LnI’s worst nightmare is your success! If you’re tired of being taken advantage of by LnI and there uncouth practices; trying to line their pockets and take advantage of you, despite all your money paid in to the program then you need the absolute best representation you can get. Not only did Nick Pontaralo and his team set LnI straight on numerous occasions I even received apologies from them.”Booo Yay LnI”! Going with any other firm is literally shooting yourself in the foot, cutting off your nose despite your face don’t do it. Give these guys a call. They’re absolutely, Undisputedly the best.

I injured both of my arms right and left. Falling downstairs doing in home care. On the day of my mediation halfway through, my attorney admitted, he got me confused with another lady in Harrison Idaho, my last name is Harrison. As I wanted to hold out , while the mediator joked and made light of work injuries, I am right handed. My right arm doesn't work correctly, I did a lot of work in my church. I am a homemaker. I take a lot of pride in my home being a place of comfort and inviting to people, I used to bake and feed people, and so the job that I had for wages, wasn't my main job, even though I didn't bring home a salary for it. My" job" was taking care of my home and my church and my husband and serving god with my two hands. The thing I did to make money injured me, because the lady I was working for didn't let me know that her staircase ,in the spring would move when the basement flooded. It moved.I fell, I hurt my right elbow and my left wrist, and now all the things I used to do to serve God and others I cannot do any longer. None of this meant anything to my attorney at the mediation. As I kept holding out because I didn't know how I would end up the rest of my life with these 2 injuries he kept telling me dead. There was gonna be so security disability. There was gonna be a medical fund. And so this was just the first part of the mediation for my injury. I even thought I would just go to court because I thought my case was so different than so many other people At that point, my attorney didn't want to go to court. It was obvious He was not wanting to go to court to represent me, who I am. He told me scary things about, if the judge was in a bad mood, I would lose everything. He, and I am ashamed to say, my husband, with pressure from the "mediator " talked me onto taking an offer, which I knew, would not compensate me for paying people to do for me, what I had always done for myself. Gardening, lawn care, house work, cleaning the church, changing my own oil, recently I paid Ford $600.00 for changing plugs and oil in my truck. This I used to do at a fraction of the cost. But none of this was considered, I was a part time worker to them all. After that nightmare, the medical portion was to be settled, that's when I found out, I didn't have enough "points" for SSI disability, so any leverage from SSI to keep SIF accountable did not exist. My Attorney told me the day of mediation , SSI would cause pressure for SIF to cover me medically...NOT. He was incorrect and when I , out of concer, asked him if he was doing okay, he had made a few errors in my doctors name and other odd statements which didn't pertain to me, he accused me of questioning his integrity and told me I could get a different Attorney. By then I was hurting, depressed and totally vulnerable and my attorney, the one person who supposedly knows the ins and outs of the system, chewed me out and threatened me that I could "go it alone" if I thought I could do better. I couldn't make any decisions, I was so down. I didn't think the Attorney was going to take part of the medical bank. I thought he got paid for working the entire case from my mediation, so I didn't think I could pay up front for another attorney, just another thing I misunderstood when my attorney told me the medical is put in the bank, in my name and I had comple control over it. I was told it is a new way SIF and all other workers comp. In Idaho are now doing things, rather than keep a claim open for treatment. I am not pleased at all. My best intrest was not even considered. All because in the beginning my Attorney didn't ever find out and set in his mind, who I am.

Kyme is simply the peoples lawyer. I shopped around looking for help and no one seemed to be able or wanting to help me with my issue in getting my job back at a casino. I explained my issue to Kyme and after some time talking about my issue she was willing to help me. She laid out a plan and guided me on what do. Kyme is patient and understanding. She truly is a lawyer for the people and I would highly recommend her.

After having a job site injury and getting almost healed and ready to return to the work field, I was given a prescription medication that I had an adverse relation to, this caused many complications and additional time off work as well as hospitalization. Brian worked tirelessly to see that I would be treated fairly and not be left partially healed or disabled. Without his help there would have been a lot of trouble getting the Labor and Industries case workers to understand and approve the required medical testing and procedures.

