Andrew was a complete pleasure to work with, and took on my case quickly and professionally. He communicated all steps of the process to me in a timely fashion and made sure to check in with me along the way as needed. I never questioned that I was not in good hands and things were worked out easily.

Even though my wife and I had a will, our life had seen many changes since the last will was prepared, agreed upon and signed. Since then we had started our own business, our children had grown up and left the nest plus grandchildren now had entered into the picture. She thoughtfully took us through several scenarios concerning the business, family, potential divorce situations, existing and future grandchildren, adopted, future children should our unmarried son marry someone already with children....adopted or not adopted. Did we need a trust.... was explored. Scenarios we had not thought of were explored with Janet's keen guidance. Most importantly, although I knew Janet through our mutual group for the last 4 years, my wife, who had never met Janet, was very pleased with her and came away confident that when the will was executed it would be consistent with our desires. I hired Ms Homann to help me negotiate and remove myself from a corporate structure and real estate LLC. The contra side of this transaction were challenging to work with. I just wanted out. Jackie was able to both work with the other side as well well as walk me through different parts of the many parts of the transaction. She was also able to make sure that I got the correct indemnifications and releases while simultaneously not giving too much on my side (in interest of just GETTING OUT). She was also very helpful in explaining the 'legal-eze'. I appreciated her candor and ease of speaking with and 'hand-holding' when parts got stressful. I will definitely be keeping her number close for further advice/transactions in the state. I worked with Brian on the acquisition of our company by an overseas company. The negotiation on the sale/purchase agreement was fairly drawn out, and Brian gave excellent advice to us on the details of the agreement to make sure the deal ended up being favorable for us.
Brian has also advised us on many other matters including employee and contractor agreements, compliance with securities laws, supplier agreements, basically on all legal matters that most companies face.
We found Brian's legal advice to be well-thought out and pragmatic. We also really appreciate that he writes contracts in a more practical way than most attorneys, using more straight-forward language and structuring rather than traditional legal jargon.

Two years ago I retained Mr. Michael Misch regarding an American Disabilities violation issue. I remember my first interview with him as if it was yesterday. Mr. Misch presented himself in a very professional manner and yet you could tell he was empathetic and interested in my case. He sat and listened to my story without interruption. I myself believe this was probably difficult to do as it was an exhaustive story. However he did so with patience and did not make any judgments against me or make me feel as if I had done something wrong.
It was then that I knew he was the right attorney for me. During our second meeting, Mr. Misch could repeat the entire legal issues. Defendants and witnesses regarding my case without looking at any notes. I was very impressed.
I found Michael Misch, Attorney to be ethical, knowledgeable and brilliant regarding the law and his application of the laws that are in place to protect people from those who choose the law to hurt and harm others.
Mr. Misch met with me and set a course of action for the remedy of my complaint. Michael Misch never gave ne false expectations, he was always truthful and forthright in our plan for resolution.

I know from personal experience, having worked with the criminal system for almost 24 years that hiring an attorney can be a difficult decision and choice. After 24 years of working criminal justice I had my doubts about pursuing any legal action. I had lost faith in the judicial system. However, after I met Mr. Misch and we worked on my case, that all changed for me. As I now know that you cannot judge everyone by a few that taint the profession.

Mr. Phillipoff was amazing. An apartment complex falsely claimed I signed a lease and broke it, so I was in desperate need of getting out of a $7,000 bill that was wrongfully put on my lap! I had dealt with another attorney for a couple of months who told me to just settle and pay half to get out of it even though I had more than enough evidence to prove it was not my signature and work time stamps proving I couldn't have been there at signing. I then sought out Mr. Phillipoff and in just two weeks from meeting him the issue was resolved and I was released from this false claim! Very happy in giving my money to him versus a fraudulent company. He was efficient, professional, and communicated clearly and concisely.

Mitch is very personable and thorough. He actually cares and wants to help you solve your problem. My son hired Grant Canfield for a contempt of court issue and Grant got the parent that was in contempt to pay back my sons court fees he paid him but Grant never gave my son his money back to him. My son was told by his receptionist that he would need to take him to small claims court. Ha Dirty business.
