Look, no one wants to find a lawyer. It is not awesome, and doing it, well, is daunting for those of us who aren't really accustomed to "legal" stuff.
That said, I found myself in that spot. I connected with Greg Kirschenbaum, and he really changed my mind about lawyers (on most things). He was personable, as he took the time to listen and understand the annoying details of the situation and the nuances and things that I cared about. He represented my interests well and kept me informed and comfortable with the process and events. I don't have anything bad to say about my time as a client with Greg; it was quite the opposite. If, and I doubt it, but if I find myself in that situation again, or something akin, I would call Greg before anyone I know or could look up.

I grew up in a technical environment, and began my career in 1964 as an aircraft mechanic and inspector for Boeing, and became an international 747 pilot. My career involved close contact with countless engineers, lawyers and legal documents for decades. So I’ve been around the world a few times and I know a savvy engineer or a savvy lawyer when I see one. I’ve never seen any engineer or lawyer more insightful than Brian Dinicola, let alone anyone with his superiority in both skills.
I spent six months searching coast to coast for a patent lawyer. I examined all kinds of patent services posted on the Internet. They lacked primary information most important to any novice like me. Then I happened upon Brian Dinicola’s web site. His forthright and meticulous style instantly distinguished him from other Internet patent services.
Brian routinely displayed careful forethought in explaining the answers I needed before I even thought of the questions. We are on opposite sides of the country, but he communicates so well by email, it’s like being in his office.
Brian’s eloquent and meticulous writing style is so proficient anyone of my skill level could form a mental picture or make a drawing from what he writes. Kim Jinks provided me with excellent legal services over a 3 year period and counting. I went through an extremely high conflict divorce, which came with its fair share of emotional roller coasters making a straight-shooting lawyer absolutely necessary to keep me from falling off the deep end. This is the type of lawyer you see in the movies where you actually put your full trust in your lawyer, and it was absolutely worth it. I was in court at least eight times. Custody issues with multiple children, ex in-law drama, you name it. Kim made herself available to me for whatever I needed. I shopped around for lawyers (paying all of them a consultation fee) and it was very clear to me that I would have a good working relationship with the Jinks Law Firm. I watched my ex go through five lawyers while mine was highly intelligent, consistent, and persistent (my ex’s clearly were none of those things). She is 100% honest (brutally, sometimes) and I cannot imagine where my life would be right now had I not hired her at the start of my divorce.
