I made a cardinal mistake in trusting in the law by self-representing during a hostile divorce. Consulted with Dustin on how to fix it and he was upfront and realistic. He doesn't do appeals but helped me finding someone that does (which is much easier said than done in this area). I just wish I would have relied on him before things got bad.

Going through any court experience is hard and when it comes to a custody hearing involving your children, to me, that is the hardest situation to go through. The very first time I had gone to court I was so terrified & could not keep myself from being emotional, to the point I asked for it to be dismissed before it started because I just wanted to go home and hold my babies. If you are a parent whose children are your heart and you need a lawyer for your case, run to Dustin. He listened to me and I felt he genuinely cared about the outcome of mine and my children’s future, he responds to emails and texts so quickly, his paralegal Heather is an angel & quickly became an ear to listen to my concerns and fears and she is always so very kind to me, she always answers emails and phone calls and she talked to me as long as I needed her to just so I’d feel okay again. Dustin represented me in a way that you pray you’ll be represented in any court. When I had to testify Dustin was right there with me throughout it all, calming me down and telling me that I was okay and giving me words of encouragement when I had to read some of the painful things involved in my case. I couldn’t sleep the week before court, but if I would have known how amazing of a lawyer Dustin is and how hard he will fight for you, I wouldn’t have been nervous at all. I will recommend Dustin to everyone. As someone that doesn’t trust easily, I can assure you, you can trust Dustin, you can feel confident that he is great at what he does and sleep peacefully up until the court date no matter what it’s pertaining to because if you have Dustin as your lawyer, your case is being handled by the best and safest person it could be. I used Mr. Griffin for child support issues (twice), and for contempt issues. Everything went extremely well, it was handled exactly the way that I expected it to be handled. I didn’t talk to Mr. Griffin that much, most of the time I was speaking to Sherri. She is absolutely amazing and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will get it for you and let you know. You do have to contact them to keep up with your own case and what’s going on, but I feel like that should be a given for any attorney that you go to. But I would definitely recommend this firm, I have used them twice and will be using them in the future if necessary.

I found Alex by chance, and I couldn't be more pleased. My now husband and my two boys wanted to make it official and do an adoption. My ex was making it hard to do, even though he had not been in there lives for over 12 years and no child support. Alex didn't give up. He fought for us and got it done. The adoption is official. After dealing with a previous attorney who left us disappointed and everything only partially taken care of regarding my father's estate I found Danielle. Danielle reassured me that she would take care of finalizing things to close the estate.
Danielle is absolutely professional and knowledgeable; she communicates all the details and provides updates quickly and thoroughly. She explained everything that was happening and answered all our questions very clearly. She went back and finished things the previous attorney left incomplete and guided us through the decisions we needed to make.
It took Danielle a few short months to get things finished out even during covid-19 when it had taken the other person well over 8 months to do half of what Danielle did. I'm very impressed with her level of commitment to get everything finalized and closed out in a timely fashion.

During an interview several years ago, I was asked the question "Why should we NOT hire you?" The question caught me off guard for obvious reasons, but made sense once explained.

Several years ago I was facing foreclosure and pursued a variety of paths to try to avoid foreclosure and other severely damaging credit effects. Long story short, after talking with 3 different bankruptcy attorneys it seemed that was a bad way for me to proceed. 5 years later I have a credit score in the low 400s and keep getting harassed and finally consulted another debt management attorney to prevent more judgments against me. That attorney recommended me to Robert Gourley Jr and I must say he has been head and shoulders above every one I have spoken with before! Mr. Gourly is a national expert on loan modifications and has published a book on the subject and trained other attorneys in these matters.
