I highly recommend Andrew! He (unlike the other attorneys I've hired and fired) is trustworthy. He truly has his clients' best interest in mind versus his pocket. I hired this lawyer for a guardianship case during a really hard, stressful, traumatic period of my family's life. From the begining she and her team were very attentive, detailed, responsive, professional, caring. Whenever I had a question (and I had alot of them) they were always on top of it and met me at my level of knowledge so that I could understand everything in detail.

Lauren doesn't get caught up in the drama that the other party or their attorney will attempt to drum up, hence keeping you calm. She sees the facts and can advise you while still letting you make the final decision on what direction you want to go. She is mindful of your costs which is very atypical for an attorney of any kind. (Thank you, Lauren!)
Lauren worked closely with us to get pertinent facts to present to the judge and DCSS which shifted the entire case. She gathered the information and presented it flawlessly. It was really a work of art!
My husband and I are VERY happy with the way she has represented him with a calm strength rooted in being realistic and rational. We were so happy the 1st time, we hired her again when he needed representation in regards to bogus support allegations.

My wife and I owned and operated a small restaurant that, with the economic decline we were not able to keep up with all of our bills. We were being sued by creditors and the landlord. Randy filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy case that eliminated all of our personal and business debts, got rid of the lawsuits and allowed us to breath easily and get back to a normal life. I remember a time when I was on top of the world. Everything I touch turned to gold, any idea I had I knew would be successful. Those were the days I thought I was untouchable, and quite honestly I was. I had found success, financial security and was living the life I always wanted. I was providing for my kids making my family proud did not have a care in the world. Then in an instant everything changed, I went from being on top of the world to falling hard, hitting the ground with a very large splat! I like many, had been caught up in the real estate bubble and when things burst all over the nation, they burst big in my home as well. I thought I was done for; I had no hope, and no understanding of how I could make things better. With some stroke of luck I reached out and called my attorney (Tamara Harper, who also had become a friend of mine), and I explained that I was upside down in life and needed some help. Words can never adequately convey how grateful I am that I found Dennis Jones. A neighbor filed a lawsuit. When I informed my insurance company that I was being sued, it dropped me.
Mr. Jones reviewed the insurance policy and believed the carrier owed me a defense. He wrote them a letter to that effect.
The next communication from the insurance company is in the form of a lawsuit! Mr. Jones defended me against the insurance company, and they went from suing to settling.
I would give him more than five stars if possible. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help.

We thought our trust would be complicated since we have several properties, bank accounts, children and businesses. There was only one person we knew that had the advanced expertise to create our trust. We first hired SusAnne and her team in 2004 to create our trust. We hired Dan Ditlof about two years ago. He helped my son and me get through some horrific dealings with DCFS. If anyone needs to be represented in this area, Mr. Ditlof is the attorney to be there for you. He will fight with all his knowledge and veracity to defend you and your rights as a parent. My son had to go through two separate trials and was found innocent of all charges that were brought up against him by DCFS. We were devastated by these charges, but Mr. Ditlof was there for us, not only for the legality but also emotional upheaval. He was and is our lifesaver. DCFS needs to be accountable for their actions when found by the court to be wrong. And also not to be in charge county counsel. I cannot recommend Dan Ditlof enough.
