I came into contact with Rebecca by accident. I am dealing with a high-conflict child custody case in San Diego County. Very serious events have occurred which I do not want to share publicly that required assistance from Rebecca. Rebecca represents the Mother of a child my ex-wife has allegedly kidnapped. The child has been missing since November and is still missing. There are many different law enforcement agencies involved, as well as three different courts in three counties regarding child abduction. Rebecca has gone above and beyond to research issues related to this case and provide me and her client with guidance as it relates to informing the court of the facts and getting all counties and all law enforcement on the same page. Rebecca is intuitive and very smart. She is honest and exercises integrity when dealing with me and other people. Rebecca can be curt and straight to the point which initially threw me off. I felt her tone was aggressive with me. Then when I realized who she was and what part she plays in these cases; I understood her intensity. She literally cross-examined me when she found me. Yes, she found me! While doing research on her kidnapping case she traced several relatives of the alleged kidnapper. Rebecca has laser focus. I can imagine that is offputting to sensitive people who need hand-holding. Despite her initial aggressive and curt demeanor she has a huge heart and has the children's best interests at the top of her list. Due to her call, her conversation with my attorney, and her efforts to this day, I have full custody of my son after being alienated for over 6 months

I hired Rebecca to represent me in a high-conflict child custody case in Riverside. I was looking for an attorney that would stand up for me, and make all of my evidence known to the Judge. Rebecca filed motion after motion for me until the court finally made a decision in my favor. I am dealing with a severe parental alienation case. Rebecca fought hard so that the court would HEAR what I was trying to say. Communication with her office is very easy. The office’s procedures make it efficient and quick to get questions answered and get updates on my case. All documents are forwarded to me for review. The only issue is that Rebecca is on the pricier side. However, her reputation in the community, her relationships with everyone from the court staff to the janitor, make the court appearance so much less stressful. You really do pay for what you get. My prior attorney charged much less but I ended up paying just as much as Rebecca charges because their office was inefficient, disorganized, and just not up to my standards. It seems like that is the norm for most firms. Not Rebecca’s firm. Those girls are a team and it is evident that they work very well together. Rebecca knows the law cold. She thinks quickly on her feet and does not give up. Highly recommend.

Generally, I do not post personal detailed reviews, but Rebecca and her team deserve to be recognized for their tireless efforts. Just over a couple years ago, I frantically called for a semi-emergent after-hours consult, expecting to hear back from her the next day. Thankfully, Rebecca immediately sprang into action, responding later that day. With a few factual details, she knew exactly what to do and began handling my intense situation. I was scared and unsure of what I was doing but Rebecca and her firm guided me throughout the entire legal process. Rebecca was honest and compassionate but more importantly provided me the tough reality I needed to face. One of the most scariest positions is placing your trust in an Attorney. I am so grateful to have come across Justin King. From day one I felt relaxed and comfortable, he listened and took notes. I was in a car accident back in 2019, and the driver who hit me was uninsured. I have had 2 previous back surgeries, and this car accident is now causing me to have a 3rd. I contacted Jonathan and he took my case. He not only helped me to get a significant settlement with the uninsured driver (which he did not have to do since this was a case through City Court) but he was able to secure a significant settlement for me through my own insurance company. Jonathan always kept in touch with me and was wonderful about answering my questions. He was always super responsive to my emails and phone calls. Jonathan worked hard and was able to secure a settlement for me in a surprisingly short time frame. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. He is hardworking, knowledgeable, and very kind and understanding. I would definitely hire him again if I needed an attorney.

About a year and a half ago I was hit by a drunk driver and sustained some pretty serious and potentially life-altering injuries. I had a number of phone consultations with lawyers throughout the state (prioritizing competence over geographic proximity). A number of other lawyers I spoke to sounded perfectly competent, but Jon struck me as particularly thoughtful, measured, and precise in his thinking. So I ultimately chose him and am glad I did.
All I can say is that my initial impression of Jon was pretty on point. He is measured and patient in his approach to litigation, which (I think) is an absolutely crucial attribute of a personal injury lawyer, where there is the temptation to get a bit overly aggressive with the opposition and signal impatience, which then might lead to easier, quicker--but ultimately smaller settlements. Point being, Jon is cerebral, patient, and plays the long game.
Further, and maybe most importantly, his ability to formulate strong and well-researched arguments is top-notch. My case was a bit complicated, with a number of moving parts and policies. But throughout the year-or-so process, Jon went up against the legal departments of two big insurance companies, putting forward arguments that were strong enough to get both to fully capitulate (even in a case that was as anything but cut-and-dried as mine was).
There was, however, one negative point with Jon I should mention in fairness. In the little of a year long period I worked with Jon, there was a two-to-three week period where for the life of me I could not get a hold of him. I left numerous voicemails, messages with the secretary, etc, but no luck. After writing an email to him him he promptly responded and explained that he was in the midst of a court-proceeding which was pretty much all-consuming. As demanding as they are, I understood and held nothing against him. (I even debate whether I should include this in my review, but hey, full disclosure.) And after that two/three week lapse of communication he was super prompt in getting back to me and keeping in touch.
All in all, being the tough grader that I am, I'd give Jon a 9.5/10....meaning he's a mere half-point away from being a flawless and ideal attorney to have on your side. I would not only recommend, but *urge* any friend or family to hire Jon.

