Howard is a great attorney. When we still lived in Plano he helped my son and I to get my husband out of the Dallas jail. He was arrested for driving while under the influence. My husband had never been in jail before.

I was lucky to have Mr Schomburger as my court appointed attorney for felony and misdemeanor charges I was facing. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to do so based off my experience with him. He is obviously very knowledgeable and good at what he does. He was able to get my felony dropped down to a misdemeanor and I received what I believe to be the best possible outcome I could have hoped for.

John is honestly the only dude in the criminal justice system who I’ve met who honestly cares if or not the person being charged of the crime is guilty in any sense of the word. The judges and officers in collin county just seem to want jailers money and convictions. Soon as I graduated highschool I was wrongly charged with felony drug charges which were a roommates of mine. He looked into it, took multiple court dates but eventually took to me getting it completely dismissed. Always looked me in the eye and asked me about home setting and furthermore. This was years ago, just was curious to see if he was still doing okay... couldn’t find him so guess I thought I’ll just leave a good review. God bless ya John

John did an outstanding job representing me in a recent criminal matter. I faced felony charges for DWI with a minor in the vehicle. This incident was the result of fleeing the scene of an aggravated assault wherein the person who assaulted me called 911 to report me for the DWI with minor claiming he was concerned for my child. Throughout the entirety of this case John was very professional, persistent and pleasant. He contacted me on a regular basis to keep me informed about my case. He was flexible with timing and was able to work around my schedule when we needed to discuss matters or look over documents in person. Although this was a very stressful situation for me, John remained very cool headed and able to keep me calm. I felt comforted knowing that he served as a prosecuting attorney prior to switching to defense. He is able to truly see both sides of the case and counter accordingly. His kind demeanor, thoroughness, prompt follow-up and intelligence made working with him such a relief as well as a pleasant experience. I knew that he had covered everything prior to us walking into trial together. He was able to get me a verdict of "not guilty". I was in tears as soon as I walked out of the courtroom. I highly recommend John Schomburger as a defense attorney. I have worked with some brilliant attorneys in the past and I must say that John is definitely top notch. He is to whom I would send my friends and family. John Schomburger is an outstanding attorney.

While Erin hasn't been practicing very long, her style and confidence are that of a very seasoned lawyer. She reviews all possible aspects of your situation, alternatives and options, and lays out a comprehensive plan of attack to resolve your issues. I've worked with a lot of lawyers over the years, and know it's difficult to find one that "calm the waters" when necessary and still hold an aggressive position when it's called for. I recently went through a mediation process on a highly contested divorce. I had little hope that the main issues in this divorce were going to be settled outside of the court of law. The mediation took a lot of effort, but in the end I was pleased with the results, since I was able to secure what was most important to me (50/50 custody of my kids). Most attorneys put you off and just tell you what you want to hear in order to acquire your business. Jim is straight forward and realizes that he has a commitment to protect you financially as well as legally. He is a strong yet fair negotiator who maintains his qualities of honesty and integrity throughout the process. Although he has been practicing for quite some time, he is still unique in his profession because of these principles he maintains. He knows the law well and will guide you in the correct direction no matter how complicated your situation is or how emotional you are with respect to your failed marriage. It's difficult to trust an attorney in this day and age, but Jim will earn yours. If you need help in a contested divorce, mediation, or other matters of family law, I recommend Jim Frazier.

When I searched for an attorney to handle my divorce, I went to a website that reviewed local Plano, Texas attorneys. From that list, I chose Mr. Frazier. He has over 30 years of experience handling family law matters. I am very gratified by my choice. I found he and his staff to be personable and willing to make time for my legal needs. My divorce was very complex as it involved multiple successful businesses and financial assets. His fee for services was extremely reasonable. He negotiated a fair settlement without the need of going to court.

I used Jack Cupples in October of 2018 and he was excellent he personally went down to the courthouse and got my hearing set up because he couldn’t get anybody on the phone after trying for days. He was also reasonable in price. I would use him again if needed. I would definitely recommend him to Friends and Family.

Danny Son first assisted me with my application for H1B1 Visa back in 2004 and he was on top notch making sure every single file was promptly taken care of. Danny also helped me with my initial green card application in 2005, then renewed my green card application last year and in 2019 took care of my naturalization. I just received my oath notice just only months after the application ( of coz he was the first to submit any applications, updates, follow up etc). I absolutely highly recommend Danny.. he is the best go to immigration attorney .. never had even a single hiccup along my whole immigration journey. He is also the most honest, down to earth, easy to work with attorney I have encountered. I work in real estate and I have experienced many lawyers in my career path for continuing education but Danny is definitely the most experienced immigration lawyer!!!

I have had Mr.Shultz as my attorney on my case for about 3-4 years. I first hired an attorney and paid a ridiculous amount signed for deferred probation. Each time I was revokated Mr.Shultz was my appointed attorney and I was in disbelief about how much he cared and invested into my case. I cannot say enough great things about him. He also is the attorney that fights for what you want and just doesn't try to have you sign for time quickly so he can move onto another case.

This true gentleman is extremely good at what he does. Mr. Schultz takes his job and an individual's case very seriously. As someone who unfortunately, has one of "those" family members who can't keep themselves out of trouble, this attorney is not only there for the client, he is there for the client's family. He understands the difficult obstacles that a client may face and doesn't sugar coat things . Instead, he puts forth sincere effort in getting things in favor of his clients in a fair and just manner . Mr. Schultz explains legal procedure in language that I can understand, and I could tell from the first opportunity of speaking with him that he is very experienced . If ever, I personally need representation, then Mr. Schultz will be the one that I will make a bee line to. Truly, he is a rarity in a field that I have always viewed with a skeptical and critical eye. All I say is true and I do not benefit from anything I'm saying. I'm not even going to tell him about this review. Also, I am not a paid spokesman;)

Issue with neighbor harrasing us for no reason . We sued in civil court and won but nothing happened, we still never got our money after several years of waiting.
