No one ever thinks they will be in this situation of needing a lawyer because your son was selling drugs. Carter was not the original lawyer my son hired. That lawyer was dishonest and we felt like we were sinking in quicksand. We didn't know who we could trust or where to turn. Our son was in one of the county jails when he heard about Carter from another inmate. She made no promises but gave us confidence that she was on our side and explained every step of the way. For the first time in months we felt like we weren't sinking in that quicksand. We weren't asking for miracles but a fair defense for our son. She was by his side during the entire long process and updated us whenever anything changed. I don't know what would of happened to my son and us if our paths had not crossed with Carter. She follows through and delivers.

My co-Managing Partner, Charles Floyd Johnson, is an attorney as well. 2017 I was introduced to Ron and Mark Lacey by Attorney Nikki Mitchell, Senior Partner in the Law Firm of Mitchell, Brown & Associates, LLC. I retained Nikki Mitchell to handle matters concerning my Aunt and Uncle’s estate. I was the Executor of my Aunt and Uncle’s estate, they lived in St. Louis, MO. Both my Aunt and Uncle had fallen ill and their only daughter (my cousin), with whom they had a difficult relationship, had taken legal action to seize their estate. Mitchell, Brown & Associates specializes in estate and probate law but I also needed to retain a law firm that specialized in civil litigation. Ron and Mark Lacey maintained constant contact with me and visited my Aunt and Uncle to update them on the status of their case. My Uncle died June 2018 and my Aunt died March 2020, but before my Uncle passed away he spoke of his respect and admiration for Ron and Mark Lacey. Six years after my home was built I hired a outdoor sprinkler company to install there system. One week latter I discovered that a finished section of my basement was flooded.
I met with the insurance company that covered this company and showed them the damage. At that time the insurance company inspector told me that the damage was not there fault. He said that the company that built my home was at fault.
By now I had a local plumber dig up the area that the system connected to my water source found the leak and had the pictures to prove that the system was not properly installed and was leaking into my foundation wall causing the flooding.
I hired Ken Heinz. After a series of phone calls and letters Ken got the insurance company to pay for the entire cost of redoing my basement...new carpet, drywall, wood trim and paint.
I along with my entire family have used Ken for wills,trusts and real estate transactions.

I was referred to Anjali by a good friend at a time when I was making a big change in my career. Matthew Radefeld is a skilled tactician. I brought him a 2 felony count case that carried a maximum penalty of 8 years in DOC. The case had various options for resolution however Matt held out and worked the file. Matthew Radefeld is not only an amazing attorney but a kind and attentive person to his clients. He is keenly aware of the law and makes it his mission to be the most prepared person in the courtroom. He will make sure that there is nothing that comes up in court that he is not ready for and able to handle. When hired, his clients are his top priority and will always be available. hello, my name is Tommy and I was at the trial day one for Mr. Daly... I saw the unethical corruption that the prosecutor tried to present to the jury .. I was dumfounded that an officer of 30 years with zero write ups on his name was found guilty by a jury and he has to now have this on his record for the rest of his life.. UNBELIEVABLE. TJ represented me in a very complex and intricate case involving government corruption. I was a 30 year police officer who began calling out corruption within the Desoto Missouri Police Department. The chief of police retaliated against me on lawfully terminating me then having me criminally chargedfor use of force that was legitimate and trained.. Unfortunately, Jefferson County is known for corruption and the “good boy system“. So TJ had his work cut out for him. After four years of back-and-forth and several attempts by the Jefferson County Missouri prosecuting attorney’s office and intimidating me. I took my case to a jury trial. TJ was very instrumental and keeping me updated on everything. He listened and he conducted himself very ethically around people who wouldn’t know what the word “ethics“ are. During the trial TJ was quick to catch one of the states witnesses, a captain with the Jefferson County Missouri sheriffs department, who is the head of their detective bureau, perjuring himself on the stand. Unfortunately, as things go in Jefferson County, the jury did not render the verdict we wished, but it could’ve been much worse. I was charged with one count of felony assault and two counts of misdemeanor assault. TJ with the assistance of. Breanne Besheer was able to successfully argue my case, and I was not convicted of a felony just misdemeanors. It’s not the outcome we all wanted, but of course we all looked at that as a win for avoiding the felony. As stated, this case was very complex and intricate and involved corruption at the highest levels of Jefferson County government and the De Soto, Missouri Police Department. if you’re looking for an attorney who actually cares and conducts himself with ethics and will fight strong for you I would urge you to contact TJ Hunsecker.
