Expensive and they were more concerned in banking then helping. They kept on arguing with opposing council after I asked them to stop. They were concerned with making money and were completely oblivious to the techniques the opposing council was using to cause me harm. I could say a lot more but in brief do not recommend.

Absolutely HORRIBLE representation!!!! More worried about billing every 3 days to the tune of thousands of dollars than representing their clients and helping them get a satisfactory result. Spent tens of thousands of dollars to actually be in a worse position. I was promised the world and delivered nothing!!! Do yourself a favor!!! RUN!! Find other representation, they are atrocious!! Dont' use this office and definetaly don't use Garrett Filetti. Zero communication. Zero concern with what the client wants. Grossly inept altogether! You will be left with way less money and zero results..... but you better believe that everyone at Elise Buie Family Law is getting paid!!!!$$$$$!!!!! Crooks!!

It’s hard for me to imagine going through a legal situation with a better team. James is curious and thoughtful, concise and Insightful. His team is fantastic, And went out of their way to help put this all together. They were patient with me and explained how things were developing, and that can betricky because there’s a lot of Potential outcomes, and it’s hard to know, of course how things are going to occur.

I hired Graham Lundberg and Peschel to represent me during legal proceedings related to a car accident. Jim became involved with my case when we were forced to go to trial after attempts to settle with an unreasonable defense attorney and insurance company who I was battling. Jim did an excellent job and worked well with Amy Miller, my primary attorney who I was also very pleased with. Trial is intense and many decisions must be made quickly under pressure. It was very comforting having such a hard hitting, skilled, trial lawyer like Jim on my side when it was needed. He worked extremely hard, listened to what I had to say, and maintained a level of compassion throughout the trial that felt very supportive. I had a chance to meet his wife as well and it was clear that both of them are kind hearted souls who sincerely care about justice. Over the last 5 years I had been in a dispute with my auto insurance company. I was very LUCKY to find her and having had a bad experience before I read her resume and was very impressed. I recommend Leah Altaras , on every social post I see on social media in regards to anything they’re going through.
Leah is an Advocate for righting wrongs, I met her as a Prosecuting Attorney, and when my life was altered in an MVA I called Her for advice, and she was willing to take on my Personal Injury case.
I was compensated by the other guys insurance the maximum amount as well as my own under insured coverage.
At about 80% recovery, after a year of Physical Therapy, I was hit again, MVA. Compounded injuries, a tough fight, but Leah has that “fight” in Her, as do I, and we recovered well, in the 2nd MVA case as well.
She also has consulted with Me over many various concerns I’ve had.

Back in the early or mid-1980’s, I was one of eight apartment owners who sued the local County for requiring that all property owners in the entire local area connect their property to the new sewer system and stop using the existing, approved and functioning on-site septic systems.
Attorney Steve Crane sued on behalf of Eight Apartment Complex owners and won! I was one of Steve's clients with my apartment complex of 28 units in that lawsuit against the County to not hook-up to the County sewer system. Steve’s argument was that the Local Improvement District that the County adopted stated that everyone in that area of the County must hook-up to the new sewer system and by doing so each property would have an increase in value thereby supporting the County’s argument requiring all property owners to hook-up to the sewer system. However, Steve, along with testimony and documentation from the eight apartment owner’s, Steve proved that tenants don’t care where their sewage goes once they flush; they will never pay more for the sewage going down to a County Sewer System rather than it going to an on-site septic system. As long as it flushes and the sewage goes down the drain, no one would pay any increased rents based on those facts. Additionally, since sewers would likely bring new apartments with more competition to the existing owners who would likely have to reduce rents to stay competitive with the new construction; thereby actually lowering the value of our apartment buildings.
Steve’s arguments won. I avoided paying the approximately $28,000 in sewer hookup fees to the County sewer assessment, plus I avoided the costs of tearing up my lawns and existing septic system to put new pipes to the sewer system in the street; estimated savings at about another $28,000. With the time value of money, the approximately $56,000 at an inflation rate of just 3% would be equal to approximately $165,000 today! However, the biggest factor is the right to continue use of the on-site septic system thereby avoiding us from paying the on-going, monthly sewer fees of $19.00 per month per apartment unit or $532 per month for my 28 unit complex. In Today’s dollars, Steve Crane’s lawsuit saved us approximately another $405,000 in monthly sewer service fees! So Steve Crane saved me about $600,000 over these past years.

I met Minda during the most stressful time of my life - my adjustment application was denied for fraud. So I was calling a lot of lawyers trying to find the most competent. Unlike several other lawyers who wouldn't even speak to you until you have an appointment, Minda noticed how stressed I was, so she had a quick chat with me before we scheduled a proper call to discuss my case. When realizing that benefits you earned are not automatically given to you because of the complications within government systems, it was natural to seek a law firm with solid, PROVEN expertise in Social Security cases. I consulted with 3 firms prior to choosing who would represent me. The Gustad LawGroup is EXACTLY who they say they are. I interviewed one of their staff members in making the final decision for my case. Angela is the employee every law firm practicing social security issues should have on staff. She is experienced from the inside, compassionate, and a great communicator. She let me know what was expected from me as a client and that made my role easy. When it came time to actually be represented at a hearing, JP Gustad personally took on my case. Even though my case was not large, he treated me with the utmost care as he walked me through the process of the hearing and how to approach it. No narcissist, abuser, bully, intimidator, gas lighter, manipulator, or exploiter are too big for Kirk Davis! My case was complicated and multi-faceted.
