Mr. Glassman is a wonderful attorney. He handled my car accident case and made the entire process easy for me. It was very stressful and I sustained painful soft tissue injuries. Attorney Matthew Glassman represented a very close friend of mine in a criminal case earlier this week. My friend was facing multiple years in prison, however whatever Attorney Glassman my friend end up getting charges dropped and time served. We are all very grateful for the outcome. Robin Burner Daleo Law Firm is very professional. The office in Mount Sinai, was beautiful! Staff was helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend using them if needing estate planning. Eric came recommended and represented us on a home purchase under unusual circumstances. We had an accepted offer on a home in E Northport, NY back in February 2020. Then the COVID-19 pandemic hit full force. Eric worked with us and the sellers' attorney to get us closed in April with proper 'social distancing' guidelines in place after some delays. The end result was a successful transaction. I'd say that's an ABC situation.

Eric represented my family when it came time to sell my parents’ longtime home on the
north shore of Long Island. He apprised me of all the issues, advised me what the ramifications would be of certain of these issues, e.g. obtaining retroactive certificates of occupancy which we lacked, power of attorney issues, and various other points large and small. But the coup de grace was when, literally the very night before the closing, my elderly father took ill and was hospitalized. Eric came into NYC and went to my father’s hospital room to get power of attorney at our request so the closing could proceed the next day as planned. Thankfully my father’s OK. We would hire Eric again in a second. If you’re involved in a real estate transaction and you don’t hire Eric, you’re crazy! :-)

MR DOWLING BREECHED THE RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND WAS ADMONISHED BY THE STATE OF NEW YORK GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE FOR THE TENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR THE MANOR IN WHICH HE HANDLED MY MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASE. HE CAUSED ME TO LOSE MY MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASE DUE TO HIS CARELESSNESS AND NEGLIGENCE. THERE WERE SEVERAL NEGLIGENT ACTIONS ON HIS PART. FAILURE TO PREPARE THE PAPERWORK CORRECTLY AND ACCURITLY AND FAILURE TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS TO THE COURT ON TIME.
THIS CAN BE VERIFIED WITH THE STATE OF NEW YORK GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE FOR THE TENTH JUDICIIAL DISTRICT
FILE NO. ; S- 534-14.. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION. NO OTHER ATTORNEY WOULD TAKE THE CASE BECAUSE HE SCREWED IT UP SO BAD AND I LOST MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.
