We had a tri-state jurisdictional custody nightmare on our hands that involved original orders from in California from 2020, an open 2024 custody case in Father's state (home state), with Mother being another state entirely.
When the California judge made what we felt was an erroneous emergency temporary order that caused substantial upheaval in the lives of our children, we reached out to multiple firms and attorneys who all wanted to put us off for weeks on top of charging us for a consultation fee. However, when I called Boyd Law, I reached Brandon (sp?) who patiently listened to our dilemma and put us through to the right team which included Matthew Caldwell, Joshua L. When I first separated from my ex-wife 7 years ago, I made the mistake of retaining a novice attorney who succeeded in billing me over $5,000 in the first month simply for the pleasure of filing the divorce petition. It was clear that my faith had been misplaced. I quickly initiated a search for new counsel and found Mr. Garland quite by chance. That was probably the best find of my life. Mr. Garland is a top-notch attorney with almost as many years' experience as my former marriage had lasted. I found Mr. Garland to be very knowledgeable in family court matters. Mr. Reyzin represented us in a real estate matter. We were absolutely frustrated with our situation and did not know what to do. Mr. Reyzin was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to us what the issues were and how he could help us. When all of our efforts to resolve the situation informally failed, Mr. Reyzin was quick to file a lawsuit. Imagine l went to ask his help with a ticket l got it after l forced to pass the traffic light to avoid an accident with the car that followed me closely in raining night in Mira Messa Boulevard.
I explained what happened exactly and he promised to fix that WITHOUT PENALTY. Especially it's my first ticket, and l am driving with out any issue in last 20 years her in USA and Europe.
His assistant took $99 as Attorney fee, and she promised they will contact me to give update with my case.
After several visits to follow what happened to my case bec8l didn't hear anything from them as they promised!!!!
l SURPRISED that the ticket fee increased than decreased! Imagine interested not decreased!!!!
COULD YOU TELL ME WHY I HIRED HIM WHILE HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AS HE PROMISED, l paid MUCH MORE than the ticket penalty. Moreover, l paid his fee without get anything!!!
That's my experience with this BAD ATTORNEY.

This is the 2nd time my family has used Mr. Ticket for red light traffic violations which we believe we were not at fault!
I received a red light violation in San Marcos in August 2018 and reached out to them right away. I explained my situation that I was unable to get out of the intersection before the light turned green as another car entered my lane. I provided other information needed. On Nov. 6, 2018 they were able to get my case dismissed! :-)
From the 1st phone call to 2 follow up emails, their response time is fast and would hear from them within 24 hours.
They are clear about what steps they will take to handle your case/trial.
Their service is definitely worth it if you don't have the time to attend the court dates yourself. They are clear about what they can and cannot do, but will give their best to represent you.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of progress in obtaining a green card or travel document for me. As a 72-year-old with health concerns, I have been clear about the need for regular checkups in my home country. Despite your assurances, none of this has happened, and you have stopped responding to my emails.
This situation has caused me immense stress and anxiety. I have had to visit the hospital multiple times without your support. Additionally, I was unable to be with my husband during his cancer treatment due to the lack of travel documents.
As a result of your lies and promises, I now owe $60,000 to the hospital. I am at a loss for what to do and feel very let down.
After a year and a half of waiting, the immigration department finally approved my case on July 24. Ten days later, they mailed my green card to you. It has now been two months, and you have not contacted me to inform me that you have received it.
I recently found out from the immigration department that you have, in fact, received my green card. They provided me with a tracking number that confirms this. When I came to pick it up, you lied and said you did not have it.
I am very disappointed with your lack of communication and honesty.

No face to face meetings ever occurred, which might have been helpful. Failed to give us a good understanding of alternatives, such as options for getting documents notarized and instructions on how to transfer the house into the trust. Failed to provide accurate information, her supervisor had to intervene to correct. We really had to comb through the documents because there were many factual errors and typos. Overall did not provide the guidance and handholding we felt like we needed since we were novices to the process.
