He's very informative in preparation for a trial. After the plantiff stated their case, He made a motion to dismiss & the judge granted his motion. I thought it was going to be a lengthy trial. I lost my house, due to an odd probate situation. Attorney Miller listened to my story, then set about finding a way to recoup a portion of what I'd invested in the home that was taken from me. It wasn't an easy case; the other side had all the money and power. Attorney Miller stands for what is fair and just, though. He researched his fingers to the bone, assimilated all information I provided, and then stood up for me in a confident, and competent, manner. WE WON! Mr. Rooney and his wonderful staff settled a car accident case for me. He made sure I could go to a doctor and the doctor got paid from the money he got from the insurance company. I have gotten the treatment I need and my bills are paid - PLUS I have settlement money for my medical bills if I have to go to the doctor again with my back. Going into a legal dispute is emotionally and physically exhausting. This was the case when my sister suffering from early onset Alzheimer’s was not receiving emotional, physical or monetary support from her husband. Finding an attorney that you can trust is a challenge in this day and age when so many have left their moral compass at the door. This is not the case with Aaron Johnson whom throughout a year+ long battle remained compassionate and understanding of the situation. He walked us through and explained everything that was being done. This was a complicated case and Aaron maintained a professionalism while holding to his own moral compass. Be careful thanking people for gifts that they give you. I thanked someone for their gift and what a nightmare it turned out to be. I explained the situation to a State Attorney Rotarian friend and asked him who would he use. “The man for you is Louis B. ‘Buck’ Vocelle Jr.” Buck and his knowledgeable staff was there every step of the way. Buck returned phone calls promptly, arranged his schedule to fit us in (even when he was busy), and kept us apprised of every new development throughout our association. We went through arbitration and came to a settlement that was best in the long run. Without Buck’s confidence and expertise in this situation I don’t know how I would have made it. I was wrongly accused by a local politician ( a lawyer) of participating with an election group (ECO 527). This politician sued the group and included me in the lawsuit. I hired Mr. Vocelle to represent me. He immediately initiated actions to remove me from the lawsuit. He was very methodical and systematic in his successful efforts to remove me from the lawsuit.
He won a summary judgement in my behalf against the plaintiff ( the politician) and won the subsequent appeal. This judgement included legal fees which the plaintiff
now owes.
During this stressful time, Mr. Vocelle answered every question I asked and took the time to respond to every call I made (which were A LOT !!). He also explained all the legal procedures I went through in "layman" terms. He was a very positive influence during the whole process.
I would highly recommend him for any legal issue.

When my mother passed away, I contacted the lawyer who did her estate planning, E. Steven Lauer, to handle the post death administration of her trust. Our family experienced a very emotionally draining divorce battle with our elderly father's ex-wife who attempted to rip off our father's estate for everything that she could once she discovered our father was suffering from severe Alzheimer's Disease. I first retained Mr. Hafner in the 1990’s to assist with estate planning and guardianship matters involving my incapacitated Father and my stepmother. His handling of both the technical details and the difficult family/emotional realities was superb. He was able to resolve significant problems attributable to improper document preparation and planning from years earlier. A crippling federal income tax debt was also revealed during this time. My inclination was to pay it although it would have bankrupted my Father and his wife. Mr. Hafner took the time to THINK, research and present beautifully a position that other advisors who were still then involved had not identified. The outcome of his effort was absolute success – a complete elimination of the tax debt. That result saved our financial future.
He has now been involved in estate planning for members of three generations in our family. The ability to gain at once the trust and respect of someone very old and the trust and respect of someone quite young is uncommon. Indeed Mr. Hafner’s competency is one of the things our family can all unconditionally agree on. He has also assisted us with real estate issues, family business endeavors, contested matters and just general advice, insight, and judgment.

Mr. Odom never lost focus of the aspects of the case that were most important to me however, in a very professional caring way, continued to advise and direct me in the direction that resulted in the most positive of outcomes. My name is Elizabeth (Lisa). On April 24, 2013, I was involved in an intersection t-bone collision, the other driver (Defendant), blew the red light, which resulted in a double roll-over accident in my minivan (it was completely totaled), and i was diagnosed with a fractured left clavicle (collar-bone), a torn left rotator cuff, and 4 bulging and herniated disks in my neck I was unsure of even who to consult as an attorney, until close friends had highly recommended Douglas Tuttle. Let me just start by saying, I normally don't write reviews, but after meeting with Doug, he seemed very knowledgible about Florida personal injury laws, very personable, professional, detailed oriented, compassionate and responsive to me as a client. He, along with his staff (Kim, Margo and others) were very quick to respond to all of my concerns, and helped me get through a very long and trying year and a half of having to deal with Geiko Insurance, their Doctors, and the at fault Defendant (who, during the whole ordeal claimed the accident was my fault!), and also having to deal with my own Doctor and treatments. After all that time of me being beaten down to almost nothing, all the tears and frustration, and almost throwing in the towel, Doug pulled me back, and always gave me hope "that I will get through this". He helped me overcome Geiko and the Defendant who lied about the whole thing, and helped me get the the compensation for my pain and suffering that I deserved. If I could give Doug a 1000 star review....well I just did, so there it is. What more can I say, but....KUDOS AND A BIG SHOUT OUT TO DOUGLAS TUTTLE AND HIS STAFF IN VERO BEACH!
