After 2 denials Mr Koenig and Elaine took my case over and assured me things would be fine. I think the guys been doing it long enough to know what cases are real. If he takes your case, your gonna be ok.
After a huge wait for a court date all went fine,Just as they said.
The guy was on a first name basis with everyone there.
Don't keep looking, Koenig is your man. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Andrew took my brothers case for Social Security, after 2 denials, and was able to help me prove his had moderate mental disabilities which prevent him from working with a low IQ and anti social behavioral problems, even though he was in his 50's. This is a very difficult challenge in the courts, and Andrew was through in getting him the not only the correct diagnosis, but also the help he needed. All this led to his being able to get on SSI and provide him with housing and medical he badly needed. It was also structure as to not interupt his being in a family trust to loose his benefits. I was grateful as I was his caregiver and it was very difficult dealing with my brother. I was most impressed with his ability to deal with my brother and be compassionate to his issues. I highly recommend Andrew Keonig and have to many of my friends in need of a good lawyer for disability needs.

I can’t recommend Diedre enough. A friend suggested her to help me with a complex multi-car crash. Diedre is everything I was looking for in a lawyer. She’s very thourough, works hard on your behalf, tells it like it is, and is incredibly honest. Working together Diedre and I agreed it doesn’t make sense for me to hire her in my specific situation, but she’s offered to continue to help answer questions and go over paperwork as I need it. It’s very refreshing to work with a lawyer who’s primary goal really is to help people.

My wife and I owned and operated a small restaurant that, with the economic decline we were not able to keep up with all of our bills. We were being sued by creditors and the landlord. Randy filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy case that eliminated all of our personal and business debts, got rid of the lawsuits and allowed us to breath easily and get back to a normal life. I would recommend Randy to anyone who is feeling the pressure from creditors.

I remember a time when I was on top of the world. Everything I touch turned to gold, any idea I had I knew would be successful. Those were the days I thought I was untouchable, and quite honestly I was. I had found success, financial security and was living the life I always wanted. I was providing for my kids making my family proud did not have a care in the world. Then in an instant everything changed, I went from being on top of the world to falling hard, hitting the ground with a very large splat! I like many, had been caught up in the real estate bubble and when things burst all over the nation, they burst big in my home as well. I thought I was done for; I had no hope, and no understanding of how I could make things better. With some stroke of luck I reached out and called my attorney (Tamara Harper, who also had become a friend of mine), and I explained that I was upside down in life and needed some help. She referred me to two individuals who are now not only my attorneys but also dear friend, John Rounds, and Randy Sutter of Rounds in Sutter ... I was involved in an automobile injury accident with my mother as passenger and was referred to Haffner Law Group to represent us. Dennis Neil Jones, of Meyers, Widders, Gibson, Jones & Feingold, represented me in a medical insurance coverage dispute involving a large sum of money. Words can never adequately convey how grateful I am that I found Dennis Jones. A neighbor filed a lawsuit. When I informed my insurance company that I was being sued, it dropped me.
Mr. Jones reviewed the insurance policy and believed the carrier owed me a defense. He wrote them a letter to that effect.
The next communication from the insurance company is in the form of a lawsuit! Mr. Jones defended me against the insurance company, and they went from suing to settling.
I would give him more than five stars if possible. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help.

After suffering a major injury at work I tried to get the care that I needed to get better from my work comp case worker, I had no idea how horrible of a mess that I was in for. With Mr. Whites help I was able to understand the decisions that had to be made and the confusing paperwork that just kept coming. Mr. White was able to make it easier for me to focus on my recovery and getting the care that I needed. He is definitely a huge help and a great asset to have in this trying position.

We thought our trust would be complicated since we have several properties, bank accounts, children and businesses. There was only one person we knew that had the advanced expertise to create our trust. We first hired SusAnne and her team in 2004 to create our trust. She asked questions that had never occured to my husband and I. We were actually not looking forward to the appointment for obvious reasons. When we left, we were more confident in our family's future through the warm, realistic conversation we had throughout the initial process. We made little updates until 2011. We learned that the initial trust was so well-written and thorough that it took into account our son even years before he was born. The workers comp proccess can be a long and trying. Had it not been for Mr Ehritt I dont know how I would of handled all the stress involved. Mr Ehrit was always very much on top of my case as well as a comfort in hard times, always keeping me re-assured that things would work out.

I've been engaged in the Employee Relations / Human Resources arena for over 38 years; 8 in the private sector as a representative for labor and 30 in the public sector as a manager. I've worked closely with Matt the last 12 years. Matt is as fine an attorney as I have ever worked with. He understands the at times nuanced differences between Labor "Law" and Labor "Relations" in that he knows not just employment and related law(s), he is able to ascertain and advise of its (their) practical impact(s) on the workplace. On those relatively few occasions he doesn't absolutely know an answer, he says as much, quickly researches the issue, and provides the necessary info in a timely manner. When there are multiple potential courses of action, he outlines them with a fact-based analysis within an appropriate legal framework, giving the pros/cons of pursuing one course or another. Whether a formal opinion or a snap "shoot from the hip" call, his advice is truly appreciated, and heeded, by elected and appointed officials.

Damnon Jenkins was my public defender for a case in ventura county and an amazing one at that! He had many cases but I always felt like I was the only person he represented. he represented me for 2 years and got a felony charge with 5 year sentence plus 3 years parole reduced to a misdominor with 3 months probation he always was honest with me gave me great advice but always let me make my own decisions I highly recommend him as a public defender for Ventura county

We hired Dan Ditlof about two years ago. He helped my son and me get through some horrific dealings with DCFS. If anyone needs to be represented in this area, Mr. Ditlof is the attorney to be there for you. He will fight with all his knowledge and veracity to defend you and your rights as a parent. My son had to go through two separate trials and was found innocent of all charges that were brought up against him by DCFS. We were devastated by these charges, but Mr. Ditlof was there for us, not only for the legality but also emotional upheaval. He was and is our lifesaver. DCFS needs to be accountable for their actions when found by the court to be wrong. And also not to be in charge county counsel. I cannot recommend Dan Ditlof enough.
