this is simply unacceptable. I would not trust an attorney who lies and avoids communication with any client or former client.

Y’all I cannot speak highly enough of Sharon Easley and her team. We weren’t expecting this to go to the level it did. With my ex showing up pretty much last minute ( thought it wouldn’t be contested), Sharon worked diligently to pull out all the stops and work hard to protect my daughter. She took the other side off guard, having Information available that took this case to another level. She OWNED the courtroom and put the other side to shame. This woman has been changing lives for 25 years and I can see why. This might sound minimal. A simple name change. It was anything but. The complexity with a minor requesting a chance is not an easy feat. She went against the grain and spoke to my child who wanted to testify. This apparently is not common / allowed with these arguments. She had faith in my child and explained to the judge why she felt Kay would be able to articulate herself and the more than generous judge allowed for it. Again- not something typical at all. With Sharon’s confidence, intelligence and experience, she left the other side grasping at straws and visibly losing their composure. It was comparable to a cheetah taking down a baby gazelle. If you’re looking for someone willing to take unconventional chances to make changes in the standard family law outcome- call Sharon. She’s a beast and she wins. She’s willing to do what others won’t, to achieve what others don’t. I’m grateful for her, and she’s been a crucial part in teaching- and allowing my child to speak up against those who wrong her and giving her a rare opportunity to prove one should always act against what’s wrong. Allowing her to prevail in the end. We made changes today and it’s because she had faith in a Childs voice and took the leap of faith needed to offer my child a brighter future. Thank you Sharon. We will never be able to express just how much you’ve impacted our lives.

I've dealt with lawyers who really couldn't care less about supporting their clients and Sharon Easley is not one of them. You may not speak with her everyday but you can trust she is on your case. These things take time. Sharon is extremely knowledgeable in her field and will represent you fairly. Honesty is the best policy. If a client isn't upfront and is hiding stuff, you can bet they won't get a fair deal. I've hired Sharon to represent me and have every confidence that she will be the reason we walk away from our situation victorious. She's easy to speak with and very understanding. I have know Ms Easley for 15 years and have utilized her services in business as well as domestic issues. Sharon is the most ethical and effective attorney of which I have ever been in contact. As a small business owner that sells to retail outlets, I have had several issues that required consultation and representation with her to include divorce cases from members of my family or friends. I recommend Sharon for any case in which she feels she is qualified. Most of the judges in this area know that when Sharon takes a case, especially where children are involved that she will not move forward unless it is in the best interest of the child. Therefore going into the courtroom that awareness is there. I have several friends that are either present or retired judges and to a person they respect Sharon and will be the first to admit that if a negative post appears regarding her it is probably from a client or lawyer that was at the opposing table in the courtroom. Her fees are very reasonable and results oriented.

I was in deep trouble with this dui case i got. Every other lawyer I contacted demanded fees ranging from 5000 onward with no intent of actually finding a solution. Mr. Apgar was the only one that seemed to care how my case actually ended and was able to work with me on the price. He got my charge from a class A to class B at rockwall court which is notorious for going after the max sentence. Mr. Apgar was also very communicative during my entire ordeal and would always respond back in a timely manner make me feel heard. I really appreciate his services and i would highly recommend him!

I have dealt with immigrations lawyers since 2008 when I was offered an H1B Visa back in Miami. Back then, I used a lawyer who made the process very smoothly. After few years with the H1B, I had to return to my country for personal reasons. 8 years later, I was offered another job in the US, but now in Virginia. I did the entire H1B process with another lawyer, but my visa was denied at the embassy level. I was so frustrated because I sold everything to move to the US since an initial lottery acceptance letter was received. Very little information and guidance was provided by the lawyer. At that moment, I reinvented myself and started looking for jobs again in my home country. I have already resigned, as well as my wife since this initial acceptance letter made us thought our Visa was approved. At that moment, a friend of mine recommended us Rebecca Whitehouse. Rebecca provided me and the company who wanted to hire me an alternative. We tried again, and my Visa was approved the following year. I was so amazed.....but guess what?.... 3 years later, and I no longer need the working visa...because I just received my green card :)
There are many things I can tell you about Rebecca, but what stands out the most are:
1. HONESTY: she was very honest since the beginning. Her price structure is fair. She could have charged me more by offering more services like renewing working VISA while waiting for green card, etc. But her advices and recommendations were always to benefit me and my family. On another occasion, I told her that my brother (with a degree in music production from Berklee) was potentially offered a creative job with a marketing and advertising emphasis and we wanted to hire her for the H1B process. She immediately told me that she would not take this case, as she knew it was going to get rejected due to the fact that the education did not match the job opening. She could have taken the case and then have it rejected and still charge the company for the work, specially since we are ignorant on immigration law. In fact, another immigrations lawyer told my brother and the company he would take the job, but we followed Rebecca's recommendation. This is why, I always told her that I would do whatever she recommended me to do. The level of trust I established with her was great.
2. Knowledgeable
3. Very detailed oriented: She tries to collect as much information as possible. She organizes everything very well, and makes sure there is no gap with information presented. She makes sure everything submitted to Uscis makes sense and is accurate.
For all these reasons and more, I strongly recommend Rebecca!

I can tell you from my own experiences that some attorneys I have encountered do not demonstrate any genuine desire to fight for their clients as they should, or even as thoroughly as they should. This summer I was arrested for an Assault Family Violence in Kaufman County. Consultation: william was on time & spent a considerable amount of his precious time explaining the Pros & Cons of the dufferent types of debt resolution depending on situations. I did not feel pressured at all and it gave me the right insight to make my decision to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

William was as prompt as it could be in order to clarify any confusion due to me not understanding what to do from bankruptcy courses to paperwork filling. I received answers/replies within hours to 1 business days.
Process:
Smooth as butter. He made a painful experience absolutely pain.
Representation:
I believe that I was represented by Greg and all went well to make the painful experience easier to go through.
Cost and fees:
Straightforward, affordable and convenience and flexibility.

Customer service:

Greg was absolutely phenomenal during the handling of my case. I initially filed with another firm and after nearly 18 months I was unable to confirm my case. I meet with Greg and explained everything during my initial consultation. I hired this agency for a Social Security Disability claim. I am happy to report after almost 3 years later, the back wages have been received and disability claim has been approved. It was a long stressful process from a time standpoint. However, I was extremely pleased with Farrah & Mobina's support and knowledge of these type claims. Farrah is an asset to this firm. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her role. She was always on point with requesting medical records when necessary. Mobina was a pleasure to work with on the hearing day. I started my case without much hope. I had not been able to see specialist in over 20 years. Well I had evidence of my pain I had nothing to show my limitations. Andrew was wonderful! He was incredibly helpful, as was everyone at the Barber Law Firm. I was very impressed with the fact that he always responded to my e-mails personally, and never made me feel like I was annoying or bothering him. He even took time to respond to me over Christmas vacation when I was having problems with the insurance company.
