Christin is a rock star. When it comes to family law, Finding the right attorney can mitigate the risks and stress. Christin helped me through a very awful divorce and helped guide the process smoothly to the end. She inspires confidence by her professionalism and knowledge of family law and also knows how to assist help families through tough times. I would love to keep her as my best kept secret, but I Sure can't help to recommend her to the world considering the great service and peace of mind she provided my family and I.

Christin is an amazing attorney and very pleasant to work with. She is very thorough, smart, and knowledgable. She fights for your wants and needs. She took the time to listen to me and helped guide me in making the best decisions for me and my children. I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Christin and am so happy she represented me during the most difficult time of my life.

Throughout my family law case, Christin was deliberate, thorough and diligent. She facilitated very clear, timely and relevant communication, and I never felt that I had to 'pull' information or updates. She identified a sound plan and a way to move ahead with my case, communicated that plan to me, and then followed it. As the case drew to a close, she identified several ways to mitigate future conflict and reduce the likelihood of follow-on litigation. I would certainly recommend her for any family law case.

It's good to know there are still GOOD GUYS out there! Let me first say I didn't hire Blair Clarke because he gave me the information I needed over the phone. In researching attorneys on the phone, I felt rushed to spit out my question before I felt like the meter was running. Blair patiently listened, asked questions, was quickly able to assess my situation and took the time to listen and provide his expert advice. Within the space of a ten minute relationship Blair managed to show professionalism, empathy and expert advice to a non-client. He really showed that he’s the right person for me!

Out on my boat last Memorial Day weekend, I was stopped for what was called a “routine safety inspection”. During the inspection, the officer asked if I had anything alcoholic to drink today. I replied yes. Having only had one drink, I was comfortable that he would finish his inspection and we would continue on with our day on the water. Instead, he tied my boat up to his and requested that I come over to his boat for a field sobriety test. After I was in the boat, he untied my boat stating that the water was too rough to leave the boats tied together. He proceeded with the test, which he said that I failed. I was handcuffed and taken to a nearby boat ramp where they had a mobile trailer set up for administering breathalyzer tests - which I refused. I was charged with BUI, taken to jail and released about ten hours later. Fast forward to Hebert and Associates: Blair Clarke took my case and fought it with confidence. His knowledge of the law was apparent and reassuring. The fact that the water was too rough to leave the boats tied together, but okay enough for me to take the field sobriety test was contradictory. A second sobriety test was never given once on land. In the end, Blair had my BUI case dropped - I paid a ticket for my expired flares and am enjoying the sunshine once again!

Blair has been such an asset to my family; mainly my son. He has dedicated himself to protecting and defending others. I felt the need to commend him on his sincerity, devotion and belief in our young people. Hebert and Associates, in my opinion, is the most outstanding law firm in Pinellas County. When I needed someone the most, I reached out to this law firm, and found two incredible attorneys that were calming, reassuring and understanding of my families needs. Parents, it is a struggle raising our children today and it is difficult to help them through the challenges they face, but with the help of Hebert and Associates (especially you Blair), our family is back on track, and I pray it will remain that way. Parents, write this name down, if God forbid you are ever in need of an outstanding law firm who truly cares, whether it be for your children or for yourself. I thank you so very much for your outstanding representation and your dedication.

I have a hearing in 1 week . They originally scheduled a consultation for me last week with Erin, but cancelled it due to the power outage . Today when I called at scheduled time they told me that I don’t have an appointment, then later they said that it’s with a different attorney ( which I wasn’t aware of ) . I said that no one told me that that it was scheduled with a different lawyer, but I still agreed to speak with them. Assistant placed me on hold and then she told me that I need to call my legal insurance to let them know that it won’t be a good fit . When I asked why - the receptionist told me it’s because of my tone of the voice and dissatisfaction during our conversation .

