What can I say about this amazing law firm that's helped not just with the process but to finally get the chance to see my kids. I've been unable to see them for a year until I hired reel fathers. Told them my situation and they immediately got to work. They have worked with me not just with my kids but working with me in the financial aspect. I deal with attorneys professionally in my line of work. So I'm well versed in what I'm looking for. Some are cheerleaders, some are lazy, and some are pitbulls. Mr. Deller is a pitbull. Probably more like an old pitbull but with a lot of wisdom and experience in the court room. I was looking for a blunt honest attorney who knew his stuff, experienced, and can haul us along for the long fight. I didn't need anything sugar coated. Meeting Mr. Deller filled my needs. My divorce was complicated. I knew it from the start. It took three years but we finished it. The reality in a divorce is you ain't gonna get everything you want. If you approach it in that manner you will disappoint yourself and blame all around you.....including your attorney. Mr. Deller helped bring some realities into what I was asking for and did a great job at negotiating with opposing counsel to get us all to a happy medium. In the end, I still got the better end of the deal. I escaped alimony and child support. More importantly my sons got to voice who they wanted to spend their time with. The odds are usually against men in divorces. However good planning and tactics placed the odds in my favor. But it took some good planning and strategizing. Mr. Deller's team had a great strategy and executed it to my benefit. Mr. Deller is my go to attorney. In addition to my own divorce, I've brought my son's traffic case, and my grown daughter's family law issues to him too. I will continue to bring my legal needs to Mr. Deller. If you're looking for a cheerleader on a budget for an attorney who's going to tell you everything's going to be ok like some of the folks here who gave him bad reviews. You pay for what you get. Then Mr. Deller is not the choice for you. Look elsewhere as there's plenty of budget focused cheerleaders around. If you're looking for an old experienced pitbull to be your counsel. Look no further as Mr. Deller is the man.

I was fighting custody for my two daughters. I felt powerless and defeated until I hired Robert Deller. Having him on my team and watching my ex and his new girlfriend face when we walked out together for quick consultation on what will happen. He had their mouths dropped open and heads spin. That was the best day ever, I am completely confident in his expertise to give him my highest praise. I would highly recommend him to represent you in this unfortunate situation.

I wouldn't recommend Robert Deller to anyone, terrible attorney and not professional with his choice of words. I would of gave him 0 stars if possible. There was a lack of communication, many phone calls and emails were not returned. All he did was take my money and I got no results.

Mark Cantrell is an amazing attorney. I will begin by saying he was a court appointed attorney, meaning it was almost working for free, however he worked on this case as it he was being paid on a normal basis. This client is mentally handicapped, however he treated him wonderfully well and he ended up with only 2 years probation. The ins and outs of this case were very difficult to stay on top of however, even with all his other cases, either he personally returned out call or his assistant did. I would have him handle any case I had that needed an attorney.

Retained Company after becoming Administrator in Pro Per to file 850 Petition and recover assets for probate in March 2021. They filed an incomplete 850 Petition which had to be corrected and refiled by another law firm, after the Judge asked for additional information. Never even asked for an inventory or Trust accounting, ever. The invoices however, never stopped. After 2.5 years they recovered $0 and charged over $50,000 in fees.

Kyle was very supportive, and listened to me. Would highly recommend him for anyone that is having family problems. He settled my case, and won. After four lawyers, I finally found him thank God. I would not give any stars for this company. I had dealt with Chris Kiernan in evicting a nonpaying tenant back in 2022. Chris Kiernan was not communicative with me at all throughout the almost two years (10/2020 - 8/2022) that it took to evict the tenant. I had to follow up constantly to see what the status was, and often times I wouldn't receive a response back until a month after I send the initial follow up email. The company ended up serving the papers the wrong person, the judgment/writ of execution/possession was filed incorrectly and needed to be resubmitted 2-3 times to the court. There were also significant delays that were avoidable with getting the sheriff to accompany us to change the locks to the property. From 1/2022, I was informed that the writ of possession was received and he would sent it to the sheriff so that we could change the locks with the sheriff that following week. It wasn't until four months later in 5/2022 that I took matters into my own hands and called the sheriff's office since I wasn't getting any updates from Chris. They informed me that the writ was sent back to the lawyer's office as it didn't include the cashier's check and the case number was written incorrectly. Chris resubmitted it for processing with the sheriff and told me that it was delivered, but when I called the sheriff, they said they didn't receive anything. Working with this company was extremely frustrating. Multiple documents needed to be resubmitted for processing with the courts and sheriff's office. I understand this was during a time of COVID where processing get delayed; however these delays were due to multiple avoidable user errors. Overall, I would not recommend this company to people dealing with evictions.

