After my most recent spinal surgery in December 2018, I was unable to return to work full-time. My company provided Short- and Long-Term Disability (LTD) benefits through an insurer. Based on their proximity and the user reviews I found, I contacted Andalman & Flynn (A&F) in February 2019, and subsequently chose to have them (Elliott Andalman, primarily) represent me and handle my claim for LTD benefits. My claim was denied in August 2019. Based on their recommendation, we chose to have them file an appeal with the insurer, which was done in January 2020. In April 2020, the insurer granted the appeal and provided LTD benefits retroactive to April 2019.
Throughout the process/ordeal, A&F was responsive, supportive, professional, and thorough. Without these qualities, we would have never successfully persevered or prevailed. I highly recommend their services for anyone in a similar situation.

I reached out to Andalman and Flynn in the early part of 2016. This firm were the only firm that accepted my case on a contingency basis. This was music to my ears because I did not have any income due to the sudden separation of my agency. I was not prepared. Although hope had been restored, as I had my free consultation with Elliot. I was diagnosed with PTSD, Depression and Anxiety. It was a long battle with OPM, but Elliot was persistent and he prevailed. He guided me every step of the way.
"We Won!" is the news I heard on July 2, 2020!!! What a 4th of July Celebration!!! After nearly a five year extended journey, those are the words I heard on this day. Mr. Casciano called me in response to an email inquiry regarding difficulty in obtaining a decision regarding our adult daughter's disability determination after about 8 months. After listening to my story and asking follow up questions, he said that we were on the right road, and gave some specifics on my follow up with SS. He said that we did not need to hire him at this point, and he did not want to take our money for no reason. I followed Mr. Casciano's suggestions, and about 8 weeks later we received the determination that our daughter is disabled and not capable of working.
It was a blessing to have someone listen to my story and give me reassurance that we were doing things the proper way.
He told me that I could call back and hire him if we did not receive an answer or needed additional help after we received the decision.

Ellyn Tanenberg has been preparing our tax returns for almost 10 years, after we determined that the complexities of our returns were far beyond our ability to resolve with TurboTax. We initially asked the advice of another tax preparer whom we trusted implicitly, and he suggested that Ellyn Tanenberg was hands-down the best person we could turn to for help. She has been preparing our returns ever since, and in all this time, she has never let us down.
In recent years, our situation has been complicated by the new requirement to closely manage of our retirement investments, and Ellyn has been giving us invaluable assistance to help us to understand the tax implications of movements in and out of our retirement accounts that our fund managers have not always considered. She has thus saved us from making some costly mistakes. Also, she is meticulous in going through the financial reports to ferret out the necessary input data.
More recently, we made a purchase of some offshore rental property. Here too, Ellyn has been painstaking in organizing and properly reporting on the investment income. Furthermore, without Ellyn’s thorough research and assistance, we would have been totally lost regarding preparation of the requisite Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR).
Another important role Ellyn fills has been in interpreting and applying some of the arcane provisions of our State Tax Code. For example, the coding of retirement income for retired state employees can be confusing. Also, there are instructions for reporting deductions for military retirement pay that are difficult to interpret. Ellyn thoroughly researches the answers to these situations, and thus, here also she has saved us some considerable tax expense.
Ellyn Tanenberg is our go-to person for tax assistance. Without a doubt, I am sure there is no better qualified person than Ellyn for tax advice and preparation.

Joel Duboff.. what can I say about this man? Great attorney, funny, determined, confident and not intimidated. I was charged with assault-second degree on 3 counts and my case was dropped yesterday because he knew how to handle it and how to talk to the judge. Thus, I walked out clean with zero charges! I hired Amanda after having a terrible experience with another attorney. Due to my previous experience, I vetted her carefully and had an initial face-to-face consultation where I was able to evaluate her. I was pleasantly surprised by how clearly she assessed my case. Rand Lucey from Jezic & Moyse, LLC is a superb lawyer. I had a legal issue with some pretty life altering outcomes if I didn't have a lawyer represent me - well he did and his firm did. They had weekend hours during a major snowstorm - and he was there. He was amazing in court, my charges were reduced to just a $150 fine. This guy knows what he is doing, plus his firm is famous in the DMV area. What he did for me was BIG. He did such a good job people thought i was an informant, lol. Mr. Williams, Esq., was very sensitive to the fact that I loss my sister and now have Guardianship of her son that happens to be the sole heir of her Estate, he is very knowledgeable and has been prompt in filing all required documents. My husband and I faced anyone's worse nightmare regarding the immigration police, they came to our home to detain and deport my husband over something that was closed and occurred over 12 years ago. Attorney Edward Neufville was god sent, we had dealt with an Attorney prior to locating Attorney Edward and we were over charged and the Attorney before Attorney Edward had us was preparing for immigration court, paying litigation Attorneys, kept us in the dark, and we did not receive the professionalism and knowledgeable experience we had with Attorney Edward.
Attorney Neufville was able to prove my husbands citizenship and my husband received his Citizenship certificate without having to go through litigation or immigration court.
I was not asked to write this review, I just hope that if you are in a situation similar to ours that you read this and decide to go with Edward Neufville, he is truly passionate about what he does and it shows in the level of service he and his firm delivers.

With a divorce case as complex as mine, Mr. Suissa handled the delicate matters with finesse and the difficult issues with careful intensity.
