I have had several law firms represent me in the past, some of them were outright fraud that collected my money and didn't lift a finger, one gave me an advice that ended up costing me tens of thousands of Dollars. He and his paralegal walked me through every step of the way in my Divorce. I ended up with 65 percent of mine and my husband estate and my husband only got 35 percent. He made time on weekends when I could not take off during the week. I highly recommend him. In fact my friend is having her mothers estate probated and she told me he and his wife have made this a painless process in one of the hardest times of her life. GREAT ATTORNEY and STAFF!!! He is good for huffing and puffing and getting red in the face in front of a judge with loose management of his courtroom and not much else. I would not trust him with a complex case, as I have seen numerous filings from him littered with misspellings and where he couldn't be bothered to get his client's name straight.

In November 2021, my father engaged the services of the attorney in question while I was hospitalized due to injuries. Initially, we encountered difficulties in our communication, as he was not consistently in contact with me. In response to this issue, I inquired whether he was capable of representing me in my case, which, in my judgment, required a substantial amount of attention.
The attorney provided me with assurance that he possessed the necessary qualifications to handle my case. He advised us to delay the filing of my personal injury claim until the resolution of my workers' compensation case, so that we could ascertain the full extent of my injuries. It was only later, well over a year from the initial engagement, that I discovered he had sent correspondence to my father's prior address, unbeknownst to me at the time. This correspondence included my entire case file, comprising sensitive legal and medical information, and served as a notification that he could no longer represent me.
Fast forward to September 2023, I made attempts to contact the attorney via phone and email, informing him of the impending conclusion of my workers' compensation case. Subsequently, I called him again in October, as my case was nearing its closure. At this juncture, I was apprised of the distressing news that I was devoid of legal representation for my on-the-job accident, an incident that had gravely endangered my life. Furthermore, I was informed that I must file my claim by November 10th, as there exists a statute of limitations.
Since that time, I have encountered rejections from four different attorneys, primarily due to the stringent timeline and the complexity and severity of my case. Furthermore, the attorney in question has continued to correspond with me via email, referencing reviews posted by my family on the internet, and asserting that I still have the opportunity to secure legal representation.
At the onset of our professional relationship, the attorney had informed me that my case would likely result in a payout of approximately $30,000, and he outlined a customary fee structure where he would take one-third, workers' compensation would take one-third, leaving me with approximately $10,000.
I have formally sought the disbursement of the $10,000 sum that was initially pledged during the execution of our service contract. Regrettably, the party in question has declined to communicate their disposition regarding this payment. I felt compelled to express my reservations by communicating that unless they were willing to fulfill their obligation to provide legal representation or accept accountability for any legal malpractice, I would appreciate the cessation of email correspondence, as it is just making me upset.
Good luck to anyone who attempts uses this man for legal services. Currently I am filing grievance with the Texas Bar Association.

'When I retained Kasey Doggett to represent me, he provided a clear and detailed scope of services that he would provide for his stated fee, along with a list of some potentially necessary services which would entail additional costs. My case began just prior to the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and he brought it to resolution in the court by May of 2021. There were no terms in our agreement with regard to the effect of the pandemic on the case pertaining to costs or timeline. While there may have been some some extension of the case duration caused by the pandemic, I found it understandable and acceptable, and I incurred no additional costs due to it. Kasey clearly explained every step to be taken during the proceedings. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and I feel that Mr. Doggett works with high ethical standards. I would not hesitate to retain him again should the need arise and very much recommend his service. He is a credit to his profession.

Vonda helped me as a mentor. There were days when I was feeling so sad and low, she use to listen to me for hours, she acted like my counselor. There were times when I was so scared, and I use to call Vonda and cry my heart out. Vonda was there as my supporting shoulder, she understood me and the pain I was feeling. Calli was able to obtain an equatable solution despite insurmountable obstacles in my case. She came onto a seemingly botched case that was almost two years in; the first attorney that was on the case had done literally nothing but agree with the opposing counsel in which I did not agree. Calli was extremely through having very little time and no file from the previous attorney and nothing from opposing counsel. Her calm and empathetic demeanor gave me a sense of relief, I finally felt like I had someone who wanted the best for my daughter and me. Our divorce matter was quite simple without kids, but with multiple properties and a business. My wife and I hashed out most of the details ourselves. I hired Calli to prepare the final divorce decree. I had some timing restrictions. I was going to close on my new house and wanted divorce to be final prior to closing.
I met Calli on Thursday. Calli was able to prepare the final divorce decree on Friday. Couple of email exchanges/clarifications back and forth and I had final decree for my wife and I to sign by end of the day on Friday. We signed the decree over the weekend and by Tuesday morning I was in front of the Judge for prove-up. Almost a week to spare before scheduled closing of my new house.
She answered all of my questions and offered clarification to my email questions within couple of hours. She understood what I was expecting and what my wife & I agreed to. It was very pleasant experience working with Calli.

I retained Eric Junker for a guardianship application for my adult son with special needs. After doing some research for suitable attorneys, it became obvious that Eric was among the top names to come up all the time.
