In 2010 ,after losing our deportation case we hired a new lawyer
Mr.Ahmad Yakzan to file an appeal on our behalf.
It only took him few days reviewing the documents to find the system error.
The immigration judge terminated the case and we received citizenship immediately.
During the entire process he showed great knowledge,professionalism and class.
Even today,after many years,I contacted his office for some papers I needed.I received documents the next day without any problems.

I was referred to Lexie Larkin through my best friend in Tampa and used Lexie for a prenup and Will, power of attorney, health care directive, and living will for estate planning. I was super impressed with her professionalism and knowledge on both family law and estate planning. Her pricing and fees were reasonable, super straight forward and well worth it. Her experience in both family law and estate planning was great because she could let me know how the prenup could impact estate planning issues and I don’t think other lawyers could have done that. Alexa did an excellent job redoing our wills and adding a trust to it for less than we paid for the original one. she pointed out things that made our protection for our kids stronger when we pass away. We were in and out in about a month and probably could have even done quicker if we got the documents to her faster. it was all done on zoom or phone so we did not have to go to her office unless we wanted to do that. it saved time and money. we only had to pay one fee for her services and then for the notary that came to our house to do the signing. That was easy too. I really recommend her if you want to make sure your will is done right. she is worth the money you spend.

The work that Mr. Rivera did on my behalf was amazing. From the beginning to end of my case he was thorough and had great attention to detail. He was able to work with the state and lock in a plea bargain way below what anyone expected... although he was fully prepared and confident to go to trial. Zero jail time on 3 year minimum mandatory. I don't know how he did it but he's a hero. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The man is a miracle worker.

I would recommend Frank Papa for your legal needs. I had filed my chapter 13 bankruptcy with him and once I had completed my bankruptcy my mortgage company tried to add some pre-bankruptcy fees to my account. I tried to handle it myself but was not getting anywhere with the company. I contacted Frank who handled my case and he went right to work settling this matter. He showed compassion, understanding and most of concerned I was going through this. He is very knowledgeable of the laws and fought for me the “little guy” to resolve this issue. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Diane.
I called Diane about help interpreting a will and she took the time to not only explain the different parts of the legal document and how this effected how the will was governed but offered suggestions and options for dealing with my unique situation and the challenge I was trying to work through.
In addition, Diane was ready to offer introductions to others locally that could be helpful in resolving the issues I was trying to address.
The law is so complicated and Diane was able to take the time to clearly answer my questions in a language that was easy for me to understand. She was also compassionate regarding my situation as I imagine most of these situations are very sensitive in nature.

I needed to find a good lawyer to help me to fight against a problematic neighbor that has lied to the Court, obtaining a legal injunction against me. John was extremely professional and competent and, right before the judge hearing, he managed to discuss with this neighbor the case and the repercussions of her inconsequent actions. John Castro expertly guided me through the toughest challenge of my life. Earlier this year, a deeply troubled person I made the mistake of befriending fabricated serious felony accusations against me, both with the police and in a civil case.
For whatever twisted motive, the accuser wanted to inflict maximum damage as quickly as possible and even hired a seasoned attorney and a state-funded advocate to pressure the police to make an early arrest and to convince the judge to prematurely rule on the civil case. Either scenario would have cost me my job. Luckily, I had the three most important things on my side: the truth, faith and John.
Thanks to John's encyclopedic legal knowledge and his invaluable experience as a former prosecutor, he helped avoid an arrest and defered the ruling on the civil case until the criminal investigation was complete. I can't emphasize enough that an arrest alone would have cost me my job. This was critical.
6 months after the initial accusations, indisputable forensic and video evidence fully exonerated me. The detective filed the case as unfounded.
Yet despite the overwhelming evidence, the accuser insisted on pursuing the civil case. I guess it was important to keep the lie going, and apparently not too much evidence is needed to convince a judge to rule against someone in a civil case.. There was a trial. John was brilliant. I was Involved in a car accident in accident in May of 2018 in St. Petersburg FL where a car ran the stop sign and I ran into him. I injured my neck and back. I called Armando and his team. He was able to meet with me personally and right away and he's never hard to get a hold of. He helped me find medical care to help me with my injuries. Once I got better the insurance company didn't want to pay me for my injuries. Armando and his team had to file suit and take the insurance company and the other driver to court. After my name change was approved without using a lawyer, I found out I needed to get it amended to include my birth name. The court order listed only my married name so I was unable to change my birth certificate. I started the amendment process on my own, but contacted Adam after I moved. He was able to change it to virtual court hearings. My amended name change was approved immediately once we had the court hearing with the judge. Ultimately, I wish I had contacted him sooner, before starting the name change. It is not as easy as it seems on your own. I would have saved on time, money, and stress.

I found Atty Lambert online and contacting him regarding getting my FL CGC, as I was a licensed Contractor for 30 years in MA. He explained the process thoroughly to me and made it seamless. I have been a licensed GC in California for 20 years; Now I Hold a CGC license in Florida as well!! I want to give my highest regards to Jason and his Team (Jessica)!! I am a very skeptical person by nature. I read so many conflicting reports on my General Contractors Lic from California being reciprocal in the state of Florida I had no idea what direction to go. I came across Jason's website in my search and reached out. I had a phone consult with Jason, and he said he has had a great success rate of getting Ca. Contractors their license in Florida. Me being me, that did not convince me, even his reviews did not convince me, but I had to try something. I paid his requested retainer, which was very reasonable for the service provided, and followed his instructions. Provided documents needed, which weren't a lot. I rolled the dice. I started the process in Dec. 2022 and just got my Fl. CGC Lic. last week 3/23. So about 4 months for the process. There were a couple additional docs and some changes needed to the application by the DPBR, Jason and his team (Jessica) took care of these changes and docs needed. Not only did I get my license, but because of my experience in construction and length of time I was licensed in California, I was able to get the CGC license, which if you know, is the best possible license to have for a GC in Florida. I was not expecting that. But Jason and his team saw this and applied for the appropriate license for me based on all of the above. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to dive into this process.