With great pleasure I would like to submit this recommendation for Peter Lineberger. I put complete trust in Mr. Lineberger for the future of myself and my five-year-old daughter. Mr. Lineberger's performance far exceeded my expectations of any lawyer. Mr. Lineberger spent a great deal of time throughout the course of the case trying to understand the situtation from every perspective, so that he could represent my interests. Unlike other lawyers that I have delt with, Mr. Lineberger was ethical and professional in his approach to my case. Although the opposing side attempted to slander me in an attempt to win custody of my daughter, Mr. Linberger remainded confident that the law would prevail. It was obvious that he spent a great deal of time reviewing case law so that he could successfully object to questionable testimony and evidence. In the courtroom, Mr. Lineberger protected me as a witness and eliminated a lot of attack on me and other witnesses that testified on my behalf. I am indebted to Mr. Lineberger for helping me to gain full custody of my daughter. I strongly recommend Peter Lineberger and can testify to the outstanding performance that I know you too would receive. Mr. Lineberger and the members of his practice are readily available to assit in "emergencies" as they arise throughout the case. By selecting Peter Lineberger to represent you, you can be confident that you have wisely invested in your future. Peter Lineberger is a superior lawyer!

If your looking for an attorney that will fight for your rights and help you with even the smallest of details concerning your case Tom May is the attorney for you. The insurance company adjuster tried to take advantage of me on every detail and Tom fought for me every step of the way. Without his help I would have recieved very little from the insurance company. He helped not only with getting the money I deserved for my personal injury but he also insured that my car was fixed correctly because the insurance company kept trying to cut corners and tried to not pay for all the repairs that were required. Tom made sure that everything was repaired to my specifications not the insurance companies. He had to fight them just to get my car cleaned and the cost was under $100 but they didn't want to pay it. Thanks Tom for your help. I highly recommend Tom May.

She also has the respect of the court - which goes a very long way. In fact, today, as I am writing this review, she will be getting ready to attend the adoption of our friends' daughter as well!

My old attorney was not helping me Priscilla vagga was the worst. She always filed a continuous all the time. The last straw was when she was helping my ex husband with what he needed to file against me. I FIRED her and went and talked to Robin Andrews and it was the best desision I ever made. She is like a lion and fights for you. You have to be 120% honest with her, which I was and my ex husband lied to his attorney and Robin would always call him out with proof making my ex look stupid and his attorney embarrassed. Robin helped me move out of state with my kids (which is not easy there was a chance i would be denied but my ex attorney was not prepared) I was granted my relocation. Now we are all happy and I still have Robin as my attorney so she can go to court on my behalf because the custody battle is still open in WA. I live in Texas now and my ex cries about every little thing and we have to have our attorneys be the medium. She does her own work and when ever you have concerns she will get back to you and explain everything you have questions about. Shes been my attorney going on 2 years and I couldn't be more happy about it.

Harvest Timber a selective logging Co. was audited by the IRS, & not like we assumed; they can audit you back 3 years. Their law is they can audit you back 3 years, from any date they choose, in the time frame you have been in business, in our case was 1981-1983.This was all the agent took our check book ledger, then recorded every check with a first & last name, not a business name ,, as a employee. Long story made short according to the IRS we owed 325K w/out penalties. We had to prove every employee, & sub-contractor pd their taxes, which they already had that documentation, but stated they do not have to release the information to we the defendants. There were many names we were note able to locate to get their Income tax return forms, for it was 30 yrs ago. Those people we had no proof on but new the paid their taxes because they cashed their return checks at the bar we also owned, but IRS wanted us to pay their taxes again. Well they got fooled, Bob raked them over the coal, & always said, don't be scared let them know you know your rights, & their history as a illegal co. operating out of Cuba, so it is hard to sue a foreign CO. or Agent. (That work w/ the phony Central Bank (also Illegal) & the Rothschild's. we ended up owing 10K, less than it cost the IRS in attorney fees. Thank You so much Bob, You are not only a great Attorney, your a good friend. I recommend higher than any attorney we ever had.

