Well where do I start? Happy that this process is finally over...😮💨.. It's been 7 years and 2 lawyer's. Glad that I ended my journey with Raj, Rita, and Denise... If it wasn't them working hard on my case this outcomes wouldn't have turned out the exact way I wanted it to. Wow where do I begin? My husband was hurt doing his job and It’s been a 7 year roller coaster from Hell ever since. Dealing with the workers comp Doctors was a joke , they don’t care about you . He went through two attorneys with the second one being Raj Patel . The moment we signed with RP Law Group we felt confident as they began sending my husband out to different doctors in our area and we actually felt the ball was rolling. Even though the ball was rolling it still was a long process due to the insurance company dragging their feet the whole time . Our youngest was a baby when this whole thing started and now she’s in second grade ! We can finally say it’s over and move on with our lives. My Husband signed his settlement papers yesterday ! Thank you to Raj and his staff at RP Law Group for dealing with my stressed out , pissed off husband at times . Raj , Denise and Rita I thank you for everything .

This Law firm, specifically Graham Donath has literally save my life and given me at an advanced age , a new lease on life. I made a huge mistake, and arrested 10 yrs ago, sentanced to 9.2 yrs in prison for a felony ,, for a huge 7 figure plus financial crime, which should have been on the famous TV show….Graham Donath and his law firm, through his expertise and years of dealing with the judges in Riverside county, got my sentance reduced to 32 months., with a year being served at a Fire Camp.. At the advise of Mr Graham Donath I stayed clean for now 7 yrs and again , Graham Donath, went to the same court , and expunged my felony conviction, with the proper penal code, to a mere misdemeanor, and now I am able to get a great job , have a meaningful relationship, and the opportunity to get housing as a normal person, AND. GET MY LIFE AND FAMILY BACK and be a productive member of society again. … Not only is Graham Donath a great lawyer with all the proper law abiding connections, he is extremely Affordable as compared to others. and very accessible and communicates well.. … I cannot thank him and his staff enough for ALL they have done for me and my family.

From the beginning Mr. Lin was exceptional in every facet you can be as an attorney. He represented me in a murder trial and won me my freedom. Throughout the process he was very personable with my family as well as myself. He not only believed in me and my case but went above and beyond to be prepared for my trial. Not only was he attentive to detail but always maintained open and honest communication with me. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of the law. He never once swayed from his conviction that I was innocent but explored all of my options with me and told me he’d go in the direction that I wished. He was the only attorney that came to visit me and represented me from the beginning of my case through the end of my trial. I’m blessed to have been able to have him as an attorney and come to know him as a person. If I find myself in any legal trouble in the future I wouldn’t have any other attorney represent me.

From the beginning Mr. Lin was exceptional in every facet you can be as an attorney. He represented me in a murder trial and won me my freedom. Throughout the process he was very personable with my family as well as myself. He not only believed in me and my case but went above and beyond to be prepared for my trial. Not only was he attentive to detail but always maintained open and honest communication with me. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of the law. He never once swayed from his conviction that I was innocent but explored all of my options with me and told me he’d go in the direction that I wished. I would not give any stars for this company. I had dealt with Chris Kiernan in evicting a nonpaying tenant back in 2022. Chris Kiernan was not communicative with me at all throughout the almost two years (10/2020 - 8/2022) that it took to evict the tenant. I had to follow up constantly to see what the status was, and often times I wouldn't receive a response back until a month after I send the initial follow up email. The company ended up serving the papers the wrong person, the judgment/writ of execution/possession was filed incorrectly and needed to be resubmitted 2-3 times to the court. There were also significant delays that were avoidable with getting the sheriff to accompany us to change the locks to the property. From 1/2022, I was informed that the writ of possession was received and he would sent it to the sheriff so that we could change the locks with the sheriff that following week. It wasn't until four months later in 5/2022 that I took matters into my own hands and called the sheriff's office since I wasn't getting any updates from Chris. They informed me that the writ was sent back to the lawyer's office as it didn't include the cashier's check and the case number was written incorrectly. Chris resubmitted it for processing with the sheriff and told me that it was delivered, but when I called the sheriff, they said they didn't receive anything. Working with this company was extremely frustrating. Multiple documents needed to be resubmitted for processing with the courts and sheriff's office. I understand this was during a time of COVID where processing get delayed; however these delays were due to multiple avoidable user errors. Overall, I would not recommend this company to people dealing with evictions.
