I could not have successfully extricated myself from my husband of over 3 decades if it had not been for Mr Resnick and his team. As soon as my ex found out who I had hired to protect my interests he was livid.
Mr Resnick is well known around town and not one to buckle under a narcissist’s threats, manipulations and delays - all of which my husband tried after I filed
For divorce.
My ex was determined to make the process as difficult as possible and was met toe to toe by the best in the business.
Mr Resnick advised me every step of the way during
this lengthy divorce process. He also respected
my wishes to keep my ex from going to jail for defying court orders.
To this day my ex still doesn’t realize how much worse things could have gone for him if it had not been for my desire for a fair outcome, my own sense of peace and also in protection of our young adult children.
I would highly recommend Mr. Resnick to protect your interests especially if seeking a divorce from a narcissist in particular. The only way to fight fire is with equal or greater fire.

Mr. Resnick handled my high-conflict divorce with integrity, compassion, wisdom and tenacity. I first met Mr. Resnick when I was a Deputy with the SSO. Although we were often on opposing sides, he always remained professional and respectful.
Although I dreaded being on opposite sides, I always respected and admired his passion for his clients.
Since retiring, I have recommended Mr. Resnick to many people, who have been quite happy with the results of their cases.
Quite a fine, upstanding lawyer with excellent morals and principals.

Angela is the worst “lawyer”I’ve ever encountered. My firm has gone against 2 lawyers prior to Angela being the 3rd/ most current. She uses bullying/ intimidation tactics against opposing counsel because she isn’t capable of arguing Florida law and providing evidence. She only files to see what sticks. With her background she is well aware of state law yet disregards Florida law completely to the point I asked for her to be sanctioned in court and sent over to the bar. She is a liar. A manipulator and a bully. Nothing about her fights for the best interests of any child. She only cares about a paycheck and will file anything to get paid.
There are way better firms and lawyers than her. She will not fight for your family or kids. Make sure you document everything from her and send her over to the attorney general and Florida bar.

I have nothing but good things to say about Angela. She worked diligently to find out the truth in my very complicated case. We are so grateful for Tim Rudge and his paralegal, Mitzi for their work on our case. To start, they rescued our stalled case from our own bad choice of first attny. Tim took over and got our case going in the correct direction right away. He clearly explained every step and option we had in our case and executed our choices promptly with no ego or agenda. If I could give less than one star, I would. Jamie is all too happy to take money, but not happy to be held accountable for the job for which you hire her. She and another lawyer screwed me and my kids, and when I begged and pleaded for her to fix it, make it right. She told me it wasn’t going to affect me and she didn’t know why I was worried about it (see attached email response). To this day, it does affect me, and my children, and she simply didn’t care to make it right after happily accepting thousands of dollars. I am still dealing with a case that she didn’t fix and reached out again to try to have her resolve but she doesn’t even bother to answer. I had to file a bar complaint for her to respond only for her to tell me she feels she did her job. If that were the case why doesn’t the state recognize the order she filed and why won’t she fix it? This lawyer has no integrity, so if you want someone who will take your money and offer no help, this is the lawyer you want. She is overpriced and doesn’t even do her job. It’s a wonder she hasn’t be disbarred.

There was a constant lack of communication but the 3 biggest problems were #1) changed her hourly billing, one month after retaining her and then when I asked about it, I received no reply. #2) Told the judge in court that the reason she lacked information on my case is because she just received the case when she had the case for 4 months prior. #3) I was not even informed of a case management hearing that I had until it was over and couldn’t participate. At this point, I don’t know whether to consider this maltreatment racist or negligent. Her paralegal, Kathie Summa was god awful and argumentative whenever approached with any concerns. This is an honest review from my very REAL experience with ICard Merrill. I understand that everything can not go my way in a case but there is a level of professionalism and transparency that should be handled with any business, that was not done with ICard Merrill.

I have showed up at Mr. Christiansen’s office, over Halloween last year, I was very overwhelmed having to go through the first time in my life, with my injury and needed help.
He has shown so much care, and took his time to explain everything to me, and made sure I understood I was in great hands with him. He has been there for me since day one. I could have not asked to have a better representation then him.
I would recommend him and his firm to everyone that is in need of legal services. I feel very blessed he is on my side, and that i have found their firm.

I cannot recall positive experiences with this attorney. I hired Mr. Christiansen after a work related injury to handle my Workers Compensation case. In our first meeting he seemed attentive and interested in the case. After I signed the retention form he suddenly changed. As days went by I started receiving paperwork from the insurance company and others. I had questions. I call Mr. Christiansen many times however he would state that he was busy. I email him. with the same results: no answer. I had to eventually find my answers to legal questions through Google searches. Mr. Christiansen never available. This negligent attitude continued for several month. I eventually received a letter for a deposition and also a mediation appointment in front of a judge. Once again I tried to call him. Not available. I finally email Lancaster & Eure, law office where Mr. Christiansen works, stating that I needed his help, also stating my displeasure of his careless attitude toward my case as an injured worker.
After never receiving an answer to my calls for months he finally called me the next day to his office. As he literally slammed legal books on his desk he fired me as a client ten days before a deposition and a coming mediation in front of a judge.
He never answered any questions about my case, neither helped me on my case as an injured worker. He left me with many questions having to find another attorney halfway.
In my personal experience Mr Anderson doesn’t seem to care about the average guy that is injured on the job, he is unprofessional, vindictive and rude. Avoid a negative experience and work with a different workers compensation attorney in Sarasota Bradenton.

I engaged Mr. Nawara for my son’s defense against his DUI charges. Due to the circumstances it was a very complex case. We had a medical malpractice case that lasted several years. But, through it, all George stayed dedicated to the case and really delivered. During the proceedings it was very evident that he and his team really did their research and they put on an excellent case. Also, throughout the process, he kept us informed of what his strategy would be and kinds of things we could expect during the depositions and trial. Not only did we finally get our day in court but in the end we were awarded the judgement. Thank You George McClain! He is a dependable man of integrity who we very much appreciate. We have recently moved but George will always be our legal point person.

I found this attorney difficult to deal with personality wise. One of the key points of law that helped me, I found. I felt that billing of some tasks should have been delegated to clerical staff. It was not the representation I expected after my initial consultation. Might work better with a different personality and not dealing with federal employee related matters in a divorce. I ended up personally negotiating with the other party which I also did not expect, but felt necessary to reach an expedient conclusion. The job got done, but it was more difficult in what was already a difficult time.

We are so grateful for Tim Rudge and his paralegal, Mitzi for their work on our case. To start, they rescued our stalled case from our own bad choice of first attny. I paid for this guy to handle my wife's custody case. He ignored her and didn't even show up to a court date. We got tired of it so hired another lawyer and when the lawyer looked in to the case he found out that whitney coyne lied about two motions he filed. The man didn't even file the motions. My wife almost lost custody of her children due to this man's lies.

VERY HARD to get a hold of even during business hours, and WAITS UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE if not longer to prepare witnesses you provide and important information for your case. Hired Whitney for a restraining order as well as domestic abuse charges involving the same person. Told upfront taking care of the situation(s) with person to be handled was $5000. After ONLY FILING the injunction he refused to do any further without further pay, even to just move for contempt of court when my restraining order was violated!!!! Overpriced and absolutely not worth it. Paid 5k for something SPARC could’ve done for free and was left feeling abandoned when I asked for help involving the same case. Not aggressive in court, I was verbally attacked by the defendants lawyer and he never objected or interrupted once on my behalf.
