Mr. James recently acted as mediator in a disputed attorney's fee and malpractice suit involving our group and another law firm. We were very impressed with Mr. James' ability to quickly grasp the situation and identify the relevant facts for each party. However, what impressed us the most was Mr. James' relentless ability to help all parties overcome emotions and make rational decisions.
In the end, and after a whole day of negotiating, we were able to come to an agreement and settle our dispute. I have little doubt that if we had a less focused and determined mediator the agreement would have never been reached and we would still be spending money on attorneys.

I had a long and complicated divorce with a result that was better than expected. Kristin exhibits a high level of professionalism and competence. I was most impressed with her client focus\customer service, responding to emails and questions., explaining my options, always being on task and having it done on time etc. She is also great at writing briefs and motions, clear logical and to the point. Being fairly young this very good lawyer will only get better.

She was my lawyer when I was In jail and I was in a very delicate situation. I have an eternal amount of respect for her because she is extremely professional. Colleen gives everyone tons of respect and defends with lots of character, she displays a priority to make peace with oneself and the community. I felt as if I was stuck, and immediately upon meeting her I felt important. I knew the true intentions of everything. Even though at times I may have gotten confused, Colleen was an enormous blessing because she taught me. It was always important for her to show me to keep a positive learning composure. While I began to see only problems, she kept showing me solutions. Quickly, I knew that I was going towards good things and I learned that I needed to do my part. Mr. Johnson represented myself in a family law matter. The entire process from start to finish took a little over one year and the process was pretty pricey, but.... it was worth every penny. Mr. Johnson was amazing at keeping me informed and talking with me prior to making decisions. Each and every time we were in court he continued to amaze me at how knowledgeable and powerful he was. He is truly a very skilled attorney; in my opinion, I would say the best.
Mr. Johnson always made me feel like I was his most important client and always responded to my calls/emails immediately. By the end of the trial Mr. Johnson and I had built a relationship that I never thought possible with an attorney. He always had my best interests in mind and went out of his way to make sure my requests were fulfilled. Mr. Johnson has changed my life so dramatically and for the best.