This review is for Criminal Defense Attorney Michael P R Reed. I retained Mr. Reed in March of 2018 for my legal representation in a Felony DUI case. I was facing 3 years in jail. Mr. Reed got that reduced to 23 days. and a misdemeanor instead. Mr. Reed did an amazing job representing me and saving me. The case was dramatically reduced as were the penalties. My case was held in Ventura, CA which is notorious for never plea bargaining or reducing anything. Mr. Reed was able to get the case reduced to a misdemeanor. Mr. Reed is highly respected in the legal community. The prosecution as well as other lawyers came over to him many times inbetween court sessions and shook his hand and congratulated him on his other wins on other cases that took place during the week. Everyone on all sides showed great respect for Mr. Reed. It is well deserved too. Mr Reed had to appear over 12 x throughout my case. He always was on time and prepared. Mr. Reed always returned every call and text and always made sure I was prepared and aware of all steps throughout the procedure. He never made false promises andwas always very open and honest. Mr. Reeds price for pre trial was very low. He appeared 12x on my behalf for that 1 set fee. The Prosecution kept delaying the case. Mr. Reed was always ready and prepared, we never asked for a delay. Mr. Reed did and outstanding job. He is very pleasant, calm and cordial and very attentive. He understands the client is nervous and afraid and unaware of the legalities of court. He takes the timeto ensure the client knows all possibilities and all areas of defense. Mr. reed has an impeccable eye for detail and makes sure his clients are represented in the highest level. He truly deserves his outstanding reputation. He earned it. I give him 5/5 stars. I would highly recommend retaining this lawyer and his firm for any legal matters within heir scope. He is worth it.

Jacqueline was my appointed public defender/attorney by the Superior court of Rancho Cucamonga. I had was charged with violating probation and failure to complete classes , fine , and my outstanding jail time on a previous DUI violation. She actually took the time to go over the details of my case in person and also showed extreme empathy for what I was going through personally .. Jacqueline was able to convey all my positive attributes and actions taken to satisfy my requirements with the court. The Judge reviewed and verified the actions that I took to remedy my outstanding requirements to the court, and ruled my case as fulfilled and completed. At the capacity of Public Defender, they are commonly referred to as Public Pretenders. With that said, I was apprehensive and did not expect anything except the normal going through the motions for the paycheck. Miss Burgos went above the call of duty and was ready to fight for me all the way to trial. She stuck with my innocence until proven guilty. I was not found guilty nor railroaded with a sham deal. I met David Masters 3 years ago, while I was working for a WC Defense Attorney's firm in Southern California. Ironically, he came to our office for a deposition, and we hit it off professionally from there on.
Recently, I was injured with an ex employer, and the first person I thought of to call was David. Being on this side of the table was a whole new experience for me, after working for the "enemy", so to speak. I called David and had explained to him my situation and how, after talking to people about the employer where I got injured, people were saying I was a fool for trying to go after them for medical treatment, etc. My situation happened in California, however, I had moved out of California after, and so my contact with David has been via telephone or when I am flown to California as needed by him or the defense attorney, as happened with my latest deposition.
Well, I have been a basket case, and David, of course, has been my rock. I told him I was scared and didn't know what to do and how I was afraid of my ex employer because of how big of a company they are, and he told me about the "David & Goliath" story from the bible. He said "David went up against Goliath, and I'll be there for you and with you". Not once has David let me down. I've called him having a nervous breakdown, stressed out beyond belief, crying, frustrated, and many other emotional moments.
David has been blessed with patience beyond belief, he's extremely intelligent, compassionate, and has this incredibly amazing passion for his clients. I met with him this month, and if there were words to describe the look of passion on his face when he started talking about how much fight he puts into each and every one of his cases, this review would probably be a lot longer than 4k words. I've met many lawyers on different ends of the legal spectrum, and David Masters is truly an amazing man. Personally, I find him to be more of an angel sent by God who looks out for the "little guys" (those who are injured), and does it with all of his heart. He's truly heartfelt and sincere, and genuine, and not only goes to work each day, but goes to work with a heart filled with compassion and ready to take on the world... one client at a time.
I could sit here and type every adjective describing David, however, the best advice I can give anyone is that if you're in need of a Worker's Comp Attorney, and you're in Southern California, the best one, by every definition, would be David Masters. He's dependable, extremely professional, reliable, and again sincere and compassionate. Don't let anyone tell you any different... David Masters is definitely the best choice out there for injured applicants, when it comes to Worker's Comp.
*David is currently still working on/with my case, however, I have all the faith in the world in him, and I know everything will workout the way it's supposed to.*

