We had an excellent experience with Jagan Law Firm for our immigration case. The lead attorney was incredibly empathetic, keeping us informed about new laws and updates while guiding us every step of the way - especially post COVID when the process became even slower due to shutdowns in government offices.
Her team was always knowledgeable, effective, and responsive. Towards the end of our case, we worked closely with Alana, who was equally fantastic. She patiently guided us through the final steps, addressing all our concerns.
We wouldn’t have wanted to go through this process with any other team. They truly took the time to get to know us on a personal level, which made the experience even more meaningful. While Guatemala isn’t a country they typically work with, the team went above and beyond to learn about it. That speaks volumes about their humanitarian outlook on immigration cases and their dedication to their clients.

I would like to start off by saying I had the worst experience with this attorney. He is an incompetent person who simply cannot comprehend the basics of time management and communication skills. He agreed to represent my case without having the solid foundation to move forward with it. I had to call multiple times and email his careless staff to get an update on my case, to which this lead to my case being put on the side. He does not give priority to his clients and he’s considered to be an “experienced and the top attorney in America” as per his social media account. I would also like to add that his negligence and carelessness caused me to retrieve my case back from him and go forth in a different direction. I am not surprised how lazy of an attorney Sachin is; he is literally after your money and nothing else. If you can’t represent someone, make it clear from the start and don’t waste my time. Don’t recommend….go for another lawyer .Dont waste your money and time.Bad experience with Kim she dont have etiquettes of communication and ask always for money without dividing the fees thorough-out the case and force to pay the money and warns that if not paid at once they will do something wrong with case and withdraw the case.Indian people prefer indian attorneys but its good to go with other lawyers they are more trustworthy.