I contacted Mr. Serrano in regards to a possible medical malpractice case. He was very responsive and attentive to the specific details. He stated there was an issue with this statute of limitations which he felt had most likely run out. He also gave me referral to another attorney for a second opinion which I appreciated. After some time of reflection, I had some additional questions, and left a message with his front desk for a return phone call. This was last week. I never heard from him. Today, I received a denial letter. It would have taken him less than five minutes to answer my questions. Part of being a professional AV Preeminent attorney is returning your phone calls, I believe.

Hired this attorney to represent my girls who were the cheerleaders in accident with Murrieta Mayor Alan Long. The girls were deposed and many questions that had to be filled out. We were told by Mr Serrano that Alan Long would be having to do same! We were informed only days prior for a mediation which was more of a bullying pressure tactic! I was told Alan Long was destitute that he owns nothing that he is upside down and is in bad financial shape! I later find out this not to be true and found out that Mr Serrano NEVER DEPOSED Alan Long! Mr Serrano states that I pushed for settlement which is a total fabrication! I have the messages that state I was not going that it was last minute and being pressured when I did not have enough information to make an informed decision! I also have Mr Serrano on recording stating my girls would not be charged for this meeting and when at this meeting the arbitrator said that was not true! So there is no trust and it is my belief he did not represent the girls best interest it was a fast buck and we are filing complaints with the bar association!

I dont usually leave reviews but beleive hard work deserves to be rewarded. Chris and his team are very responsive almost always answering the phone on the first try and when they are unable to answer they mesage to let you know that they have received your correspondence and they will get back to you as soon as posible. They are always willing to take the time to explain the things I do not understand which means alot during this stressful time always being forth coming about the situation but also being willing to put in the extra effort to try to better my situation I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication.

Mr. Darling was nice to deal with but not his two employees I dealt with. Both were very cold and non engaging. They didn't nicely question my thoughts but challenged me.
I went in to talk to the first person who was not engaging but cold. I left with questions I still needed to be answered.
The third person I dealt with was also cold and not understanding. She told me a number of times that she did not want (to hear it) when I told her the first person gave me a different answer to my questions. I became uncomfortable. She asked me if I wanted to continue with them. I told her no and my money was returned. It is hard for me to understand legal terms and I was still grieving the loss of my husband.
They also advertise (Christian Law). That was NOT the way they presented themselves.

Through the whole experience one of the ladies from the office named Rhiannon she is extremely insightful and was a huge help in my case, Any unsettling feelings, or confusion about anything in my case she took time out of here day to explain everything very throughly. I had the unfortunate experience of trying to hire Mr. Brownlee for my legal needs, and I must say, it has been a nightmare trying to reach him. From the very beginning, communication has been a major issue. Despite sending emails he never responded to, and leaving phone messages he doesn’t return, I have received no response. It's incredibly frustrating to feel ignored when you're seeking professional help.
In the legal field, timely communication is crucial, and Robert Brownlee has failed miserably in this regard. Beyond the lack of communication, the overall level of service provided was disappointing. I expected a certain degree of professionalism and dedication, but instead, I was left feeling abandoned.
If you're considering hiring Robert Brownlee, I strongly advise against it. There are plenty of capable lawyers out there who value their clients and maintain open lines of communication. Save yourself the stress and frustration—look elsewhere for legal representation.

Mr. Brownlee helped me negotiate my case and won without ever setting foot in a court room. I presented him my evidence and he did the research and did all he could to help me in my time of need. He has great communication skills and is very professional. Also didn't charge me an arm and a leg, just what he thought was fair. I've used Mr. Brownlee on several occasions. The first experience was when our landlards weren't accepting our rent money and taking us to court and were saying we weren't paying them so they can move back in. He fought for us 3 different times and got the job done. My latest experience was with the family law courts. He basically defended me when the other parent tried to bash my character and get full custody of the kids. I presented him my evidence and he went to work and did all he could and won my case. He has great communication skills and is very professional. I will continue to use him in the future if I need to.

I hired Eric to handle a very complicated Alaska Irrevocable Trust probate appeal for a California probate issue that I had handled in California superior court pro per and prevailed. The other party had deep pockets and were represented by 3 attorney's that would and did lie, cheat or do things legal or not to win or benefit there client so they could steal. They filed an appeal after loosing the original case to keep assets and funds that would be used against them out of the trust and to stall for more time. Even is a true professional with integrity and put an end to there games. He states facts with a plan of action that has been researched and communicated to his client the pros and cons so they can decide what is best for them. Evan does not bs his client for more personal gain. I would not hesitate to recommend Evan for any appeal issues or to hire him again if needed.