I found Stone Haven law by doing a google search for best immigration attorneys in the Inland Empire. I was a bit pessimistic as I had tried 2 other firms that failed to meet my needs before going into Stone Haven Law's FREE consultation.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was very professional. I worked with Anudeep who was very helpful and knowledgable. After doing some research and speaking to the other attorneys in the firm, I knew they were the ones best fit for my situation and needs. Mr Naime provided amazing legal representation to me during a tumoltuous child support ordeal with the father of my daughter. Mr. Naime was my 4th and last attorney in a nearly 4 year divorce. Now I know what makes a great family law attorney. Mr. Naime knows and cares about the law and his clients. He relies on his superior intelligence and knowledge of the law to win your case. I believe he was the only attorney I had who was actually honest with me and worked hard on my case. He allowed me to make my own decisions about my case. The other attorneys I used seemed to keep me dark in order to make their job easier. You are completely reliant on your attorney in a divorce and if you question who's side they're actually on repeatedly, something is wrong. I truly felt Mr. Naime had my back, was honest and forthright with me and actually practices the law with the high ethical standards and responsibility the U.S. public expects from a family law attorney.

I had to find an Attorney pretty quickly, as we were in a time crunch to respond. I had read the reviews for the Richard K. Isles firm and was introduced to my now Attorney, Cora J. Dorado. She has been nothing but wonderful! There have been several instances when I have needed answers quickly, like within 1-2 hours, due to the other party not cooperating, and Cora has always responded in a timely manner. Her Paralegal, Leigh Collins, has been amazing as well, very professional and personable! They really do put the Clients first and have made it more of a pleasurable experience because of the personal relationship they have established with me. I recently retained Sherif Fathy to handle my misdemeanor case. Although it looked bad, Mr. Fathy felt that under the circumstances there were still several options open to me. At first, although a longshot, he attempted to get the case dismissed. When that didn’t work, Mr. Fathy told me he would work at getting the misdemeanor reduced to an infraction. I agreed to his plan and because I live out of state, he appeared on my behalf in all court proceedings. In the end, I was very pleased with the outcome. The charge was reduced to an infraction and I paid a small fine.
All Mr. Fathy's communications with me were timely, clear, concise and thorough through each step of the process. In addition, he was most candid in explaining all fees associated with representing me and I found them to be justified and reasonable.
I would recommend Sherif Fathy to anyone who is in need of excellent and thorough representation and counsel.

Going to court can be VERY stressful! Art Burga at Burga Law Firm eases that stress. It's hard to find a lawyer that will keep you updated on your case on a regular basis. He is a lawyer that answers, and returns, phone calls promptly (even with his busy schedule).
He has represented me in both Los Angeles and San Bernardino County. And from my understanding, he does work in San Francisco and out of state as well. So don't let location be a factor in choosing a lawyer.
I usually only Yelp if it's a great service or bad service (or product). I guess it has to stand out in order for me to take the time to yelp.
Take it from a satisfied client. Choose Art Burga for your Family Law cases.
(Oh yeah, I have also used him for a name change... I'm sure he does much more beyond family law and name changes, so call and find out)

Attorney Burga is helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and able to get the job done. He recently helped me with my case. Any and all questions I had, he was able to answer on the spot. Joe handled my case with professionalism from the very beginning. His preparation of the case and research of applicable laws was extremely thorough and right on point. The Grant Law Firm is AMAZING!!! I was having some financial issues the past year due to lay offs and unfortunately my home went into foreclosure. I applied for a modification but the bank denied it. I met with Jennifer to discuss my options. She was really nice. After meeting with her we were able to file and i was able to keep my home and get rid of some other debt.
If you're having issues similar to mine I suggest you call them. It's been a long stressful and embarrassing battle but now i can finally sleep comfortably.

Stacey Made us feel like family in the most professional way. She took our case personally and worked extremely Hard on helping with My son's safe return as well as Sole Physical and Legal Custody with No Visitation. Throughout my experience with Mr. Vargas’ firm, their lack of care and engagement was prevalent. Despite assurances of constant communication, I found myself repeatedly reaching out for updates, with one instance of silence lasting over a year. Their incompetence became apparent as promises of regular calls went unfulfilled, forcing me to initiate contact for three years. The end came when I had to persistently inquire about the settlement, even waiting a month before they mentioned the necessary paperwork. The promised proficiency in communication, personally vouched for by Mr. Vargas, turned out to be deceptive. Choosing this firm proved to be a significant disappointment.

This man did not put down all mitigating factors in my defense. I very well could have beaten my case had he put effort. I asked and told him my defense and he did not take it into account what I had said at all.
I would NOT recommend him WHAT SO EVER. He treated me like I was just a Mexican immigrant when I am a u.s. citizen who is just starting his young life out. My grandparents fought and served for this country during world war II. Terrible man who has no compassion.
