I had an issue a few years back. I got an email stating I needed to fill out a family medical history form for my 15 year olddaughter. Problem is I didnt know I had a 15 year old daughter. A former love interest popped up out of nowhere. And sure enough this girl was my flesh and blood. At first the mother agreed to let me meet her then recanted on her promise. I contacted several attorneys in Raliegh and none were responsive. I got Ms McClinton on the phone with the first try. She did not try to sell a $500 consultation fee. She simply asked me a few questions and told me what kind of case I had. I had her assistant immediately charge my card for the retainer because I had my lawyer. Look people, this woman FIGHTS for you. She gets in the trenches back to back with you. Everything she told me happened exactly like she said. And because Ms McClinton is so knowledgeable and smooth, she convinced the court to grant me visitation of my daughter despite her mothers protest. All I wanted was to meet my daughter one time and Ms McClinton got me more than that. My daughter is now a sophomore in college and Ms McClinton is someone I consider a dear friend.

In 2014 my wife and I were involved in a serious car accident caused by an inattentive driver that veered over the double yellow line and collided with us head on. Chris gave us the peace of mind and kind of attention only a small personal law firm is capable of. He and his secretary kept us informed at every step of the way and were meticulous in the collection of all the necessary documents that were needed. They even went so far as to personally find and collect medical bills that we were unable to gather.. At no time did we feel pressure to settle and he went over and above to make sure we were happy with the settlement that was negotiated. I would not hesitate using him again. His firm is the polar opposite of the impersonal nature of those mega firms where you are just a number. No regrets here.

I was originally given Chad as my public defender on some very minor misdeamenors. While my misdeamenors were pending I ended up getting 7 more misdeamenors and 5 felonies. Although I had never been convicted of a crime or pled guilty to a crime having 17 pending charges at once looks terrible and screams guilty. Anyway, when I got the 5 felonies we made the decision to retain Chad on all my pending cases instead of keeping the public defender I had been assigned on the new charges. Retaining Chad was the best choice we could have made! I was 19 and 20 throughout my court proceedings and come from a family where no one has ever been involved in any criminal matters outside of minor traffic tickets. We were all very scared and nervous and had no clue what to expect! Chad eased all of our concerns and was always available to answer our questions! Even if you called and he couldn't answer he can almost always respond to you via text. I think the longest I had to wait for a response from him was 30 minutes. It is amazing how available he makes himself to his clients! Even after work hours or on the weekend he would reply to my texts. I kept them short of course because it is his time off but the fact he will reply after hours speaks volumes about him and how important his clients are to him! I cannot say enough good things about him! He is also realistic about what he can get as an outcome for you. He won't tell you what you want to hear just so you hire him. He is honest about what he could likely get you as a deal and will always get you the best deal possible. While I do not think it is appropriate to share what we paid for his services he charged us a VERY reasonable rate given all the charges I had. We paid a set amount for him to handle all my cases. He was able to get me a short amount of probation time for all my charges with less than the 'minimum' active time suspended for my sentence! Most attorneys will get you probation and not so much worry how much time is suspended should you violate your probation, Chad isn't most attorneys though! Once all my cases but one was resolved I moved across the state, 30minutes from the NC/TN line. Long story short there was an issue with one of my misdeamenors I completely forgot about and never told Chad about since I forgot about it since I had so many charges. I had a warrant for my arrest. I immediately called Chad and he went to the DA and had the case dismissed. Even though I forgot to tell him about this misdeamenor charge when he gave me a flat fee for all my cases he handled it for me months after all my other cases were resolved. Again, I cannot say enough good things about him. Truly a one of a kind man and attorney. If you ever find yourself in need of an attorney for ANYTHING no matter have small or big a criminal matter, traffic matter, family/civil matter, etc. contact Chad and have your fingers and toes crossed he is able to take on more cases! Even if he feels your case is not a good fit for him or one of his attorneys he will refer you to a trusted friend within the industry. If you are lucky enough to have Mr. Axford represent you, you will not be disappointed! In fact I wouldn't believe you if you told me you were anything but beyond satisfied with the results of your cases!

Ms. Sparrow did a fantastic job on my case and I am thankful.
I have a CDL license and for me it is more than the right to drive from one place to another, it is my living.
Rather than describe the aspects of the case I will just say that I had gotten into some trouble unintentionally with the police and as sometimes happens, things we don't
realize are as serious as they are, threaten are livelihood.
Thankfully Ms. Sparrow did a wonderful job and saved my career by getting mycase voluntarily dismissed.
Hopefully I won't ever run into a legal situation again, but I know to call her first if I need help again.

I obtained his service under my very unfortunate circumstances. Over the years (almost four years) going through with my case, I have learn to respect the legal process and importance of a good attorney.
Throughout the years he has given me many good advice as a client and as a person. His comforting advice, sometimes stinging criticism, and best of all honest and correct assessment of situation will bring comfort to difficult situations. I've always do my best to read his carefully composed emails with equal amount of focus on my end.
Sometimes the truth is a hard pill to swallow but when it's presented to you it's up to you to accept it or not. However, can't deny the fact that in difficult situations sometimes that's exactly what you need. Joe will give you just that: truth.

I retained the Rosen Law Firm to represent me in my separation and divorce in 2008, which was recently finalized, and I could not have had a better attorney/client experience. Erin did a wonderful job diffusing an emotionally charged situation, and made the process of securing a separation agreement and concluding the divorce as smooth and painless as possible. In our initial client meeting, it was still difficult for me to discuss my marriage difficulties with anyone, but Erin's awareness and sensitivity put me at ease rather quickly. I entered the meeting rather depressed and left the meeting rather optimistic about my future.
In the months to follow, Erin proved to be a very efficient attorney. She negotiated a separation agreement which secured more property and assets than I had anticipated. Additionally, she was always very quick to respond to my emails and calls, generally within 1-2 hours, even on weekends. I appreciated that she always offered to meet with me in person as well as over the phone when we discussed case updates. From start to finish, she was a pleasure to work with.
Additionally, I was very impressed with the monthly phone call I received from a managing attorney at Rosen to ensure that my case was being handled to my satisfaction. Received a citation from a State Trooper for expired automobile registration which I actually was not aware that it had expired due to an original vehicle inspection failure/then repaired to NC standard, and then no notice ever received from the State that the registration had not been paid. ( I fully forgot that it had not been paid). Atty Immelman stated that he would assist in representing me in court with no guarantee of the outcome of the judge's decision. He accepted the case and had the court case entirely dismissed! I have worked with numerous lawyers through business over the years, and Atty Immelman rates all the "stars" checked above.
