I got myself into 2 major situations and he saved me from the worst of the worst.
He is legit in any criminal case. John is sharp, determined, understanding, and extremely respectful. He got my second felony conviction that I was going to be serving 6 years for, reduced to 1 year Summary probation with the charge being lessened to a misdemeanor. John and his team saved my life. I got pulled over for speeding on my way home to Arizona where guns are legal. I had my gun in the glove compartment and got a cited for having an illegal firearm in riverside. I hired John Michael to defend me while I was in another state and he went to all my hearings for me. Eventually after completing a minimal program John had my case completely dismissed!! Super grateful to John for his help and how he showed up for me. I feel blessed to have that charge completely dismissed and a thing of the past!

What you won't find is a modern, polished office full of stuffy people. What you will find is a highly competent staff and a remarkable and seasoned attorney who will be determined to get you every penny that your injury is worth. Don't let his casual demeanor fool you, this attorney knows what he's doing and when it comes to handling the law and the other side, he is anything but casual. I was angry at what I was dealing with when I walked into his office and expected very little because that was what I had been getting since my injury. I have known Mr. Allen for almost a year now. Since I met Mr.Allen he has been a great source of legal advice and support . We hired Kyle Walker to help put together our trust, wills and powers of attorney . I had searched on line for a local attorney and felt that once I found the right one it would just click in place. I found Mr Walker after much research. What I liked immediately was that he states right up front how much he will charge! He was very professional and knowledgable from the first phone call. He was easy to reach for answering questions and concerns. He was helpful and made the whole process very straightforward and comfortable. Most everything can be done over the phone, except the final signing. We just signed our documents yesterday at our convenience and he came to our house to do this! Solving an immigration difficult case is challenging for any lawyer; However, with attorney Nasim the impossible becomes possible due to the the considerable experience and expertise she has in this field. As matter of fact, my case was rejected at the first time and then things started to get more complicated. At that point Nasim told me that my case might get forwarded to the court within 30 days. Yet, Nasim said that she will definitely adopt the further actions needed to ensure justice is being taken place. She’s a good fight, actually no , she’s is the best fighter seeking for the truth ! I was not expecting at all receiving a mail of approval for my case which was supposed to be forwarded to the court. Nowadays, even the absolute truths needs to be fought for strongly. I’ve lived in Los Angeles for the past three decades. I arrived here when I was only twenty one years old from the Philippines, I did not have any proper documentation. Within my time here, I got married and had 4 beautiful children. Everything was great until I received a deportation letter from immigration. We were so worried, we thought about what would happen to my two young children if my husband and I were to get deported. We desperately sought help from several lawyers hoping that they would be able to remove the deportation status. Most of them gave us hope and asked for a down payment but towards the end they told us that my case was so complex they wouldn’t be able to help me. Until one day, I went to the office of American Law Center at Riverside, and my attorney Nassim Arsani gave me hope again. She fought hard for my case and never gave up, I was finally able to obtain my green card. She was very detailed and specific in explaining the process of my case. She also made sure that we communicated regularly and explained the technique she used to approach my case. With her hard work it only took two years to receive my green card, and I didn’t need an immigration interview. I'm so thankful for attorney Nassim Arsani and her team. I am an American citizen married to a Guatemalan woman. We have been living in the U.S. these past 7 years and Guatemala before that. My wife and two children were born in Guatemala and have had green cards to live in U.S. legally for years. I came to Nassim Arzani for assistance in naturalizing them.
