Ashely suggested that I deserved money the OAG was holding and that I should definitely get an attorney. Went to court and not only did I not get any of the money, I owed more than I was told when I had gone to court on my own behalf 3 months earlier.
Five years later, I am still dealing with this nightmare because even though I have contacted the office to tell them I want them off the case, the OAG’s office STILL has them listed as my attorney and will discuss nothing with me regarding child support.
I have been through the Bexar County Courts regarding child support with attorneys and alone. Trust me! You do not need an attorney the majority of the time. Had I not hired this woman, who did not even go before a judge for me, I would have been better off! Paying child support and her? No! Save your money and your sanity if you’re in a situation where you need a lawyer who will be comfortable before a judge.

Divorce is not a fun time. After I found out my ex-wife had been cheating on me with a family friend, I searched for a good lawyer with experience. I was unsure of what to expect. I had a consultation with Mr. Emory about my situation. After hearing my story he told me that he thought my case could use a lawyer with less experience and less cost. He offered to give me the names of lawyers he knew and trusted. That fact in itself made me choose him. He was amazing. My divorce was dealt with quickly and efficiently with as little stress and worry as possible given the situation. I would recommend Mr. Emory to anyone that finds themselves in the unfortunate situation of divorce.

Had a case that was long 2013 case settled in june13 2017 here we are in january5 2018 and they have not paid me ive been calling ever since lady tells me its becuase of a lein which i have confirmed has been paid since july then she wouldnt take my calls and put me in touch with book keeper which told me it was cause doctor hasnt responded then i called him next day to question charges and from one day to next he tells me ok doctor has been paid how is that possible if he has to make check and he would need time to cash it on my charges was a 8000 depo charge which someone who works for law has suggested noone pays that much even if there was a doctor present which there wasnt. Went to see them right before Christmas cause i had been calling for my money the guy said the bank was holding check cause of the doctors 5000 bill then he said as a favor to me he would give me a 10000 check which i took cause i took out a loan which im paying intrest for i let him know this he said he would get them to pay intrest although i dont know who is them that are paying intrest all this time it was me calling and staying in touch trying to get paid from my position i csn honestly say these guys are taking advantage becuase i am a immigrant and my lack of knowledge of how this works is obvious to them i have 3 people that work for law firms and tell me this should not be anyone looking for a lawyer should concider my experience if they do this to me it could be anyone else my next step to take is to file a grievance and see if they can help me collect my own money that i suffered and still do

Rachel provided me with support and encouragement through the most difficult time of my life. I highly recommend Rachel Reuter as a family and child custody attorney. After a yearlong nightmare with another attorney and difficult divorce/custody case, I’m so thankful I have Rachel on my team. My past struggles included: enforcement, numerous false CPS allegations, and a lengthy home study. Rachel was able to remedy the situations immediately. She is extremely proactive, takes the initiative, and does her best to ensure that my custody is enforced. She and her team eagerly took on my case and aggressively got my children back in my life. I retained Mrs. Reuter after a friend of mine highly recommended her. I must admit at first I was a little skeptical since I had to fire my first attorney after spending $4000 for one day in court. To my surprise that all changed. After only spending ten minutes with Rachel I knew she was the lawyer I needed in my corner. Rachel is a compassionate and highly skilled attorney who is currently assisting me through a very traumatic divorce. My divorce was very complicated due to my ex husband unwilling to be fair in any aspect you can imagine. She is very patient and has not given up on my case, even when I felt like just giving it all up to my ex-husband. Rachel has not only played the attorney role but has also been there when I needed a shoulder to cry on. Trying to turn my life around, and had about 7 tickets back from 2008. Found Allen with a simple google search. I called him, he was very helpful and gave me a price for taking care of the tickets. It was very affordable, near half of the price of the tickets themselves. I was able to make payments, and overall he was very nice and really just genuinely wanted to help me. Most important is he made it all seem doable. I thought this whole process would be very stressful, but with his help it was very easy and painless. I never had to go to court. He will always be my attorney, for as long as I live here. He plays a huge role in me clearing the wreckage of my past.

Emily is an absolutely amazing and professional attorney! I had met with several attorneys and some were not a good fit and others were intimidated by my special circumstances case. in 1994 I was given Richards name and contact information.explaining my situation, and had signed a four-year contract with McKenna hospital in New Braunfels Texas. as a licensed physical therapist, I assisted all of the hospitals patients, on proper technique, nutrition, and was honest with everyone I treated. after explaining my situation with Richard, he basically trained me on what disabilities to look for, that were obvious health problems. over theP next 15 years I referred all of the patients that I felt we're entitled to receiving disability benefits.it was in 1999 what my pain level was off the charts.October the 30th 2013, I had my 14th the operation on my left knee. when I first met Peter Holmes, radio show ask the doctor, he said he couldn't believe that I was still walking. and define all the odds with my Medical history, and all the knee surgeries on my left knee. This was in 1993. Semi pro hockey team , the iguanas, as Peter became their team physician. I would speak to his patients and explaining how my knee replacement was my only alternative.after scoping my knee he told me afterwards that the replacement was inevitable. the most difficult surgery I've ever experienced. the pain was undescribable. claiming he wrote me up in the AMA Medical Journal , stating that I was probably the most severe athletic casualty he's treated during his career.

My family engaged Jacqueline in January to represent us in a CPS investigation after a young relative was placed under a 30-day safety plan. This was our first interaction with CPS. We wanted to use employer-provided services for evaluations and therapy rather than the more onerous services demanded by CPS. CPS threatened numerous times to move the child into foster care. They also threatened a legal motion to participate in their services. They even claimed that they didn't have to talk to a legal representative. We would never have been able to navigate this process without Jacqueline, who is an expert not only in the law, but in the ways that CPS will try to manipulate and threaten. Just spoke to this law firm, I would not reconnect this law firm. Stay far away. Their first duty is to the court, if a judge tells any one of their lawyers not to wear a certain suit again they will bend over backwards. Their duty is not in the best interest of the child but to the court first! Do not hire this firm, they will not argue your case in court. They will let the judge violate your rights and help them do it. When I heard this from their attorney during the consultation I immediately asked where is the duty to your client and the best interest of the child? She hung up. When a lawyers says their first duty is to the court that means you should run! Don’t be to quick to hire an attorney, look around ask questions because lawyers like these will backstab their clients!
