Don't let this lawyer ruin your life! After two years of battling workman's comp over a torn hip labrum and surgery. I told him that I didn't think I was healed up completely, and george kept reassuring me that it's just soreness from the surgery and that it will heal in time and told me we should just settle and move on. Now that he talked me into settling I'm two years past my surgery and month to month It gets worse and worse now I can't hardly sleep at night, and there is nothing workman's comp will do about it because he wanted to settle. But hey he got his quick buck out of it! Run away from this lawyer!!!!

Overall I am happy and satisfied with the services. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is most communication was completed by messaging, to which they did not answer my questions timely. I had to call the office or chat online to get answers, after waiting 2-3 days with no response. Not efficient in my mind. Other than that, everyone I spoke to and worked with, including the attorney, were helpful and pleasant.

Having never encountered such injury before, Tom's representation was essential. He is very knowledgable and provided guidance throughout the months of recovery then settlement and continues to provide information to us when requested.
Our questions were always answered in details we could understand and he updated us with information he received from the carrier. We felt as if we were all a "team"...with Tom as the coach!
Tom's assistant, Lynn, was valuable, also. She did not provide legal counsel, but answered questions within her realm.
My injury could have been worse physically and would have been much worse without Tom's representation. I was unable to deal with financial issues for several months and my wife needed legal guidance from someone who knows the "in's and out's" of insurance and medicare issues. We asked Tom to take over; my wife and I appreciate his guidance very much.

Mr. Cook has represented me on three criminal cases over the past 7 years (unfortunately for me, I keep getting myself into trouble).
He is honest with the retainer you pay him for his services -- meaning if he says a service requires a $2,000 deposit and he doesn't end up needing the whole amount, he will pay you back the difference.
He has always shown up in court extremely prepared - he always has a battle plan, well researched.
He lays out realistic options and lets you choose how to proceed. He will let you know the costs associated with each choice and the likelihood in which each scenario will result in a favorable outcome,

He was able to help get me out of my DUI. I was able to keep my DL, it was only suspended for 30 days. And the DUI got dropped down to an inattentive driving charge. No probation, Didn't have to install an interlock device. Best part I got out of serving that 48hrs in jail. Despite the fact that I had been wrecked my vehile in the process. Now these were very specific circumstances. And most cases probably won't end just like mine did . But hes a good attorney. And due to his quick actions everything fell into place. Thanks Jason.
