My mother-in-law passed away in June 2016, and although she had a will and a trust, we knew that family members would be an issue. We knew that it really didn’t matter what was in the documents she left, someone would fight the process.
The first thing we did was to contract Mr. Wojcik to determine what the next step was. After speaking with him and his paralegal Regina, they put out minds at ease and we decided to retain their services. During the entire process which took over a year because of her accounts, possessions, and house, the process went smooth. The correspondence provided from Mr. Wojcik through Regina was always spot on. It was obvious that they knew the law and human nature at the same time. On numerous occasions, letters came from opposing lawyers which appeared to be issues, but our minds were put to ease by the responses.
If you ever have to go through a process like this for a loved one, it only makes sense to hire someone that understands the process and has human compassion. I highly recommend Mr. Wojcik and his staff. They understand the law and the fees were very reasonable. Thanks again to the team.

I originally hired Mr. Rosenstein to prepare my personal estate plan, which he did in a thoughtful and helpful manner. He took the time to understand my particular situation and patiently answered my many questions.
Later, when I had an unforeseen, extremely urgent situation arise as a Trustee, he made himself available after business hours, and gave me sound legal advice which saved me an incalculable amount of time and money. He continues to advise the Trust on an on-going basis so that things are done correctly the first time, which keeps us on track and ultimately reduces our legal fees.

My investment partnership owned a very large tract of residential land in southern California and we became a victim of forged performance agreements and bonds with the city in which the land was located. One of the purchasers of our land forged my name and the name of our partnership entity on road, utility, and improvement obligations totaling many millions of dollars and then defaulted on his obligations. The City came after me/us to complete these obligations and you don't know how right the old adage "you can't fight city hall" is is until they come after you. To be fair John worked with me on the price, provided advice on how to fill out my own forms and reviewed them for me. however in the end when I went to settlement hearing he didn't accompany me to help me negotiate the settlement. When Mr. Lieberg called me on the phone to see if he could assist me, I was expecting a 2 minute call with the advice to come in and pay $200 an hour for his knowledge and expertise. I was blown away, however, when he graciously took at least 30 minutes to listen to my issue and walk me through possible solutions, advising me about people to contact, and helping me get a grasp on a very muddled mess.
