I know Eric handles a lot of “big” cases. He represented me in boating DUI, which was a “big” case to me. I had refused the breath test – which is a $2,000,00 fine. He beat that. The DUI charge itself he was able to get reduced to a non-criminal traffic ticket. He is a competitive person and gave my case the same attention as he does the higher profile cases.

This attorney, Robert Sailer was recommended to me by an elder care attorney who I know very well and have complete confidence in. She did not disappoint my co-worker and I by sending us to the very best and most experienced patent lawyer in the area. His expertise and vast knowledge regarding how to best protect an idea became obvious the moment he began to gather his needed information. The real skill that sets him apart from any other lawyers I've worked with is his amazing ability to teach the information in such a way that my co-worker and I both felt confident we understood. We had been thoroughly educated about our options, advised which options to pursue and why, then offered complete support from him throughout our initial assignments. We went from clueless to totally confident after what was only supposed to be a consultation. Mr. Sailer is both patient and passionate in his desire to help people accomplish their dream of protecting and launching their idea, product, formula you name it. It is wonderful to be in contact with someone who is truly able to make you see exactly how to accomplish your dream. The "consultation" was free and I don't think he plans on charging for his services until we are ready to basically "purchase our protection"

Jeff Tuttle and all of his associates are truly the most helpful and respectful people to work with. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and their team helped take care of everything from the start to finish. He is excellent with giving out information that all should know about retirement and the cost of healthcare. I as a physician learned how to not lose everything financially due to healthcare cost by the time I am 85. Unfortunately only 1 patient of all my Medicare patients has listened to the advice I gave to them from Mr. Tuttle’s radio talk 5-7 years ago. I always listened to his radio time replayed on Sunday as I headed down to the nursing home to see patients. How ironic!

Mr. Karmali was an excellent attorney. I received a speeding ticket while on the WA-520 highway. This was my first offense and the officer stated his radar clocked me going 25 MPH over the speed limit, but he only cited me on the ticket for going 15 MPH over. I contacted Mr. Karmali by phone and told him all of the information I could remember about receiving the ticket including that a radar gun was used. I provided my ticket number and he immediately looked it up and began reviewing it. He had confidence that the ticket could be dismissed as there seemed to be discrepancies on it (ones I never would have caught without a lawyer). This whole phone call took at most 5-10 minutes.
I later received the court date after telling him that I pursue a hearing with him as my lawyer. I sent him the date, time, and location and he went to court. I did not even need to go to the courthouse with him. He got the case dismissed and I did not need to pay any further court fees either. So for about 5-10 minutes of my time I did not have to pay a $150 speeding ticket or deal with increased insurance rates which would likely have costed me thousands over a few years. I also still have a clean driving record.

My first counseling with Bill (William) was in the month of Oct’2017. Right from the outset, I found Bill to be professional and systematic - he explained me the legal procedures in sufficient details (and in a way that I could understand them to my satisfaction); cadence of events and rough timelines around them; and the documents that would be required of me and the legal documentation that he and his office would prepare on my behalf. After talking-to and evaluating a few more lawyers in the area, I was convinced that Bill would be represent me the best, following which I hired him.
Bill has a strong bias for action, and in the weeks that followed, he proved to be increasingly resourceful - he asked the right set of questions (from me) to be able to assess the situation properly, and allowed me to ask mine.
His recommendations and advices were tremendously helpful throughout, and they proved to be instrumental to quickly move forward with things. He was swift and detail-oriented with the paper-work and and ensured the documentation was thorough and error-free. He was timely in his communication and kept me informed around the proceedings. He and his office were also very accommodative of my schedule - even though I was not in the city for long durations of time, scheduling time with him over the phone (to have my questions answered or to get a status-update), was a breeze. He is also very responsive over emails.
Thanks to Bill, my case concluded smoothly and as expected. Overall, I found Bill to be reliable, responsible and accountable and would strongly recommend him and his services.

My attorney Mr. William Buchanan is the best attorney ever. He is the second attorney that I had to hire for my custody case. I hired Mr. Buchanan less than a month to the date of my trail. Before I called him I went through a list of 9 other attorneys that actually did not want to take my case saying that it was very complicated and a contested case, they also said that I called them a little late and they just can’t take my case. BUT when I got to Mr. Buchanan, he was the most sensitive and understand attorney I have ever met, he actually started to help me even before I met with him in person or even signed anything with him. He took on what other attorneys saw as complicated and not enough time left for them to do anything and won the case, nevertheless, what Mr. Buchanan said he will accomplish happened and I got EVERY THING I ASKED FOR AND MORE.
Mr. Buchanan is the BEST attorney you will ever meet:
1. When you tell him your story he will remember accurately everything like all he has is your case.
2. Very well organized.
3. Very sensitive
4. Compassionate
5. Very understanding
6. Not judgmental
7. Very honest in his work, nothing but the truth.
8. Very smart, so that, if the other party lies, Mr. Buchanan can ask him questions that will reveal the lies.