First i want to share my thanks to Mr Reissman and Lynn for all the work they had done for me during this hard time! They never made me feel guilty about anything but assured me that these things happen unfortunately. I know that this process can be stressful, but the Reissman law group did everything they could to keep this a pain-free and stress-free process. With the consistent check ins for anything needed of me or the email keeping me up to date with my case, communication was excellent. After the case has been filed, closed and then discharged i couldn't help but voice my gratitude to Lynn and Mr Reissman! Thabk you again for everything you had done for me!

I contacted Mr. Reissman regarding my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and expressed various concerns about my case. Marshall promptly addressed these issues, providing solace in a naturally stressful situation. The communication with his office has been exceptional, arguably the finest I've experienced with any law firm. Although I realize I'm not their sole client and callbacks may require time, the staff and Mr. Reissman appear to be remarkably proactive in their communications with clients. During my case, I was consistently informed about the proceedings and the necessary information I had to submit. Thanks to Marshall and his excellent team, I was able to navigate through my bankruptcy and move forward, which has brought significant relief. Should you consider filing for bankruptcy, Mr. Reissman is certainly the attorney to reach out to. In my view, he is unequivocally the best of the best.

Incredibly unprofessional conduct from this firm, unresponsive, dismissive, and dare I say equally incompetent. There are far better firms that act with more integrity and care for their clients. I would keep looking if you want true legal representation where you are made to feel like they are working for you and not being treated like an inconvenience. I think they forget who is paying them. I had the same negative experience with the Attorney that the women listed in the previous review, she is not at all exaggerating this mans level of unprofessionalism.

Hired for my divorce. If I wasn’t actively calling or emailing them, they’d let weeks go by without reaching out even when action was needed on either end. I think the divorce took twice as long just due to slow responses and the inability to be proactive. I paid for legal advice to avoid losing more than I had to in mediation and ended up not getting much in the way of advice at all. I could have gone to a friend for free if I wanted to hear that it was all up to me in the end. It’s pretty upsetting to hire what amounts to a glorified $350/hr paper pusher.

To be upfront, I was on the opposing side of this attorney. I can't speak on his ability with other areas of law, but regarding Family Law, I can give you full insight. Mr. Goldstein is not the most intelligent attorney on this matter, but his aggressiveness, ability to manipulate and come up with stories are his strong suits. This worked out well for him in the beginning of our case; however, I learned how to handle Mr. Goldstein's tactics soon enough. As a result, Mr. Goldstein was easily handled going forward, both while being represented or just representing myself. The key to dealing with Mr. Goldstein is to just make sure you keep EVERY piece of communication involving Mr. Goldstein because he always tends to shoot himself in the foot during his cocky emails. By doing this, I submitted his communications to the judge as evidence and used case law Rosen v. Rosen which shows that a party is being difficult and intentionally delaying a solution and as a result, the judge awarded me $2,000 in attorney fees. Mr. Goldstein attempted to manipulate the child support calculations by submitting only half of his client's annual income, committing potential fraud. When he got caught red handed as we had all the W-2s in our possession, comically provided to us accidentally by someone from his office, he continued to deny and lie. Needless to say, not only did Mr. Goldstein look horrible in the eyes of the court, but Mr. Goldstein and his client (my ex) parted ways immediately after. Just be prepared for a circus show when going against this attorney.

