I hired her to help with my divorce and custody battle. I went from having my child full-time for 6 months straight not even hearing from the other parent to getting less than standard as well as having to pay "back" child support for the time my child was actually in my possession. She yells, uses profanities, and says things like "I don't work for you who do you think you are." and yes I have that email in writing. She was the absolute worst to deal with. She called several of my female cousins out of their names for them being around my child. She got very very personal a few times and would even call me late hours (11;30pm, midnight) with my ex's attorney on the phone. She stated there was no such thing as people just randomly showing up to the court to testify and that ended up happening, the man who my ex cheated on me with testified in court on her behalf about my character. His and her drug use was documented and addressed in court, and even though my test was clean and theirs wasn't she somehow still ended up with custody. Hiring her was the worst decision I could have made for my child. If you can, stay away.

When I received a notice of intent to deny for my I-601/130 case, I felt completely defeated. I even reached out to other lawyers for help, but they all declined to take on my case. A friend who is a cop recommended him for my young son on an arson investigation. I texted him right away as the cops were at our door and with his advice, we got them to leave right away. My son got charged with a first degree felony anyway because the cops messed up a statement in the case. Warren was able to find this error and got the case dismissed. His promptness in responding and dedication to defending us saved our son from years of agony and a possible felony conviction. He always responded right away and works great with everybody. I cannot say enough good things about Carlos and his team at the Leon Law Firm. None of us ever expect to be in a situation where you need the services of a personal injury attorney, but it’s where I found myself after being in a car accident that was not my fault. I’m so thankful that a friend told me about Carlos and made me call his office. My relatively ‘small’ accident, at least in my mind, was treated like it was the most important case the firm had. From the moment I walked into the door, every single person I encountered met me with a smile and walked me through every aspect of the process of fixing my car and most importantly, fixing ME! I had no idea where to begin, but with the Leon Law Firm you don’t have to know, because they do! They recommended the best treatments with great doctors and therapists, haggled with the appraisers over my repairs, dealt with insurance on my behalf. They did everything. When it came time for us to form our LLC, Melissa Garcia-Martin was our first choice. She was everything we were looking for in a small business lawyer. Mrs. Martin and her assistant were both very quick to respond to any questions or concerns my partner and I had about forming our partnership. Not having had previous experience in Partnership agreements, both my business partner and I had several questions regarding the agreement and LLC formation. My review is late arriving, but it is true. I needed assistance with estate planning and disability services for a Parent. The Law Office had a different location at the time, however it was not a long distance to commute. Ms. Stone was very pleasant and knowledgeable when trying to create a will for my parents. I'm very glad we chose her. We only had to visit with her once to determine my parents needs and she gave us a few options we might want to consider. Ms. Ray was a thorough and thoughtful attorney who provided excellent counsel to our family. Her team was attentive, detail oriented and listened carefully to our specific needs. They created a comprehensive estate plan for us not just protecting our finances and establishing our medical wishes, but protecting our minor child as well should we be temporarily incapacitated (think car wreck on the way to pick up kids from soccer practice) or have actually died. BONUS - Ms. Ray also will record a Family Legacy Interview as part of your estate plan to capture all those special memories that can't be reflected in legal documents and that very young children might not remember if the worst were to happen.
We were very impressed with the personal time spent with us as we felt shuffled through larger firms with a 'one-size-fits-all' estate plan in hand after two previous experiences.
