Speeding ticket, serious violation (allegedly 31 over)...a mess. I reached out to Anthony, he responded immediately, I got him the info he needed, and that was it. My work was done. His was just getting started.
Court date arrived, Anthony attended on my behalf (I did not attend). I received a fine and zero points.

Previously, I have had a very mixed experience dealing with lawyers, and not in a good way, until I lucked into Tom Bauer. This gentleman is like the unicorn of lawyers, besides being a very intelligent individual.
Returns emails promptly? Yes! Returns phone calls? Yes! Actually truly cares about his clients? Yes! Gives amazing advice? Yes! Has reasonable fees? Yes! Always has time for you? Yes!
Coming from someone quite a bit jaded dealing with lawyers, I can't think of enough superlatives for Mr. Bauer. The best thing I can say is from what you expect of a lawyer and typically the reality being much different, Mr. Bauer has not only met my expectations but exceeded them. He truly looks out for your best interest.
I felt a comfort level speaking to him as well, because he truly cares. If I could give more than five stars I would, and I rarely give five stars period.

I hate writing reviews; I mean, I REALLY HATE writing them. When you find a professional that stands out from the crowd, however, it's only appropriate to give praise as deserved.
Steve has been extremely patient throughout my legal journey and continues to provide sound advise and creative solutions for a difficult situation. What's most impressive, however, is his ability to think quickly on his feet, using his wit, skills (the man is absurdly smart and could write a book based on his in-depth knowledge and experience), and appropriately-timed sarcasm to deliver the message in a compelling and easily-understandable way.
If you're looking for someone who will sugar-coat things, Steve isn't your guy, though. We've had a lot of tough conversations and haven't always seen the case the same way. He's objective, taking the emotions out of the legal issues, yet still somehow seems to be more empathetic than most. Why do I mention this? If you want good representation, you can't work with someone who always tells you what you want to hear. Instead, you need someone in your camp who will help you through the emotions of the situation but more than that, keep you in the game; Steve is that person.

After being dissatisfied by the final plea deal procured by a public defender in a DWI case, which was essentially a cop out to the initial misdemeanor charge, I decided it was worth trying to start over with a private attorney. During my free consultation with Serino, MacKay, & Berube, I offered to leave my paperwork with the firm to look over while I made my decision. Kevin declined the papers, citing privacy considerations. None of the other five plus local attorneys I interviewed did this, and I interpreted it as a sign of discretion and professionalism, so I hired them. The first victory in the case came when Rich was able to arrange for my license to be temporarily reinstated during a DMV hearing. The final resolution to the criminal side of the case came within six months of my hiring them, and took the form of a gulity plea to a lesser violation (DWAI), as opposed to a misdemeanor, which is what I was hoping for from the outset. Hire this firm if you want likeable, well-connected attorneys who are recptive to client input advocating on your behalf.

Wonderful experience. Mark helped us with both our property sale and purchase. He was prompt, provided us with his cell and made sure we knew he could be contacted at all times. He even called me directly on a day where the firm was closed and he was also sick to let me know our closing was good to go, just so we didn't have to wait. Kelly went above and beyond to get the best outcome for my case. I switched to Kelly after working with an incompetent attorney who attempted to coerce me into settling. I had sole custody of my son (who has Asperger's) for 6 1/2 years. After I recently remarried, my son's father brought me back to court for joint custody and increased visitation. Kelly fought hard, and the end result is that I maintain sole custody of my son and my son's father was mandated to an alcohol and drug treatment program (which he failed to complete) with his visitation REDUCED to four hours per week in a public venue. It is extremely stressful when you are advocating for your child. Kelly is highly responsive, honest and hard working. She knows the law, the court system and the players. I supported my mother in finalizing her estate planning. She was able to receive the service as part of her retiree benefit package. my dad and my mom have been staying away from each other for 8 long years, not because they were separated ,it was because my mom was not getting visa for United states.
