es and let me tell you how easy it was. I initially found him using a google search after my toyota BZ4x had issues. This was about 2 years ago. He was able to get me my money back within 4 months without any issues. Im in norcal and the process was very easy. All documents were docusigned digitally. I purchased a new audi etron after the Toyota. After driving it for two years, putting 40k miles on it, and dealing with tons of issues, Nick was able to get me a refund extremely close to the original amount. I contacted him on May 31st and here is am exactly 3 months later with a very nice check. The process was just as easy and he even drove up to Livermore Ca from LA to help with the vehicle surrendering process. Here’s what puts him above the rest. I initially contacted a local law firm since i figured it would be easier to meet with someone in person. After looking at my documents they decided they would not even try to take on my case! Nick has been in the business for 18 years and it definitely shows. I am very glad to have used nick for my lemon law needs and would 100% recommend.

First thing I learned over 20 years ago about being a professional driver is to try to get all citations reduced to non-moving violations. The idea is that you may get one that you can't get reduced and that could be the one that puts you over the limit regarding having a Taxi permit or even having your license suspended for too many points. Get them reduced when you can. It's worth the money if you want to stay in the Pro Driver business. I have used CDL Legal via OOIDA since obtaining a CDL over 20 years ago. They have produced the results I needed every time. I haven't had many citations however I always try to get them reduced no matter how many I have over the years. Thank you Wiley Ramey! You did a great job.

Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father. Whenever Ethan was available for consultation, he was consistent in providing extremely valuable, honest, and reliable information. I was impressed in how I could ask Ethan any question and he always had an answer right away backed by extensive knowledge, objective facts, and a strong understanding of the inner workings of family court. He is also able to remember facts well and can regurgitate granular details from our conversations of months prior. This gave me confidence in speaking to him about my case. His guidance helped me in not only the legal aspects of my case but also in maintaining a positive bearing during what was one of the most emotionally-difficult periods of my life. Ethan has a good grasp of knowing what is important and what isn't, which often provided relief for me on many occasions when I was overstressed out about something. When my then-husband decided against continuing divorce mediation because he couldn't have his way and signed on with an expensive family law firm, I was at a loss of what to do. I had given up my career 17 years earlier to raise our children and, though I worked part time, was dependent on my husband for many things including my medical coverage. I was frightened, naive, and did not understand how divorce "worked".
I asked a friend who was a prominent lawyer specializing in California family law and he recommended George Seide, who he knew from a legal study group they both belonged to. He assured me that George was smart, honest, principled and not someone who could be bullied. My friend was right. George was also compassionate and reassuring. It was a relief to have George handling my divorce. My phone calls and emails were returned quickly and efficiently. He made sure that property division and child custody were handled fairly.
I recently came across a handwritten post-it note George had stuck on one of the outrageous demands from the opposing lawyer: "Don't be worried by this nonsense. George".

He is the best attorney money can buy, I have 89% custody of my 3 children and long long ago, I was a Male Porn star. Come on. He is the BEST, his prices are the Best. My results speak for themselves, George accomplishes all he goes for and he knows everyone from his years of work and his humanitarian ventures, working with CSSD attorneys and staff and teaching, educating and participating to the entire California court and law system. A teacher I would say... and everyone loves him. He saved my kids time and time again from vicious attorneys and lunitic ex to be. He saved me time and time again for years now and it is ongoing, year 6, year 3 with George and Thank God! Mr. Yepremian was very knowledgable and always kept me informed on a routine basis. I had a contract issue and I started panicking because I have been through some legal situations before and it did not turn well. I opted to hire a new lawyer because of past experiences and found Mr. Yepremian's card at my father's business shop.
