When I needed a Savannah attorney to assist me in removing the court appointed conservator for my elderly aunt, I did not know where to turn. However, when I contacted an attorney friend in a large prestigious law firm in Atlanta asking for a reference, without hesitation they recommended Janice Powell. At our first meeting, I was impressed by her legal knowledge and experience. Her compassion for both my aunt and me was obvious. Ms Powell worked diligently to see that both my aunt and her property were protected. A new conservator was appointed and the former one required to to compensate my aunt for any loss or expense to her estate. Ms. Powell's dedication to her client was evident, even when she was criticized for bringing legal proceedings against this well-known conservator, who was also an attorney. Her ability to make the case before the Judge was outstanding. Ms. Powell has represented my family and me in other legal issues since this case. . Had the pleasure of working with Danny Cohen on two mediations back-to-back. He did a fantastic job on both. One resolved at mediation and the other did not but Danny stayed on it with the parties in the days after mediation and the matter resolved in no doubt because of his efforts to keep the parties talking. The staff is so friendly there as well. Would recommend Mr. Cohen to anyone looking to give alternative resolution a chance.

I’m not familiar with the process so I responded that I don’t know, any attorney that can do a consultation. She said that she could book me 2/4/6 weeks out. Mrs. Sullivan was prompt in returning my calls when I was initially looking for an Estate and Gaurdianship/Conservatorship Attorney due to an emergency circumstances. 5 star review for 5 star legal assistance. Mr Brooks and staff were always professional and tenacious throughout our legal battle with an insurance giant. He came highly recommended by another, husband/wife team of Savannah attorneys, and we were never disappointed by our decision. His thorough defense of our difficult case, set a precedence, admittedly, by the insurance company we sued for denying our claim. Our claim, on a total loss of our century plus, totally renovated farmhouse, was denied. This after being a 35 year FB member, with only one small claim in all the years of membership and no personal history to justify the treatment we received. I met with Ben for an initial consultation at 9:00am and my divorce paper work was ready for signatures at 4:00pm. The papers were filed with the courts the following day. When going through legal and personal issues time is presious. The hurt is bad enough without spending additional time in the attorney's office, not to mention expensive. The cost for the service was very reasonable and there were no hidden charges. I would highly recommend Ben and his firm.

Although the case took longer than expected due to circumstances out of his control, I thought Mr. Price did an outstanding job negotiating for my best interests throughout the process. He was knowledgeable about the divorce process in particular about the specifics in Georgia. When needed he also showed a no nonsense approach when the opposing party was not rational, all without ever losing one ounce of professionalism. The last thing I will say is that I liked that he would explain legal terms, paperwork and processes in terms that were easily understandable. I hope that I won't need his services in the future but if I needed legal representation, I would retain him again.