My dock association illegally towed my boat and fined me for causing a nuisance, when all I did was speak to management and post about the issue on our resident Facebook group. Can you imagine being fined for speaking to management and posting on Facebook? Separately, the association messed up and charged me less for my HOA dues so they retroactively added them in and demanded I pay the lump sum. I was on autopay since I moved in so I always paid what they charged. I didn’t pay the lump sum because of the illegal tow and fines. I figured we were even. However, this attorney decided to file a lien against my property. The amount I owed purportedly was $817 but the lien was for $1700. I asked for an explanation of the additional amount and said I would pay that amount if it was explained. The attorney said if they had to explain the amount, they would charge me more. They tacked on another $2,300 in legal fees to explain the amount. Can you imagine being charged $2300 to get an explanation that should have been readily available? This lawyer was hired by my association, which includes myself, and filed a lien against me without having the explanation of the amount. That’s insane! Who files a lien and can’t explain the amount of the lien when asked? This lawyer is supposed to represent the best interests of the association and reach amicable resolution. No association wants to alienate its residents but this lawyer’s actions are doing just that. The lawyer might claim he isn’t working for me but since I pay the association, he in fact is working for me. He called my attorney and said that he would decrease the $4000 total back to $1700 if I agreed to drop my lawsuit for the illegal tow. But, I gave this lawyer and my association over a year to reimburse me $500. Now I’ve spent $3,500 on a lawyer and they want me to drop the lawsuit? This lawyer should have had the wherewithal to tell the association to reimburse me before the lawsuit and all of this would have gone away. I clearly spelled out every statute the association violated in towing from private property. They have no legal justification for doing it and should have reimbursed me and this lawyer should have advised them to. But, this attorney only cares to line his own pockets, which is evident by his actions. I will be on the board next year and this attorney can find another HOA to scam. If you are looking for an attorney that only cares about his own pockets, and doesn’t care how much the association stands to lose, then look no further. No semblance of empathy. No semblance of human decency. No semblance of risk mitigation. These lawyers are the quintessential lawyers that give all lawyers a bad rep.

Phil McLeod profiles himself as a “Collaborative Attorney”…but he”s had to be so much more than that for me. Let me begin this review by saying that I was married to an attorney for a number of years..and as a result my divorce was complex, difficult…and drawn out….Phil overcame every obstacle. He responded to every challenge with calmness, persistence and professionalism. The divorce and resulting settlement has changed my life in a most positive way, simply because Phil wouldn’t walk away until I received what he felt was a fair and a proper settlement. Like many of my friends.. my opinion about attorneys hasn’t been positive…but Phil McLeod has forever changed my mind… He’s a genuine credit to his profession. A special shout out to his legal assistant of more than 30 years…Marge…"from the bottom of my heart Marge..thank you”. And to Phil McLeod…. from the bottom of my heart...thank you for all.

Put forth very little effort. It was necessary to continually follow-up because he seemed otherwise distracted. He put forth the bare minimum effort to seemingly avoid malpractice but showed no inclination to, you know, give advice. When queried, he tended toward the "well, you never know" and "you can't predict these things". So then I would need to further inquire with "then tell me in your experience..." and "surely you at least have a better idea of the reasonable possibilities...". He seemed to be absurdly disinclined to offer what one might call "a professional opinion." I realize attorneys need to be careful with their words but this gent goes beyond that to where it is obvious he would rather not be bothered. When questioned, he tends toward the defensive and becomes snappish. Go elsewhere if you seek involved, considerate advice. If you like a lawyer with experience but with minimal assertiveness, this is your guy.

She had me sign off in the middle of mediation from my divorce which is unheard of. You can't do half and send it to the court. She destroyed my life and it has taken two lawyers to fix what she did. She can't do her paperwork or ever be prepared for anything. She is completely unprofessional. She has been in trouble before because she shared that with me. She should be disbarred. She thinks she can swing her hair and body and scare people, but she doesn't know law. I beg you to not make my mistake and use her at all. Thank god, I stopped in the middle and went elsewhere. You get what you pay for. RUN!!