I wish there were 10 stars or 100 to rate Mark Howard.I called Mark on very short notice. Less than a week before my court date,in which the case has been on going for almost three years with a different lawyer I hired. My previous lawyer practically left me hanging and Mark picked up all the pieces. I kid you not this man educated himself on my child support modification case within hours! I hired him on Friday,my case was 4 days after, which means he even worked the weekend to get caught up on my case. He was constantly communicating with me,as well as his assistant. They kept me informed at all times. He did for me in a matter of hours what my previous lawyer couldn't do in years. I was at ease, fully trusted Mark to the point that I could have let him make decisions for me because the interest of me and my kids were his top priority. Mr. Gonzalez has been there for me fighting my paternal rights as a dad. Mr. Gonzalez has help me get 40 % with my child. He has done alot with this case even it took a while, but I was hanging in and Melissa always kept my family up to date on how the case was coming. I contacted Julia, when my ex had just threatened divorce. I'm so grateful that I took the time to call, get the info I needed and feel some peace. I had hoped that I would never need to call back. However, when he pulled the trigger, I was on it and Julia was ready to go.
She gave me a very realistic honest picture of what to expect, as best that anyone can do, not knowing how my ex and the Opposing team would show up.
In Mediation, Julia was unflappable!! The OC was yelling and screaming (when we they had to interact) and Julia was calm and cool. When his team tried to pull punches, she was right there was an answer and proposing things for my defense. for example, when my Ex wanted to divide the upfront alimony into two payments - 6 months apart, within nanoseconds, she agreed "with interest and here's that interest amount as of today". Wow, that alone yielded me an additional $11K in my settlement. She was timely in her replies and her legal assistant was amazing to work with. Julia is literally a Godsend-- I was at my breaking point facing criminal contempt charges on a short-term (7 year) no children divorce proceedings -- 6 years of depositions and 19 Request for Production of Documents (no privacy ever- had to provide my credit card and bank statements every 4 months)
I was beaten down and severely depressed not to mention the financial stress of 6 years of contentious divorce hearings and two trials and an appeal later-- Julia came into my life to defend me on the Criminal Contempt charges- yes, I was facing 6 months- to 1 year in jail for not being able to make money during COVID and pay the Temp Support Order which had not been in place for 6 years.. What is Temporary about that?
I was very frustrated and lacked confidence in the legal process, courts and lawyers when Julia asked me to trust her.
This was easier said than done as I had heard those same words from four (4) previous attorneys who all made my case worse-- not better. Julia held my hand and allowed me to cry and be frustrated while continuing to move forward cleaning up the mess that was created by previous counsel and a court system that was not caught up to dealing with a Pandemic.
14 months after meeting Julia-- she had cleaned up the mess and officially ended the 6 plus years and Malicious prosecution from my Ex Wife's attorney who only saw Dollars in his eyes when he saw me.

There are but a hand full of people in my life that I can say have changed the course of my life. Deborah Moss is one of these people. I was placed under arrest for DUI after being caught sleeping in my vehicle and since I had a prior DUI at a minimum I was facing a couple of weeks in jail at a maximum upwards of 9 months. I was terrified, I had just graduated law school and was about to take the Florida Bar and having this arrest on the books absolutely devastated all of my future plans that I had worked so hard towards.
Since this was not my first time hiring an attorney my wife and I began an intense process of seeking counsel through interviewing lawyers, reading reviews, word of mouth, you name it. After some time we came across Mrs. Moss and we were impressed by everything we saw and heard. From the beginning during our initial consultation she was extremely honest with me as it pertained to what I was facing. She told me it would be an uphill battle but that she would be there every step of the way (and boy was she!!)
After over a year of attempting to strike a deal with the state we were left with no other choice but to set a date for trial by jury. If you have never been through such an experience I can tell you it is terrifying. The entire process can be quite overwhelming and there are so many factors that can contribute to a verdict either going your way or against you. Mrs. Moss knows this, and she made sure that I was a part of every decision that we made as it related to my defense and when it was something I did not understand she always took the time to explain it to me, I always knew what was going on with my case and what I needed to be doing thanks to her.
As for the trial all I can say is wow! Her years of experience shined through during every part of the trial. Whether it was jury selection or her taking apart a police officers testimony on the stand she was nothing short of remarkable. Watching her during the trial brought a comfort to me that I had not felt since this all started, I knew that nobody could defend me better that she could. She fought for me as if I was her own family, and when your going up against the government which has unlimited resources to hire expert witnesses, subpoena officers, etc. you need someone who is going to take the matter personally and that was exactly what Mrs. Moss did. After two grueling days of testimony, exhibits, 10+ witness, the matter went to the jury and within 15 minutes the verdict was back, Not Guilty.
Mrs. Moss is the consummate professional not only would I use her again in the future but I would recommend her to my closest loved ones. If you are looking for an attorney that is going to fight on your behalf with the same vigor that you would defend yourself with, then Deborah Moss is the lawyer you have been looking for. Whether the matter is working itself through the pre-trial process when attempting to strike a deal with the state or when there is no choice but to go to trial Deborah Moss is an expert in the entire legal process. Given how stressful the entire legal process can be you will always have the satisfaction of knowing that you have the best of the best in your corner. Between Debra and her assistant Bonnie, we were in communication each phase of the proceedings. Our outcome was the best possible scenario.
