I have used Lori Schmeltzer a few times throughout the years and most recently she has prepared a will for both my husband and I. Planning who may control your future health care and financial matters is extremely important, and we are very happy with our decision to use Lori. She explained the process to us carefully and then helped us understand the various questions that we needed to answer in very easy-to-understand terms. Where do I start? When I contacted Ryann, I called him to take my case against a former employer, this was due to a work injury and Worker’s Compensation dispute. Since day one, Ryann was always, kind, and understanding to my situation. He was very clear, and informative and kept me up-to-date on my case, and how it was progressing. Throughout my case just like any other case, I’m sure there was a lot of ups and downs, but no matter how hard the case got Ryann never gave up on fighting to make sure I won my case. I can gladly say that after 2.5 years of fighting tooth and nail with the defense attorney, Ryann WON my case. This was the lawyer my son used based on Internet reviews. It would seem the reviews were fake or written by family or friends. This attorney was absolutely inept at notifying him of court dates or procuring documents that would have been helpful. In mannerisms, she is cocky and overly confident but a very poor choice for counsel.

I regret to say that my experience with David A. Bieganowski Law, PLC was extremely disappointing. In my interactions with Mr. Bieganowski, I found him to be profoundly unprofessional. His manner of communication was akin to that of someone on the street, resorting to slang and attempting to intimidate rather than engage in constructive dialogue.
What was particularly troubling was his apparent lack of thorough investigation and understanding of the situation at hand. It was evident that he had not taken the time to properly grasp the details of my case, leading to incompetence in his representation.
Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend David A. Bieganowski Law, PLC to anyone in need of legal services. My experience was nothing short of horrible, and I sympathize with anyone who finds themselves relying on his assistance.

Norm will agree with everything you say to get you to hire him, but once you hire WATCH OUT! He files motions without your approval, doesn't respond to your questions in a timely manner,and makes things more complicated then the case is in order to get your money. If you disagree with him, he will abruptly quit your case via email. He leaves you stranded to find new counsel and cost you thousands of dollars.
BE SAMRT STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!!!!!!!

I was having trouble getting my share of my husband's estate after he passed away. My husband had a trust in place that was written before we married and he never reviewed this after we were married and I thought this was iron clad, But, Mr. Michael Swogger's expertise changed all of that, he is amazing and I am so blessed to of been sent to him. I was attacked by a dog while hiking which was very traumatic and after calling around signed a contract with Heidi and it all went downhill from there. She never made contact with me and when I finally did get a response from her she said the people with the dog changed their phone numbers and since then I have not heard anything and she will not return any form of my messages so I cannot pursue it on my own or with another attorney and I am sitting in limbo feeling like I have done something horribly wrong to be ignored by my lawyer after getting attacked by a dog. I suffer from depression and she has made it a hundred times worse since the dog bite so at this point I no longer know what to do except Let It Go and hope that the dog that bit me does not do anything to anyone else.

I cantacted and hired Marie walker in may of 2017 looking for legal advice to deal with my ex and her taking it upon herself to decide parenting time with out talking to me.
Marie suggested mediation, and accompanied me there, and I walked out of mediation with less time with my son.
My ex was showing my son legal documents from Marie and the courts, and basically turning my son against after mediation.
Marie’s advice was to try to co parent with my ex... this advice was given after I had explained to Marie multiple times that coparenting with my ex wasn’t working.
My son became so angry that he destroyed my TV and keys my wife’s car as he was walking out of my house to return to his moms for 2 weeks.
Marie’s advice was to press charges against my son for destruction of property, to create a record of his behavior, and to show him consequences for his actions. This was a mistake. When attending his juvenile hearing Marie then pulled me and my wife aside and told me she would never have pressed charges, and that an 11 year old boy should have 1 minute time out for every year he is old. She then told me that if I didn’t like her legal advice that I should find a new lawyer. By this time I was 3k in debt to her.
My ex filed a motion for an emergency hear to remove my parenting time, as result of me pressing charges.
When at court Marie wouldn’t even let me enter the court room, and bullied me into taking the opposing council’s parenting deal. I brought character witnesses and multiple documents to the hearing in my defense as good parent, and Marie wouldn’t let me submit them to the magistrate.
When I did agreed with Marie she then said again “if you don’t like my legal advice, you can fire me and pay me in full” by this point I’m over 5k$ in debt to Marie walker.
She calls me by the wrong name on court document, in corisponding emails, and legal documents to my ex’s lawyer after be corrected multiple times. She has given legal advice multiple times and then taken back what she has said.
My son is troubled and I’m just looking for help to get some more time with him; but when I explain this to Marie, she says “you need to treat your son like a drunk on the floor and walk over him”.
I can’t explain to how much of a mistake it was to hire Marie. She has brought nothing but pain, confusion, and financial heart ache to my family.
After the last court hearing, I lost all of my physical custody of my son, and am now paying over 700$ a month in child support.
I used to have my son every other weekend from Friday to Monday, and exra weekdays in the summer.
That is all gone now, thanks to the poor legal advice of Marie walker

I had this lawyer for a court case. He filed false papers. then withdrew from the case. I was left without legal counsel which he said would be ok. I lost the case. I believe he was in over his head and he knew it but didnt know how to salvage my case and threw me under the bus. He sucks and is unethical.

She's kind of slow and doesn't do a good job in front of the judge. I chose her because the article in the paper said she was an up and comer. Not so! She tried to get me to settle for less visitation. I want my kids with me and not with the ex. Kirsten only works and fights for what she wants or thinks that you should get. She didn't stand up for what I wanted. She's not very aggressive and doesn't do good in front of the judge.