I hired William Buchanan to handle the onslaught of litigation from my ex, post divorce decree. Mr. Buchanan does a great job of advising of what the possible outcomes are of particular strategy. That's why I've been using him going on three years now.
After my decree and having two other attorneys who adopted whatever position I wanted with little question and poor results, I was looking for someone with more experience to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of my legal questions. I found him to be very thorough and patient; obviously key qualities if you're the type of client that wants to know what's going on.
Mr. Buchanan is also pretty easy to reach if you have questions about your ongoing case. As mentioned above, I've had a couple of attorneys and client communication results have varied quite a bit: some won't return calls, some are afraid of email and treat it like a black hole. Mr. Buchanan won't leave you hanging as your case develops.

Mr. Hardman helped me through a difficult divorce, including post divorce disputes and several more court appearances after the divorce was final. My ex was very vindictive. Mr. Hardman was able to negotiate as much as possible, cutting down on costs and the unpleasantness of having to go to court. He didn’t allow my ex’s attorney to push me around either.
Was very easy to talk to, and really knew the laws and what would happen at every step of the way. Very trustworthy. I would highly recommend!!

Ray did a great job taking care of my claim. He explained the process to me when I first met with him. He negotiated with the insurance company, didn't settle too soon and assured me that he was moving the process forward. He even worked on the claim after he was paid to get some more money for me.

Ray started well with the initial phone call, but after that never communicated anything unless directly called. Never responded to a single e-mail, never had any status update when called. Only seemed to do anything when on the phone, and was obviously scrambling because he hadn't done anything, when I initiated the call. My case didn't seem to matter to him. Poor experience, would not recommend.

I was scheduled for a phone consultation weeks down the road from the day I set the appointment. Then I had to reschedule for personal traveling that left me unavailable. Naturally, this meant waiting an additional amount of time for a new opening. The morning of the newly rescheduled appointment finally arrived. I had taken time off work to be available. The morning of, I was notified that there was no room for the topic I needed to discuss (basic quit claim deed for county files). The morning of! That delayed me even further to complete the task because I was back to square one of finding an office to handle my case. Super simple case and they can’t tell me until the day of the appointment that they actually don’t have space for it. Very unprofessional.

Our experience with Vijay and his office was disappointing and frustrating. In my opinion, it seems like Vijay's practice is designed for clients who fit within a streamlined, cookie-cutter process, where volume is prioritized over individualized service—at least this was the impression we received from his front office staff. Despite being told by our legal plan that the wait time would be up to 3 weeks, we were informed after contacting the office that we would need to wait 9 weeks for an appointment. When we tried to gather basic information about the services provided, the paralegal, Grace, was curt and unwilling to engage in a conversation about whether Vijay could handle our specific needs. This lack of transparency made it difficult for us to make an informed decision about whether working with Vijay would be the right fit. Ultimately, after a long wait, we were told that Vijay would not be able to assist with our estate planning. The entire process felt inefficient and left us feeling as though our concerns were not taken seriously.
In my opinion, Vijay would benefit from improving the training of his front office staff to handle situations like ours more professionally. While I understand that Vijay may have had positive experiences with other clients, this was certainly not the case for us. Having worked with many attorneys over the years, I can confidently say that this was not a typical experience.

My wife and I needed a will drafted and picked Vijay since he was available through my workplace's legal plan and well reviewed. Our goal was to set up something fairly simple that would take care of our assets should we both pass at once. Our assets are not massively complex and we just needed something that was relatively straight-forward, yet legally binding in how our assets should be disbursed.
Vijay opened with explaining how a Trust was the correct route for us. My wife and I were concerned about some of the complexities involved in setting up a Trust and emphasized we just wanted something fairly simple that would hold up should anything get challenged in court. He confirmed that a Will would in fact accomplish what we wanted yet he still continued to insist that a Trust was the much better option for reasons we had clearly indicated earlier were not important to us.
We explicitly acknowledged his advice, over-ruled it, and let him know we'd still prefer a Will. He mentioned we should get a follow-up from his office in a few days. A month later we have yet to hear anything from his office.
The entire experience left us wondering if he felt he wasn't adequately compensated by our legal plan for setting up a Will and was more interested in the potential revenue he'd generate by setting up a Trust for us. Which is distinctly not the impression I'd like to have of my attorney.
At this point, we're starting this process over with a new attorney and we would not recommend his practice to others.

