I was referred to Ms. Mirabella from a friend who used her in the past but she was not sure what type of Law she practiced. It turns out that she does not specialize in what i needed help with but I am writing this review because her staff, especially Neghesty ( I don't know her last name) who did her best to point me in the right direction and gave me so much attention and help even though I not use their services at this time. I think that showed a lot of class and character and if i have an opportunity to use them in the future i will. Will has been my saving grace. I went through numerous attorneys and have gotten nowhere settling with my ex in family court. Will is educated, fierce, honest, makes himself available for you, and really cares. He has become more than an attorney to me and I consider him a friend. He has always done what is in my child and my best interest. He really makes you feel good and that he totally has your back and is on your wide 1220 percent. He has a lot of connections in the court room and court system as well which is really helpful. It doesn’t matter if it’s a weekend or 1am if I have to contact with with an emergency he makes himself available for me and my child. I can’t say enough about this attorney . He is a gentleman , reliable , and honest . He works for your money and fair pricing ! Hire this attorney over any other , we originally had an attorney that got us zero resolution . After changing attorneys the case was resolved by Mr. Groth . He worked and used strategy as the other attorney did not . Definitely would refer and highly recommend this attorney to anyone .

First time I met Joseph hanshe was as an 18b attorney he was thorough and very honest he told me in all honesty what we were facing and made me feel confident, that life was worth the fight, I was faced with a large sentence but joes diligence and quick wit allowed there to be wiggle room and a shortened sentence. "DO NOT HIRE" She is the worst lawyer you can get. She will tell you that she's on your side and then coerce you into getting her money. She will keep asking for money by telling you that you will loose your case. She was hired for a custody case and said it shouldn't be long. We have been battling for 6 months and I wasn't even married to the father. The father has no job and no way to care for the child and she would not fight for me. When I told her things that happened during a visit she just told me don't say anything because we don't want to provoke the judge. Nothing was done for the best interest of the child and when she was let go she went to the court to try and sabotage my case. She is not a helpful attorney at all. When you call to talk to her about the case she starts telling you her life story instead of talking about what the next steps should be to fight for the client.

Does not return calls been calling him for months in regards to the status of my divorce...it's been 8 months since I signed the paperwork and I call to just simply check the status or how to find out the status of the divorce and he doesn't return calls. Mr. Gallo is an exceptional court appointed Family Court lawyer . He is caring and he has good rapport with the judges . His problem is he lacks the support staff to confront white-shoe firm highly paid attorneys .. and he shoulders a huge court-appointed caseload .
I hired Mr. Gallo privately at white shoe firm lawyer rates .. but unfortunately received court-appointed attorney level service . Because of his huge caseload , lack of support staff and casual attitude I lost where my facts should have won had the lawyerly effort on both sides been equal .