This is a letter that I have sent to my friends, About nine months ago the IRS showed up at my door saying I owed them $60,000 dollars! So I hired a tax lawyer here in St.Pete named B.Gray Gibbs I wanted him to look into this matter to make sure that I actually did owe the money and it was not from moving my IRA and portfolio from one broker to another, he was recommend by two lawyers and my girlfriend a former paralegal, and lifetime resident as the best tax lawyer in town. After giving him $750 as a retainer I basically never heard from him, and every time I went to see him I felt like he was not prepared to see me and he would find my file somewhere in his office, blow the dust off it and take a look inside. I never received emails of any substance from him so I assumed that things were moving along. Well on August 24th I go to the bank to take out $100 dollars and there is only 22 cents! It seems that Steve Berkheimer the IRS agent had been trying to get in touch with my lawyer, but Gray never returned his phone calls, so the IRS garnishes all the money in my savings and checking account and freezes my investment portfolio. So, I have no money to pay my bills, mortgage etc. Well my lawyer still did as little as possible, I felt like he just didn't care. I ended up having to call the IRS agent and getting everything handled myself which took about two plus weeks to get my money opened back up. The stress of all this gave me Shingles, and they are as bad as everyone says. Of course a doctor visit and $100.00 for drugs. Plus being on Vicaden for pain, I'm starting to feel like my old self finally. But the worse part is, I was staying with my girlfriend while I was sick and she got Chicken Pox! at the age of 47 and she still does not feel right. Thank god she recommend this lawyer or I would never hear the end of it :) Oh: and he also just sent me another bill for his so called work for $490 !

I was referred to him and hired him to represent me in a chapter 13 bankruptcy case. His performance, follow through and legal guidance was mediocre. He missed two major events that he could and should have anticipated that cost me tens of thousands of dollars. I fired him and had to hire and pay for another attorney to complete my chapter 13 filing. He just was not apologetic and just seemed to be relieved that he no longer was obligated to complete his representation. I would advise not using him under any circumstance.

After weeks of going nowhere, Mr. David R. Singha finally mailed needed paperwork for me to sign, notarize, and mail back to a P.O. Box (March 9, 2016). His words "Once he receives paperwork he will send me my check." I haven't heard anything from him since letting me know he received my paperwork, nor have I received my check. Mr. David R. Singha Probate Attorney knows the laws of the state of Florida. He was hired back in June/July of 2015, and should've anticipated Medicare process. Now I'm waiting, again, for any scrap of information, as to: Where is my money? Why don't I have my money yet? What is taking so to get long to get my money? Who has my money? How come my money is not in my hands? Mr. David R. Singha I want closure, I want my money.

I am sick, Mr. Singha knows this but he continues to manipulate my wait time for disbursement of an awardment. Instead of relaying my check has come and he's sending paper for me to notarize and send back, then promptly sending check, Mr. Singha continues still to leave me in a state of confusion and frustration by continuing to keep my awardment with no known just cause. I would not recommend Mr. Singha to anyone.

Initially she seemed legit and adept on handling criminal case. But after the judge noticed that for two years she had not filed a single motion on behalf of her client nor had she ever reached out to the state attny to negotiate a plea and she had postponed the case 27 times fior two full years it became clear she is a hoax lawyer. She needs to be disbarred immediately.

she is really nice before you pay her but as soon as you give her that money she slacks off and comes in the courtroom so late it's embarrassing, she doesn't do any research for the case nor does she talk to the client the case is about and then when it came to the motion to get my husbands time served corrected I researched all the information and sent it all to her with all of the website links and when we went into court several months later after putting me off for a long time she had all the information wrong and was totally unprepared and then she acted like she was doing us a favor by doing it for free when in all actuality I called the clerk of courts and they told me it was her job, I truly feel like I spent more time researching my husband came and her who's the paid lawyer and then she had the audacity to tell me that I didn't realize how much work the time of my life when I'm the one who gathered all the information and send it to her so she barely had to do anything at all except for write it up, I feel like she TOTALLY SLACKED on our case and I feel like we flushed our money down the drain, if I had to go back and do it all over again I would have never of hired her and I suggest to all you out there reading this review you will see if you hire her what I'm talking about so take this as a warning

After interviewing him. He wanted to fight the insurance company. Gave me a great speel. I hired him. Next day. I spoke to the opposing attorney. Since it's basically 10K it's not worth my time and quit. Wasting over a week of time.