My wife and I set up a family trust with Vijay. He was complete, knowledgable and very professional. We had 2 meetings, one to assess the design of the trust and one to sign all the papers. More important than the process (which Vijay has honed to be very efficient) is that the structure of the trust will provide for our kids in every conceivable eventuality. The materials Vijay gave us helped us think through them all and Vijay was available to consult on any subtle points.
Very satisfied with not just the service rendered but that legal vehicle that we established will take care of our kids.

The attorney and paralegal delayed my case for a month, and when they resumed, there was complete miscommunication about my requests and what had been agreed upon. The attorney has told me we will not go for a quite claim deed in the first meeting, but they proceed with it after a month. They ultimately issued a refund and chose not to proceed with my case. I'm genuinely surprised they declined or failed to handle such a straightforward matter. This experience has been entirely disappointing, and NOT professional.
I do not recommend this firm.

Stephanie and her firm pressured me not to object to continuance after continuance, stretching the case over 2 years. She did nothing to prepare me for trial and didn't even know the specifics of my case. She would file motions with other people's names, reassured me that the case would never go to trial, and bled me dry so that the day the trial finally came I had already spent what going to trial would cost and could not afford it.

I used to work for Rick's partners, and felt that he was pretty competent and trustworthy. However, Rick has not acknowledged my email in any way. I realize that there may be some kind of a problem with this service rather than an intentional failure to respond. Just ignoring a contact would not be professional in my opinion, So, my vote is still out due to lack of information but I will put up an overall rating since this service requires it. Hopefully there is an explanation.

Initially I liked Cate. But as she began to work on my case, I realized she was confused, she couldn't keep anything straight, she couldn't litigate, and was disrespectful to me. Telling me I was stupid for being a housewife and for signing a prenup (which was supposed to protect me also). She kept calling me asking me for the same documents over and over, she got figures mixed up, dates mixed up and threatened if I didn't do what she said, she would drop my case. I was left in tears frequently. She was not qualified or skilled to understand the law, fight to protect me as a woman, my welfare, or the money that was being taken from me. Im in my 50's and it was important. I had to acquiesce often, even when I felt she was doing the wrong thing and making the wrong decisions because she would fight with me. Cate is not a strong lawyer. I began to think they were scamming me, running up a $45,000.00 bill in 3 months and doing nothing for my case or protecting me. She got me in trouble with a judge, and could not hold opposing party accountable for disobeying the law. She yelled at me in mediation when no one was yelling. Cate gave me lots of bad legal advice then dropped my case because I had to let them know this is all wrong. There was a lack of humility and they did not care about me or my case. Catherine left my case in a terrible position. Later, new counsel said she did all the wrong things. I don't believe Cate and Obrian and Associates are qualified to deal with complicated divorce issues, and they could destroy your finances. It is unconscionable these lawyers feel they can take this kind of money from you; leaving you in a worse position. Lawyers like this believe they have power over you, when they are supposed to be working for you and lawfully fighting for your rights and your position fairly. Catherine damaged me and took $45,000 of my savings in 3 months. It was heart-wrenching. The fees they charged me were unreasonable and I believe their office intentionally called me frequently to rake up fees; going over the same points day after day. I think Cate is probably a nice person, but there is horrible incompetence in the office. The firm head would not even discuss reducing the fees. Kristopher was quite arrogant, and they felt justified in charging me $45,000 for shuffling paper around in 3 months. She did absolutely nothing for my case but get me in trouble with a judge and give me some poor legal advice. Catherine would never let me get to a judge because I believe she was afraid of the judge as well as opposing attorney. My case was left in jeopardy. I do not recommend Catherine Victorino or Obrian and Associates. There is much more to this that I won't go into, but I would not want this to happen to another woman. According to Washington conduct laws for lawyers, they are to consider and settle disputed fees fairly. Obrian and Associates refused, even though I had clear proof she couldn't handle my case. They were arrogant and not compassionate. They only cared about where their next $5000 was coming from.
Sadly, I had to report her to the bar.

I was scheduled for a phone consultation weeks down the road from the day I set the appointment. Then I had to reschedule for personal traveling that left me unavailable. Naturally, this meant waiting an additional amount of time for a new opening. The morning of the newly rescheduled appointment finally arrived. I had taken time off work to be available. The morning of, I was notified that there was no room for the topic I needed to discuss (basic quit claim deed for county files). The morning of! That delayed me even further to complete the task because I was back to square one of finding an office to handle my case. Super simple case and they can’t tell me until the day of the appointment that they actually don’t have space for it. Very unprofessional.
