Mr. Fleischer took on a probate case, for me, that was a total mess. The lawyer previously on the case had made some very bad mistakes and then had the nerve to drop the case. I consulted with two lawyers after she drop it and they would not touch the case because of the problems she had created.
Mr. Fleischer was recommended by another attorney and he was definitely the right man for the job. He took the case and corrected all the problems created by the previous lawyer, was able to get everyone involved in this case to the table and now we will be closing the case in the next 30 days.
I would highly recommend Mr. Fleischer to anyone needing a Probate or Estate Lawyer. He is the best you will find and he will make you feel very comfortable working with him.

Our daughter was attending school in Florida when, unfortunately, she was involved in a motor vehicle accident. It was a incredibly scary time for us. I have worked with Manju Kalidindi for my EB1 application. She was a great help in highlighting those items in my resume in order to reflect my achievements in the application. She was always forthcoming to respond to my worries and concerns about the visa process. Whether it was a phone call or email query, she was also always there to respond. She guided me in writing my personal statement for the application and in prioritizing the items in the statement in order of importance. It did take over a year to officially close but then again it took almost a year for a doctor and chiropractor to get me to feeling somewhat better. November 2020 was a devastating time for our sister as her husband died from COVID. His financial affairs were a total disaster, leaving his wife, our sister, an emotional, financial and physical wreck besides being disabled as well. We, that is, our other sister and her husband including myself, sometime shortly after this horrific sudden death, somehow, by the grace of God, had recommendations that Steve Braverman would be the perfect attorney for this situation. The 4 of us had a 4-way ( we were in 3 different states! ) phone consultation with Steve. Afterwards there was a joint consensus that Steve would be the perfect lawyer for our sister. Shortly thereafter, we hired him immediately and we have not looked back. Many complicated hoops we had to jump through, many questions and concerns, yes, fears and frustrations, but Steve was ALWAYS there for us, navigating us through quite frankly a mess of financial issues as one can imagine. Over these past 2 years + Steve has not wavered in his support. His investigative skills are superb as we looked at the various options, again, when one would not be accepted by creditors. His communication skills are pristine, clear and remarkable for a lawyer as such a profession is limited in that department of compassion. We've previously hired and dealt with several attorneys that often took their time to respond - which is very frustrating. Each time we contacted Mr. Braverman, he responded quickly and efficiently communicated with everyone involved. After waiting for eight years for a visa number to become available to find out my next steps in the process to receive my green card, I finally received an email on March 9, 2015 informing me that my case was ready. I was so happy. I instantly called my girlfriend at the time to inform her and as expected she was extremely happy.
Everything was going great until I received an email from NVC informing me that I would have to do my immigration interview and medical in Kingston, Jamaica. My girlfriend instantly said that she did not like the idea because she have heard of cases of people going back to their home country to do their interview and get stuck for one reason or another. After informing my parents about what was going on they told me that everything was ok because they did all of the paperwork correct. My girlfriend at the time was still not happy. In fact, she was adamant that we should consult an attorney. After searching and reading up reviews about attorneys online she sent me a link to Mr. Loblack on Facebook. After setting up a consultation with Mr. Loblack and explaining my situation my worst fear became reality. He told me that if I should go I stand the chance of getting bar from reentry for a period of roughly 10 years because I overstayed (Base on what my parents told me I didn't knew that I overstayed) a period exceeding six months.
My unhappiness gradually began to go away after Mr. Loblack informed me that I can go to the interview in Jamaica but I would have to have a waiver. As a result, I hire him as an attorney.
After following everything that Mr. Loblack and his team (Nadia, Sue, Danielle, Wolf, Rachelle and especially Rose) told me to do I was able to receive a waiver after roughly four months in January 2017.
I leave for Jamaica on February 5 to do my medical at the St. Andrew's Hospital on February 8 and my interview on the Jamaican Embassy on February 24.
While in Jamaica everything went smoothly. In fact, I was able to return to America roughly two weeks after my interview.
In closing, I must say that as a result of the great job that Mr. Loblack did I am now an American resident. Also, I would recommend him without hesitation to anybody with an immigration problem. He and his team is the GREATEST.

Last year my family and I experienced a very traumatic event and we needed a lawyer who could help us through a difficult time. My mother has always been skeptical of attorneys in general, because she has always feared that they would only be looking out for their best interests, so she wanted to make sure we met with several different firms before we made a decision..
When we called Ariel, he came to our house and ended up staying for four hours, including dinner. He was able to connect with my mother in a way that others couldn't, and he walked her through the entire process. When it was time to go to court, his performance was flawless and we walked away with a settlement that we could have never dreamed of.
Things are very different for our family now,, but as crazy as it sounds, in some ways for the better. We had a horrible situation that Ariel helped us through and I could not be more grateful. Even after the case was settled, Ariel still calls my mother every week to see how she is doing and her face lights up every time he calls.
