Although their firm doesn’t handle cases like mine, Mr Ulan spent over an over an hour offering me insight into what I could possibly expect if I opted to pursue the matter. I hired Josh to draft a basic legal agreement. I was also planning on having him draft a will for me and represent me for an injury case as well. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere on these matters.
Josh seems like a great attorney (if he wants your work) and I'm not surprised by all the great reviews he has since he seems very likeable and generous with his time (at first). However, after the initial consultation Josh lacks the professionalism to tell his clients upfront when he is not interested in your work (or doesn't have time, I'm not sure which one it is). Instead of telling you he will ignore you for a week or more and hope you just go away. I would rather him just say upfront that he is not a good fit for the work than waste my time stringing me along.
Seems I am not the only one with this experience either. Sort his firm's Google reviews by lowest first and you will see others complaining of the same thing. I suspect Josh did not want to do this work either or was too busy at that time (still not sure which one it is)
So if it seems Josh is interested in your work and you continuously get timely responses from him after the initial consultation, then I would recommend him. But as soon as it seems he is no longer interested, run for the hills because he is just going to waste your time stringing you along for months. I kept trying to be empathetic and give him another chance thinking maybe this is atypical but seems like that is his MO if he doesn't want your work.
Josh - just be honest with your clients upfront and don't jerk them around. Seems like you have a very successful practice and can be a great attorney.

I am from the Philadelphia PA area and was involved in an alleged criminal Simple Assault case in Buck County, PA one year ago, where someone made an egregious allegation against me. Thankfully, if it were not for Bill, this allegation could have totally ruined my life, ruin my reputation, ruin my career and even put me in prison.
I found William Denardo (Bill) from an Internet presentation he made. I was so impressed, I called him right away. He answered, no voicemail or answering service. We had an immediate telephone consultation and I explained my case. He then invited me to have a face to face at his office, and it was during this meeting he explained what he could do for me and agreed to take the case. I felt good about him and did not hesitate to hire him. Bill gave me confidence I was in good hands and that he would work zealously exploring all legal options to achieve the best outcome for me.

Within seconds Bill corrected the judge on the correct charges and the judge then apologized and said “ he was testing counsel.” Imagine if Bill was not mentally aware and nimble, the judge could have screwed me up and recorded more serious charges against me. By the way, Bill got my charges dropped from Simple Assault to a minor summary offense, which is like a traffic ticket!
Finally, Bill knows both the prosecution and defense side of law proceedings. He knows it all! My case is just about closed and I am totally thrilled with Bill’s legal work and how he handled my case. I feel my life is back! I have already told many of my friends and family about him! There is nothing scarier in life than getting arrested. The sick feeling you have knowing that you messed up and feeling powerless to stop the process is nothing to laugh about.
