I hired Rachel after waiting too long for any word from USCIS. Rachel found out that my case had been stamped approved but left sitting on an officer’s desk. While I was relieved and happy that the case was approved and figured it was all over, Rachel was furious about the 18 months wasted because someone at USCIS did not do his job properly. She went to bat for me making sure that the issue was investigated.

Perhaps we were just incredibly unlikely with the choice of our attorney, but I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend this firm for anyone looking for assistance with a probate situation. My wife has called repeatedly begging for someone to get back to her, without result!
Meanwhile, the invoices keep coming. My wife’s cousin died over a year and a half ago and we just want to resolve this situation. I have to say that it almost feels like they're drawing this out on purpose. As they say, Caveat Emptor!

At our initial consultation over drinks, he educated me on the structure and purposes of each document; The Will, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Proxy. I was asked to think about my own mortality and who I'd trust to best carry out my wishes, care for my minor son and how and when to distribute estate proceeds to my son. When I had questions over the next couple of weeks he was always available for advice and guidance. Jay's knowledge stems from his experience in court and that of his parents both Trust & Estate attorneys which explains his calming demeanor when discussing these uncomfortable subjects. I used Harold Solomon for my personal injury case but Gerard worked the case as well. They were very proactive and let me know every step of the process. Harold told me where he thought the case would settle for at the onset of taking my case which I agreed with. (I previously handled injury claims as a claims professional).
