After years of living with the world's weight on our shoulders about our enormous tax debt, the day finally came when the IRS garnished all money owed to me from my company. Yes, they can do this, and they will. In a panic, we contacted one of the "advertised" companies, which wasted our time and money as we were just a number in a system. We have a family of 5 who desperately needed this fixed immediately.

Jimmy cook told me to sign for ten thousand and that I could beef up that number if I got injections in my neck when my hip hurt. They would ignore my calls for months at a time and they're was a time Kelly hung up on me then texted me five minutes later after I said who I was. My chiropractor told me to contact them to sign the HIPPA agreement after three months of treatment letting me know they hadn't communicated for three months at all. They told me to quit the physical therapy that they would get me one closer then ignored my calls for months only to call back and say so you're done treatment. I would say no and would be ignored for another few months. They told me to sign for 10k three years ago and when I didn't they passed me to another firm that got me 85k they want to get paid now when I should file for legal Mel practice considering I recorded all our interactions.

Bob went above and beyond in my case and made sure that he would get things to end in my favor. I hired Mrs. Foster to represent me in my divorce and child custody case. My case was complex, the other party refused to try to come to any agreements prior to going to court. I worked with Mrs. Foster for over three years on this case. She made sure that my children were safe and didn't give an inch when it came to that. I will always be so grateful for Henry Beam , he is the most patient person in the world. He fought for me for three years and got me the best deal for my case . I would highly recommend attorney Henry Beam as he did a great job with my case! Not only was I pleased with the final outcome but he assiduously stuck by me for the almost 2 years while my case was closed and re-opened due to results not coming back on time. He is very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of past written laws as well as newly enforced laws and policies. I love that he is very straight forward with facts and options and does not sugar coat anything or beat around the bush. Thanks to him I recieved the very minimal for my DUI and got a whole other charge completely dropped that could have been detrimental to my record.

Cook and his team left me with no worries. I was hit by a truck making a u turn. I called Cook and explained to him my concerns. He set me up with all the help I needed to start my healing. The rest of the team was amazing. Andrea, and Judy kept in touch with me throughout the process. Kyle did a great job, getting my car fixed. Ryan was very knowledgeable, and clearly explained to me how the process was going whenever I asked.

highly recommend Jimmy Cook and his law firm if you are involved in a traffic accident. I was hit by a semi-truck on the I10 freeway at a high rate of speed and was subsequently hit by two other vehicles. As I sat in the ER I saw Jimmy Cook's commercial and immediately did a review of his former clients and researched how other lawyers rated him. His reviews were excellent and his handling of my case has proved he has earned those high reviews. He not only gives you his cell phone number but he takes the time to listen to you and your concerns and sets your mind at ease through a very stressful time. He was always available to talk to me and his staff treats you the same way. When it came to the medical care I needed I was frustrated with my insurance company's providers, high deductibles and out of pocket costs and Jimmy provided me with alternate providers that were cost effective or accepted my insurance so I had no out of pocket costs. These providers took the time to explain every aspect of my care and provided me with excellent treatment. After recovering from back surgery and completing my treatments the opposing insurance company tried to say that my injuries were pre-existing even though I had no prior medical issues whatsoever. Jimmy fought to get them to recognize that if not for the accident, I would not have the injuries I sustained. My settlement was more than I expected and I am very happy with the outcome and how I was treated during the entire process.

I was in a car accident that involved being T-boned by an elderly gentlemen in an intersection into oncoming traffic. I knew I needed to contact an attorney right away, but an unsavory experience with an over-worked, un-attentive lawyer from one of the big box firms left me wary of personal injury attorneys and wanting to research a better option. After reading several stellar reviews from satisfied customers I decided to go with the independently owned office of Kim Brown.
From the beginning the process was perfect. She was not only extremely personable and enjoyable to be around, but laid everything out in succinct, black-and-white terms, and made sure I understood everything I was agreeing to before signing on the dotted line. Most importantly, she strikes me as a real person, who understands your fears and concerns, rather than treating you as just another paycheck.
Once the case was underway, I had very little work to do. She negotiated between insurance companies, doctors and other attorneys and always kept me clued in. My calls were always promptly returned and my questions were always given thoughtful, well educated answers. She never pressured me either way, gave my opinion when asked, and always made sure I ahd all of the information before making a decision. Best of all, she not only got the doctor to reduce his fee, but reduced her own out of the kindness of her own heart. Im not kidding. I signed for a certain percentage, and at the end of the whole thing she handed me an extra chunk just because she enjoyed my business and knew I could really use it.

Sage Law Firm LLC did a Living Trust for my wife and I. Jeff did a thorough and professional job, and was very patient with us as we slowly made the necessary decisions. I was devastated when I got a DUI in Scottsdale last Thanksgiving. I did my due diligence and spoke with 10 different lawyers. I decided to go with Craig Penrod, and have no regrets. He was honest straightforward and available to me for any questions I had. He did exactly what he said he would do, and for warned me of any possible outcomes. He even accomplished several of the tasks he did not promise he could do. I really appreciated his honesty and his working knowledge of the system prepared me for a realistic outcome. I had two DUIs. They are nearly impossible to beat an I know that so I wasn't expecting that and it didn't happen. What happened was Craid saved me 6 months in jail by appealing the first ruling while getting blood tests thrown out of another, taking a plea and closing both cases as FIRST OFFENSES! Without this strategy I would still be in jail. Just an FYI, I'm sober now and after 2 DUI I realized I had problem and sought help.
