Ed did a phenomenal job with our landlord tenant negotiation. The negotiation took a couple of years due to the landlords initial unwillingness to get the amount we wanted. Ed was with us the whole way and was alway available and in communication even on weekends. He was eventually able to get us theamount we wanted. I recommend him highly and would definitely choose him again.

When we were at the courthouse, a person's lawyer didn't know anything about his client-- the judge even commented on it. I contacted Ms. Montare on a very short notice for a time sensitive matter related to financial aspects of a divorce settlement. She responded to my message within hours on a weekend and was very prompt and professional with her communication. She made sure to review the documents very carefully and offered suggestions on how to revise them to implement certain provisions that would protect me in the process. Ms. Montare took the time to explain all of the confusing aspects of the documents to me and, as a result, I felt better versed in understanding the legal terms of the financial documents in question.

Max Epstein provided a comprehensive review of my book contract that was followed up with a lengthy phone conversation that gave me a clear understanding of the modifications and changes that I needed to request from my publisher. Since I'm currently without an agent, I'm relied on Max to help me understand all of the legalese of the contract but also make the right decisions and requests of my publisher in order to define the parameters of the deal more clearly. This man literally charged us $10,000 for a letter to Albany to confirm executers. There was no mortgage and no debt. He didn’t even read the will. He didn’t read or explain the will, nor help us navigate in any way through this time. We literally were on our own. We didn’t know to sell items and open an estate account. We were devastated and lost. He was no help at all and had the nerve to charge us $10,000
