Caitlin was very helpful assisting my wife and I in creating a trust. We were given a checklist of items to bring to the meeting and Caitlin did the rest. We then went over a simple draft which had minor corrections and the trust was created the same day. So glad I can sleep soundly at night knowing my wishes will be met when I pass. I had the experience/expense of working with Mr. Sherlock. I had initially retained his partner Sara. She went on maternity leave and due to their other partner completely bumbling a judgement. Jason stepped in. He talked a big talk. Made me feel at ease. But actions fell far far far short. Emails went unreturned for a good amount of time. Paperwork not filed on time but sent to the courtroom clerk last minute. I spent two years and tens of thousands of dollars with this firm. Trusting their advice and the process. I am baby steps ahead of where I begin.

He is very accurate, detailed, and even came to my home to review the documents with us. Combine that with a friendly attitude and pricing that does not gouge, and it's a winning combo. Craig amended my current will and trust. He asked specific details and questions in regards to my document changes. He let me know about the "Letter of Intention" which I have not heard of previously from this law firm. This document makes it easier for executor of trust to distribute personal items to family and friends. Less stress and decision making for all which is a peace of mind.

I don't understand why Richard doesn't have a higher rating score on your site. Not being a fan of attorneys before meeting Rick, he's a 10 in my book. I was in a messy residential mortgage case involving a $1.2 million mortgage, a title, and a friend. I was being unjustly treated and I was greatly stressed out.
I consulted with Mr. Randhawa. He was a great listener. It was my first time talking to an attorney so I had a lot of newbie questions, such as, what if, why not. He patiently listened to my case in details and answered all my questions. I just bought a house and went to see Kim to about setting up a living trust for me and my wife. He advised us as to how to protect our house and make sure that our kids would be taken care of if anything happened to my wife or myself. Their office was super helpful and my wife and I were extremely comfortable with everyone in their staff. They got us our trust and every other estate document, like our wills and such in record time and even had it all notarized before we left. They were awesome! I definitely recommend them, especially if you need to have trust work done.
