I could not have had a better attorney for my divorce case. He wasn’t my first attorney for the divorce . Many times things were falling apart with my original council, who had poor ethics and bled so much of my finances running me in the ground with little done. This is when I and hired mr shumer who took the challenge when my case was a mess. He quickly pulled everything together and tied up every loose string in record timing. My only regret is not finding him first! He was recommended by a friend of mine, who also spoke very high of him. There is much more I can go on to explain what a god send he was for me, and I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for him. He was always honest, put me at ease with his guidance , updated me promptly with any developments, and truely seemed to care. And was very generous with his billing which was another plus ! Haha. David handled our bankruptcy, achieving the best outcome imaginable for an otherwise miserable situation. He clearly answered our questions, even proposed ideas that we hadn't thought of, which greatly benefited us in the end. He was straightforward and honest - no phony 'sympathy,' etc. Even the one time he chastised us (for showing up late to a hearing), he was obviously distraught because he didn't want US to suffer the consequences, i.e., the delay in resolution of our case. He truly took our case personally, which was really a bonus, compared to all the other things he did right (being on-time with all filings and appearances, drafting professional documentation, etc.), which should just be expected.
Based on our experience, I feel confident highly recommending David for any legal work, not just bankruptcy.

We partner and I own a small business and purchased vehicles from a dealer and financed through the dealers bank. After months of excuses two vehicles when have been paying monthy payments on could not be delivered because they had no titles, the vehicles never left the dealers lot and we never took physical possession. So we went to the dealership to cancel the sale, seems easy enough.
Well we learned that the dealership wouldn't refund any down payments given to them and the bank wouldn't refund any payments made to them to date (approx.$15000). How could you write loans on vehicles never inspected? How can you refuse to refund a customer who never received good or services contractually agreed upon?
Upon recommendation from family we had a sit-down with Christine and from the first meeting we knew we were in the right hands. Although the process was lengthy (big bank delays not Christine) we were able to recover all that was lost and was able to do it at minimal cost and hardship. Christine was very well versed in contract law and was also able to show the bank how further examination of the contract wouldn't not bode well for them in court. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and now Instead of taking a hit, our small business is able to go to the next step and reinvest what was rightfully returned.
In the beginning it seemed like a no win David and Goliath situation, a big bank colluding with a shady dealer. However our small business was basically saved and kept above water by a knowledgeable, persistent and honest attorney. Can't recommend her enough!