I was referred to Rob to handle my very challenging divorce after my 1st attorney had a conflict of interest and could no longer represent me. I was already one year in with the first attorney and extremely stressed given the circumstances of my case.
My ex was an absolute nightmare to work with as was his over the top lawyer who looked for every opportunity to financially break me with ridiculous demands and letters. Rob made it clear to me that he would not run my bill up answering BS legal letters and he didn’t. Rob is not what I call a “bill runner” attorney unlike my ex’s attorney, who he paid twice as much for the big show his lawyer would put on throughout the two years, which ultimately got him nothing more than he was entitled to by law. Rob lawyers with integrity and professionalism and is well respected in the court room and with his peers.
My case had two parts that needed to be handled; a restraining order against my ex which was successfully done in family court by Rob and the division of assets with a foreign component, which required a great understanding of family law. Rob handled both with ease. His knowledge of family law is impressive. What I learned from this experience is that a good lawyer not only knows the law, but has tried many cases and knows how to go to trial if necessary. Rob looked at my case from ever angle providing me with the best and worst case scenarios given the facts of my case. He left the decision up to me, but gave me the realistic possibilities of each scenario. It didn’t add up for me to go to trial but had I needed to, Rob knew my case inside and out and was ready. We settled only a couple days before trial. My settlement was also challenging due to my ex’s unwillingness to be fair but Rob and I together accomplished this in a way that I was satisfied with.
After one year and two months working with Rob, I learned that he is fair, calm (even when I wasn’t), listened and represented me well. He was mindful of my financial situation and really is what all lawyers should be. He’s a trial attorney who understands settling is best if possible. He’s easily able to give you best and worst case scenarios given all the facts. Family cases are going to be stressful. It’s nice to have a calm, knowledgable, experienced and fair lawyer. No one wants to have to change attorney’s mid-stream so its best to find a good one from the get go. I highly recommend Rob McCarty and thank him sincerely for helping me through an absolute nightmare divorce. Nancy and Cristi were also very helpful throughout this two year journey, thank you both.

Robert was referred to me 48 hours before my hearing because my original attorney found a conflict of interest. I trusted him and went with Mr. McCarty. I emailed/called Mr. McCarty over 24 times. I let him know my ex-husband and his girlfriend were harassing me and saying horrible things to an in front of my children. Every request went unanswered. My ex stopped paying child support after 2.4 years of peace and harmony. He also moved in with his girlfriend over an hour away from the kids school. Finally, five months after I retained Mr. McCarty, he sent a letter to my ex's attorney. My ex's attorney laughed. He also filed a garnishment 5 months after I retained him and begged him to do so. I finally started getting child support 6 months after I retained Mr. McCarty. He informed me that the 4 months that my ex stopped paying would cost MORE money to file for that. That was never explained to me. Needless to say my ex got away with 4 months of non-payment. My ex stifled me so bad, I had to give up my children's only home (He lived with his drinking buddy for 2.5 years after we split in one room) and move the children and I in with my mother. While he took up with a much younger woman with 2 children of her own, she had some minimum wage job, and lived an hour away. he bought diamond rings for her and expensive trips to the Dominican. All the while the children and I are suffering. The mental abuse got SO bad, that I called Mr. McCarty on Jan. 4 and begged him to file for a hearing to make it all stop. He said he would the following week. He did nothing! I wanted a restraining order against my ex's girlfriend for showing up at my school where I am a teacher and trying to tell my children that I am not their mother, his new girlfriend is. All of it fell on deaf ears. I ended up having a break down from the mental and finial hardships. No one was protecting me. Now, my ex has temporary custody of my two children. I fired Mr. McCarty because he failed to protect myself and my children. I am a single mother of two and getting a retainer of $5,500, was very difficult. He wasted all of it except for about $500. Now there is a hearing on 3/28 to get my children back and I have no attorney. A psychologist, psychiatric, and my primary care doctor all agree, nothing would have happened if the abuse would have been cut off at the path by my attorney. I am going to loose when I go into court without an attorney. He made me loose my children. I can't afford to retain someone else. Additionally, we had a hearing on 1/17 for "omitted assets." I called him two days before the hearing and he said, "AHHHHH I didn't realize they didn't answer our petition!" What the hearing is in two days and you just now realized that they didn't answer, when it was served a full 6 month earlier? He also failed to tell me I didn't have to attend the hearing and I took off work to go. I ended up not going because I went to the hospital the night before with a breakdown. This man did not do him job, in my opinion.