Mrs. Rosey Thurman is an attorney like no other that you would meet if you ever work with her. Not only is she 100% committed to you as her client; she actually cares for you as a human being. Mrs. Thurman is very honest with you about the potential outcome of your case but also does everything she can to have a positive outcome for your case. She is committed! When you sign a retainer with Mrs. Thurman for your case, you won't regret it. She is the best out there. In the courtroom, Rosey is quick to listen and slow to speak. She holds the court in high regard as it should be. Mrs. Thurman also will be very thorough in helping explain the law and proceeders more than most attorneys with you if that is what you desire. If you have questions...Mrs, Thurman takes the time to answer them! Also, if you desire to aid in your own defense Mrs. Thurman respects that and includes you. She will teach you in the process if you let her and if you desire to do learn. Mrs. Thurman is a humble attorney and she is sacrificial in her time to you as her client. She tells you the facts straight, and if she is not as knowledgable in an area regarding your case she is not fearful to tell you that and also reach out to other attorneys in her profession to learn more so that you as the client may benefit. Mrs. Thurman's goal is to always treat the opposing side with respect and stick to the facts only. She stands upright and leads the case in truth and respect. All Mrs. Thurman desires to let the truth be put in the hands of the court and let them decide. Mrs. Thurman stands upright in the way she conducts herself as an attorney and also to the way she treats the opposing side. She will not compromise by game playing and deceitful ways. Mrs. Thurman uses wisdom and discernment. Mrs. Thurman truly is looking out for the best interest of you as her client. Mrs. Thurman is great at what she does, and most importantly she cares about you. I would recommend Mrs. Thurman because she is reliable, honest, wise, humble, committed, and heartfelt at what she does. Truly, if you retain Mrs. Thurman win or loss you will not regret it! I hope you all find her as I do because there is truly not many like her as an attorney!

I ended up with a DUI in December of 2012. She has helped me drastically with my case including getting my charge dropped to a negligent driving. Really appreciate her work. All in all an excellent attorney.

How to Check the Credibility of a Lawyer

Before hiring a lawyer, it's crucial to verify their credibility and ensure they're qualified to handle your case:

  1. Verify Their License:
Check with your state's bar association to confirm the lawyer is licensed and in good standing.
  2. Experience and Specialization:
Ensure the lawyer specializes in the area of law relevant to your case.
  3. Disciplinary Record:
Look up any history of disciplinary actions or complaints through the state bar association.
  4. Client Reviews and Testimonials:
Read reviews on legal directories like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, or Google to gauge client satisfaction.
  5. Professional Memberships:
Membership in professional organizations or specialty bar associations can indicate a commitment to their field.
  6. Awards and Recognitions:
Honors from reputable organizations reflect expertise and a positive reputation.
  7. Consultation Assessment:
Use the initial consultation to evaluate their communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to address your concerns.
  8. Ask for References:
A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most of your initial meeting with a lawyer, come prepared with:

  1. Relevant Documents:
Bring all documents related to your case, such as contracts, correspondence, legal notices, court papers, or evidence.
  2. Written Summary:
Prepare a concise written summary of your situation, including key dates, events, and involved parties.
  3. List of Questions:
Write down any questions you have about your case, the legal process, or the lawyer's experience.
  4. Financial Information:
If applicable, bring financial documents like pay stubs, tax returns, or bank statements.
  5. Contact Information:
Provide details of any witnesses or other parties relevant to your case.

  8. Budget Constraints:
Be ready to discuss your budget and any financial limitations.

How Much Does a Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a lawyer varies widely based on several factors:

  • Fee Structures:
    • Hourly Rate:
Lawyers may charge anywhere from $150 to $500 or more per hour, depending on experience and location.
    • Flat Fee:
For routine legal services like drafting a will or handling an uncontested divorce, lawyers might offer a flat fee.
    • Retainer Fee:
An upfront payment against which the lawyer bills hourly fees.
    • Contingency Fee:
Common in personal injury cases; the lawyer receives a percentage (typically 25% to 40%) of any settlement or award.
    • Monthly Retainer:
For ongoing services, businesses might pay a monthly fee for a set number of hours or services.
  • Factors Affecting Cost:
    • Complexity of the Case:
More complex cases require more time and resources, increasing costs.
    • Lawyer's Experience:
Highly experienced lawyers may charge higher fees.
    • Geographic Location:
Legal fees can vary significantly by region or city.
    • Additional Expenses:
Court filing fees, expert witness fees, travel expenses, and administrative costs may be extra.
  • Estimating Total Costs:
Request a detailed fee agreement outlining all potential costs.
Discuss any additional expenses that may arise during the case.
  • Negotiating Fees:
Some lawyers may be willing to negotiate fees or offer payment plans, especially for clients with financial constraints.
  • Pro Bono Services:
For those who cannot afford legal services, some lawyers or legal aid organizations offer services at reduced rates or for free.
